It’s tough to run a restaurant of this size with only 2 waitresses, they try to keep up, but it’s not satisfactory. The breakfast menu competes with Denny’s ( in other words, nothing special) be ware of the so-called crepes. Even though I asked about them before ordering , they turned out to be flapjacks with a small amount of maple syrup, expectations crushed.Sitting on the outdoor deck makes up for it a little, but it’s a lot cheaper to grab something at the local bakery and sit in the waterfront park and watch stunning scenery

Got the lobster while I was here. I don't think it was in season, but it was nice that I got to still eat lobster while I was on the east coast. We had the lobster, which is a fairly expensive fare even here and the sauce was a bit blend (I think it was just melted butter, no lemon or garlic or anything else) and the rice was pretty terrible as well. Staff was very friendly and helped us with our fussy 2 year old. They only have small bottles of sparkling, which is always a bit annoying and only one white wine by the glass. I liked it, my wife did not. View is un-parallel. Best if you go for the views and order something simple and cheap to get the most out of the experience

We tried the Fish & chips ($ 25), La cod (28), Boullabaise ($ 37) and the club sandwich ($ 16). The food had no taste at all. The only plate that has passed the bill is the club sandwich. We expected better because of the high prices of the plates and because Percé is a city famous for its cuisine. Any chef would make a homemade tartar sauce, and serve it in a small metal or glass container. Instead, La Morutière offers us a Kfraft brand tartare sauce (and yes, it's like McDonald's). I think we pay just to sit and contemplate the Rock since the view on the terrace is worth it. But the food is really not good. I really do not recommend this restaurant. N'importe quel chef ferait une sauce tartare maison, et la servirait dans un petit contenant metallique ou en verre. Au lieu de ca, La Morutière nous offre une sauce tartare de marque Kfraft (et oui, on se croirait au Mcdo). Je crois que l'on paie juste pour s'assoir et contempler le Rocher puisque la vue sur la terrase vaut la peine. Mais la nourriture est vraiment pas bonne. Je recommende vraiment pas ce restaurant.
