Do not buy stuff from these guys. They don't label there foods, I bought brownies that didn't say anything about having nuts in them. I took a forkful and there were nuts in them.

Some employees stopped wearing masks during January 2022 during the Omicron wave, and told us that we were "living in fear" and that my roommate's parents, who both have covid and are immuno-compromised, are "sick with something else". Tall blond older woman is a raging a-hole who called me insane for caring about other people, you know, not DYING. Will never go back until this is resolved.

This little neighbourhood grocery store is awesome. I love that they have a small selection of produce and I can usually find ripe avocados there. They also have the besssst corn tortillas. They're open a lot, often on holidays when everything else is closed.

I have very fond memories of this little grocery store. I used to live down the street during university and on Saturday mornings I would walk down to Charlotte Pantry to buy a freshly baked muffin, a delicious cup of coffee, and the Saturday Star.

Quick 2-minute option for fresh berries / fruit, good selection of snacks/drinks, ready-made food/meals, and they sometimes stock Halo Top ice cream which can be hard to find even among the big grocery chains. Lots of healthy options here as well really make it compelling to stop in frequently.

I love the food here so much! However.. I was unhappy with today's experience. My boyfriend and I came in and while browsing, somebody we knew asked us for 50 cents and instantly the girl with the glasses behind the deli counter piped up telling him not to be soliciting. I have never seen this in my life.. I have been short of a few cents myself and had to ask the person behind me before if they might have a few cents.. almost always the person was more than happy to help. I felt uncomfortable like the girl didn't want the guy to be able to buy his drink.. was it because he was homeless? It shouldn't matter if a person needs help and I am willing to help, I will help. That is the thing to do.. His life is hard enough. Near the end of it, my boyfriend made a comment about helping somebody in need and the girl looked at us and asked, "what?" As if it mattered whether we knew him or not.. Which we did. We would have given anyone 50 cents anyways. That is not soliciting. He wasn't going around asking for money, he just didn't have enough for his drink.. Please don't do this to somebody again, it is embarassing. I have been in his position.. It's not nice. I'll be back for more delicious potato salad though! Thank you.

Its always open on holidays with the same hours as usual. I'm an avid cyclist and the staff are cool with me bringing my bike through the back, which is handy when I come back from a workout and didn't bring a lock.

I really liked this place as it has really good hours of operation on most of the days. So you wouldn't have to worry about not finding a last minute grocery needs, since it's open till 10pm. I really love the bakery items available there, buttered croissants being my favorites. The only thing that I would like to bring to your attention is that, during payment, they charge you extra for using your credit card. Debit and cash is payments are fine. And you may not always find everything in there. But overall, it's a great, welcoming place with friendly staff.

The young woman that served me informed me about her previous night....didn't need to hear this And cleanly......Not She had her breakfast on her chin. Third time here and nothing has improved...... There set up is poor. If you park on main Street and walk in to get things, you end up with a handful of things, they make you exit the back door and walk all the way around. Plus, on top of having hands full, they don't have tap so you have to insert your card. If you are elder, be aware that everything is harder to do in Charlotte Pantry
