Bought a couple deli sandwiches. Wasn't disappointed. the staff and facility was fine. It's not getting 5 stars but it's also way better tasting / for you than the Timmy's across the road

Nice place, good selection & always prefer to support the local farmers and producers, the local community. Unfortunately, be VERY CAREFUL, CONSISTENT OVERCHARGING!!! It not only happened to me but also to several of my friends consistently. Today again, on a $31 grocery purchase they wanted to charge me $46. Mistakes can happen anywhere once in a while, here it is just too many times. Double-check your bill every time!!! It doesn't seem like any bad intention, however, more like high turn-over in staff and no proper training. Hope this supports a review of their internal policies.

Limited items aside the customer service is lackluster at best. 6 people in line and 1 extremely slow cashier, while 4 other employees stocked shelves, including one employee at the other till just stocking. When we asked him if he was open he sneered and said "uh, no"

I used to love this place ....some produce is left so long that its mouldy and bugs flying around it...try to get my card fixed no one knows how to help nor wants to try ... and in the deli meat section I'm not allowed to buy a meat I want because the girl says she doesn't like cutting it....you are not suppose to refuse a product I want to buy ....

I was disappointed at the lack of local or at least BC produce. Everything seemed to be from California. I understand that in winter but not in July.

They were out of stock on a few things. But i was able to get Roman lettuce that was out at other stores. The quality of the produce here is better. Other stores have soaked with water and rotting goods. Thanks for keeping your stock freash and not soaking it with water thinking it helps keep food better.

I loved this place when they first opened but I've been out of town for awhile and I went in their yesterday before they closed., More staff than customers and I am not a satisfied customer. There is a reason they are all closing. Some say it's the government's fault. Well, I may agree if all business are closing. But after my experience in there, I probably among other customers, feel I will get a better experience spending my hard earned money elsewhere.

Quality Greens is closest to where I live, though pricey, their pop brand is among my favourites, and they have prepared meals and some non food necessities though frankly sometimes their prepared meals are disappointing.

Probably the widest selection of fruits and vegetables here in Penticton. I don't think I've ever seen produce that has passed its time - meaning I don't really need to examine fruits or veggies before buying, only to get home and find them beyond ripe or dried out. Easy access and exit on/off the surrounding roads. Adequate parking, located in a small mall with coffee shops, fast food, outdoor adventure store, liquor store, meat market, and fresh breads

As I was leaving the store, one of their employees was screaming obscenities in a fit of rage to a female panhandler outside. He was yelling right in her face and I was worried he was going to physically assault her. He also didn’t stop when myself, and another customer asked him to stop ( and that our children were watching his terrifying behaviour ). When another employee came out she first justified his actions by saying the panhandler was trespassing and is not allowed on their property, but then tried calling him back in the store. The whole incident was extremely unnerving and my kids repeatedly told the story saying they will never forget the employees name and wonder what ever happened to him. Not the family vacation memories we were hoping to have. As a business owner, I can appreciate not wanting panhandlers harassing my customers, but in no way is this acceptable and certainly not going to solve any problems. I will also be taking my shopping to other stores that actually try and help the less privileged in their community.

Their covid precautions are pitiful and despite bringing it to the floor manager's attention back in the summer, I've seen no improvement. You must grip the door handle to enter; there is rarely hand sanitizer available once inside; no direction to patrons to use and so many don't use either hand sani or masks; nothing to cleanse the cart's handles before use; and then we all go about selecting totally exposed fresh produce. I'm really not seeing QG take adequate responsibility for the health of their customers or the wider community. It's frustrating.

The manager does not conduct herself appropriately during the current Covid pandemic. She does not sanitize or wash her hands after touching herself, then handles produce and store goods. I will no longer shop here.

Great location for me as it saves me going down town. Veggies are pretty good quality and price wise. Deli counter is awesome. Prices at the deli are outstanding even when they don't have specials on. Highly recommend the Deli to everyone. Only one fault is paying can be quite slow at times as more often than not there is only one checkout open .

I found it very expensive I wouldn't shop here if you're wanting to get anyting at a reasonable price, this is not the place to shop. It's okay if you're only wanting organic foods. Your best bet is to go to Walmart or save- on- Foods .If your going to be camping at the Riverside RV and Camp site before you get there. The quality greens Farm Market is close to the RV Park but who wants to pay anywhere from $6.99 to$8.99 for a dozen eggs?

Nice store, good products. However: been going there for a few years now, once or twice a week because I like to support local farmers & producers, CONSISTENTLY, being overcharged on average every third visit - NEVER any apology, cashiers make it seem as if they are doing a big favor to reimburse overcharged monies - not nice!!! Mistakes happen everywhere, however, at this store happens way to often, not only to me. ALWAYS double check your bill!!!

Super Team, store nice ad clean. they do their best to satisfy their customers with care ad cautiousness. You feel the small store atmosphere, far away from the big companies. It's appreciable. When they know your habits, they wil suggest you some product you didn't think about when they receive them. There won't have as much choice as other big stores but it does the job. We recommend this grocery store

Decent selection of produce but have to check produce carefully for decay on some items... decent deli with good selection of items.... customer support and assistance is difficult to find while shopping there. Quick and easy in and out shopping so goud for a few items inbetween major grocery shopping

Doesn't carry everything (no dill pickles) and prices are a little bit high for some things, but totally outstanding produce. And lots of local Okanagan in season produce means it just doesn't get fresher than that. Points card helps the wallet too.
