Their staff assault customers. My son who has cancer in the brain and lungs was going into the store today and one of their staff assaulted him as he walked into the store. ou can buy floats for the channel at Canadian Tire or the Dollar Stores or Walmart. Don't support this store.

It was my first time in this store and the last at the same time. I wouldn't even give one start for this place . The girl who works in the store has some personal issues. She doesn't know what's costumer service I wouldn't let her work there . Bad for business..

Went into this store for the first time on Saturday (3 Oct) as I was visiting from Kelowna. Good store layout and Funko Pop selection. Loved the sale which they were having for Funko Pops; it made them very affordable for me. I was very impressed by the customer service provided by the staff member; he was very passionate and went above and beyond in his work (I didn't get his name but he was wearing a beanie). Highly recommended; I would definitely come by this store if I ever visit Penticton again!

I love going into smart shopper because they ALWAYS have what I am looking for. Leigh and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. I never leave the store unhappy. It's a shame that all the criminals go in there to steal because it ruins it for the rest of us who love going there and I'd be super upset if they shut the store down. Keep up the great work guys and thank you for being my one stop shop for funko pops.

Literally sells anything you might somehow need. Really helpful if you need to pick something up really quick and don't live near Walmart or the superstore.

Good all round selection of food and non-food items including hardware, gifts, kitchenware, coffee to take away. Open late, ideal for northern end of town, when most of the superstores are well out of town area.

Great store but wish you had a larger selection of craft items in stock e.g. distress inks, stamps, die cuts, paper pads as you are the only store selling high end craft products between Oroville and Kelowna

Unfortunately this store did not stand behind the product. I bought a box of Schleich didn't realize the seal was tampered with until we got home and opened it to find out there was a missing bag of parts. I called right away to let them Know and told me to come the next day and they would exchange it. Only to find out when I drove all the way down there that they said I had to talk to the Schleich company directly to get a replacement. My daughter is not very happy as she has spent hundreds of dollars in that store on Schleich.

Great place. Just a tad cluttered but I imagine it's hard to find places to put stuff when you have EVERYTHING. Overall, great staff, I like this place.

I made a scene in this store a couple days ago and am writing this post to clarify. My bahaviour was unacceptable and did not reflect the customer service of this store or its staff. I overreacted to the multiple clear responses I was given while pleading my case. After careful reflection I understand the position the store is in and the multiple problems brought on by the government changing the cigarette packs. The cigarettes were the strongest available and I smoke the lightest. I was having a horrible day which is no one's fault but mine and escalated the situation unnecessarily, for that I truly apologize, this has always been a great store I encourage everyone to go. They have the cheapest cigarettes which is why I was there in the first place. Please accept my apology.

Surprising, but in that good way. I remembered that they carried a great line of jigsaw puzzles and mail ordered one down to us on the Coast for my husband's birthday. Happened quickly, he was really happy. Will visit again in person when that is possible.

I bought milk here. It was way more expensive than grocery stores. I suppose it's the convenience but I might have bought more here if I didn't feel ripped off. Service was friendly.
