Malgré les bons commentaires trouver en ligne et les recommandations de membres de la famille, nous ne reviendrons pas et essaierons de trouver des moules ailleurs pour demain soir!

Je ne l'ai même pas mangé en entier que déjà dans la première moitié je suis tombée sur 3 arrêtes. Au moins le troisième et les crevettes étaient bonnes. J'avais des pattes de crabes, tous va bien, mais je n'avais jamais mangé de demi-homard en entier et je ne savais pas ce qui se mangeait où non. J'ai voulu demander a notre serveuse qui ne s'occupait que de 4 tables, mais n'est jamais venu, nous évitait du regard et est allé remplir les verres de personnes âgé, qui sont arrivées après nous, deux fois le temps qu'elle finissent par venir nous voir. Je lui ait alors enfin demandé, même si tout était devenu froid, et elle ne me là pas expliqué, elle a simplement prit mon homard dans ses mains, lui a ouvert la pince et les pattes (sois la seule partie que je savais faire) et elle est partie sans m'expliquer le reste. Bref, je déconseille le restaurant si vous voulez faire autre chose que prendre votre assiette en photo, comme par exemple manger ou passer du bon temps, car ce n'est pas la place.

Pour avoir connu ce restaurant dans ses heures de gloire dans le passé nous trouvons cela désolant et très décevant. Un menu allégé compte tenu des circonstances serait peut-être une alternative pour alléger le tout.

Le saumon avait encore sa belle chair brune qui goûte la petite fille négligée comme mon père disait. Les pétoncles pas assez cuient, les crevettes trop cuites, un homard sec comme du bardeau avec des pattes de crabe froides et impossible à manger et des tites crevettes de Matane dans leur jus de décongèlation, molles et sans goût. J'avais un tit contenant de beurre à l'ail avec juste de l'huile, sans le beurre et une béchamel avec une croutte de 3-4mm d'épaisseur sur le dessus...idem pour la sauce aux 5 poivres de mon conjoint. Un chance que nous avions un cul de poule pour mettre nos carcasses parce que nos deux assièttes ce sont retrouvées dedans. Nous voulions seulement partir de ce trou arnaqueur de touriste. On a refusé le dessert de la table d'hôte. Nous demandâme la facture à notre serveuse sympatique mais sans aucune expérience comme serveuse et c'était probablement son premier soir ouffffff!!! Je lui ai dit ne le prends pas personnel mais ce n'ai pas mangeable, il n'y avait RIEN de bon dans nos assiettes...RIEN!!!!!! Ah oui, la seule chose qu'on a aimé ce soir là....c'est le bon pain croûté de la super boulangerie du coin, le beurre et le pepsi en cannette qui ne venait pas de ce resto. Une facture salée de $101,97 avec le tip.....colisssss!!! On a finallement terminé notre soirée au Mcdo, au moins là...tu l'sais que c'est de la mar...de. Avis a tous les resto de la Gaspésie, vous faites rien pour attirer et garder le tourisme. La boof, les activités, le gaz et autres....c'est du vrai vol!!! Vous tentez de faire votre année en 2 mois...ça marche pas votre affaire!!!

The portions were average good but smaller than I expected. The flavors were there and the sauce that accompanied the meat tasted exquisite although it did not go well with the chicken. We initially wanted to go to La Maison du Pêcheur but it was fully booked before 5pm. We decided to have a look at Restaurant Biard nearby. It turned out to be a good choice specially if you're looking for excellent seafood. I ordered the mix of fish and shellfish including half of lobster. It was delicious. Also, the view of Ocean was breathtaking. The price was decent and staffs were helpful. Highly recommended!
