Very disappointed.. I planned our weekend getaway with my friends and we're from Vancouver. I put this in our itinerary because of the good reviews and good looking menu in their website. Before going, I checked if they are open because it was Sunday and it tells us that they are! BUT THEY'RE NOT OPEN WHEN WE GET THERE AND IT SAYS THERE THAT THEY WILL OPEN ON MAY. Note to the admin of the website: Check your website and try to update it.

Ordered a birthday cake crazy cone absolutely DISGUSTING soft serve ice cream dipped in stale sprinkles tasted nothing like birthday cake and more like chemicals. Was told that I’d have to buy another $6.50 cone after easing my concerns. some customer service after I just watched the girls working argue with the customer in front of me about his order and demanded to see his receipt as if he was lying. You should try retraining your staff on customer service and how to talk to people.

It's Ok if you like Vanilla and don't expect another flavor because any other flavor will be just pale hint on top of vanilla. If you're expecting Chocolate or Strawberry ice cream with clean and reach flavor - go to another place. And of course, don't expect to get your money back if you're not happy with their delivery. Instead, you'll get a young girl talking down to you and patronizing you. They promise a lot but in reality all you get is Vanilla with different decorations.

We spent a small fortune...over 100$ for our group and everyone that had cake on their milkshake myself included stated it was as dry as sawdust. The ice-cream itself is typical as per ice-cream shops. When I enquired about vegan options online, my message was returned 5 days later. When I asked when I arrived the girls working their mocked me and laughed.... I am glad we tried it but I won't be back.

A thin paper straw in a milkshake is kind of useless, I understand it's currently the most widely known alternative to plastic but thicker ones would be far superior. Also their nerds "twister" has creamsicle ice cream with nerds blended in, which was not posted anywhere. So beware of the menu if you're even slightly picky cause there's very little explanation as to what anything is. Also they gave us a buzzer and then never buzzed us when our ice cream was ready so bythe time we got it it was half melted.

Seeing the peach was a childhood landmark of summer vacations. Coming back as an adult, however, was a huge let down. The "ice cream" is the weird, fluffy, warm, fake type. The brownie hunk in my drink was a cheap store-bought square. The "collector's mason jar" was plastic. Maybe the place has always been a tourist trap and I remembered it more fondly, or maybe they've only recently shifted to squeezing their bottom line for all it's worth, but either way I wouldn't recommend this place for anything more than a cool photo.

Really cool little beachside icecream stand. Drinks are expensive ($11) but you also really get what you pay for. Shakes have a variety of cake toppers in a variety of flavours and styles and border on works of gooey, yummy art. This is not Dr recommend fare, be prepared to slip into a minor hyperglycemic coma after, but well worth it as a special treat.

The website says to text a number and ask for the hours. So I did this and they replied with "11-5 locolanding". As someone who is not familiar with pentiction I didnt know what locolanding meant, but I guess this was there lazy way of saying the peach is closed? Yes there is hours posted on the website, but when they say to text a number for hours it leads you to believe the hours vary. We drove all the way from Vernon just for milkshakes for my moms birthday to find out they are closed. I guess the number is for a couple different businesses they own. Super disappointed and frustrated. They need to be more specific. A text that said "Locolanding is the only business open. The peach is closed " would have saved us 5 hours of driving.

Good ice cream friendly stuff, but a lot of food health practices ignore, like playing with your hair touching your face, others people money, fixing your hair then making ice cream cones or waffle cones and giving it to people to make them what sick, the girls are too young to care for these measures to be ignored

Extremely unique treats that everyone remembers. This is on the short list of places I take anyone who visits the Okanagan. Their crazyshakes are amazing and I love how the owner takes the time to decorate the peach for holidays. She seems really community minded/focused and everyone working there seems genuinely happy to be taking your order.

One of Penticton's must see places, even if just for the pictures. The giant peach gives a great back drop & the treats are amazing. Decently priced. And they even have Screamers (Slush & Soft Ice Cream)

A funny statue of a giant peach. Each Saturday at 8am Parkrun starts off from this spot. There are public washrooms very close to the peach and there's a great promenade that leads towards an old steamer boat.

Agree with previous person, they do not give you money back even if you cancelled your order before they had a chance to prepare it for you, (no product is wasted). Does not matter you changed your mind, does not matter that you paid cash and they did not issue you a receipt, they will not give you your money back. I wonder is it even legal not to provide a receipt? Dear Owner, I am not Olena. I was there when all this happened and as my order was not ready yet I offered to take the order that Olena placed and I asked your staff (politely) that they return money I paid for my order to Olena as my order was not prepared yet. Olena was not happy and all this could have been avoided if your staff just returned her money. However, your staff advised me and her that they do not return money without Owner's authorization and they will be calling you. After that statement I stepped aside and was peacefully eating my vanilla ice cream. My order was never processed and I am OK with that however, money were never returned to Olena. This is the truth and your staff will be able to confirm my every word.

The novelty is always there, but I feel the Ice Cream quality has gone down a bit. I find myself enjoying the brownie or cake more than the ice cream. Overall, still a good stop on a hot day.

We've come here 2 years in a row during the august/sept long weekend. It serves a great product but is typically staffed by younger people who get easily confused and overwhelmed when it is busy. I would still highly recomend this as a must visit during summer time here.

Too sweet not health junk food! Yes their milkshake look tasty and fancy. but just one bottle of this can make the road of diabetes closer. Okay I know You are weirded out by me right now. reader! I'll give you and example. When I was buying the milkshake in their store,I hear the one of japanese girl who also got the milkshake too said she want some thing less sweet like bubble tea or one glass of water right now and throw the whole thing to the trash can. so obviously if you want life choose other ice cream or dessert. but if you want to die faster, buy more!!! Read Carefully Remember You only live Once. cherish your life time!

got a slushy from them and it was 1/4 air. when the girl handed it to me it was bubbling and the texture didnt even look like a slushy so after stirring it for a few minutes without a sip the amount went down a lot from all the air that was realeased. you could even feel the difference in the density. felt pretty ripped off and the blue raspberry flavour tastes minty like bubblegum. location is great. the storefront is great. the look of 90% of their products are deffinately instagram worthy. Maybe if i try something else I wont feel ripped off.
