Penticton Global Grocers went above and beyond to help me find what I needed, with incredible passion and kindness. One of the nicest families and staff I have ever come across. Well done. would give 6 stars if I could. SUPPORT LOCAL!

I don’t like writing reviews when I visit a business for the very first time simply because first impressions are usually not right. However, I have had such a great first impression of this store that I had to rave on Google about it. I was super impressed the selection, prices and most importantly the overall human experience at this gem of a grocery store. I saw one employee (I didn’t catch his name) juggling between customers very professionally and politely. He was the only one at the store, but he made feel everyone that he was available whenever they had any questions or needed to find anything. He was very knowledgeable and made some excellent recommendations. He caught me off guard with his genuine friendliness because it’s very rare these days. I sure will be back!

Great selection of ethnic foods, and the employees are amazing! I forgot ask his name, but one employee walked us through the whole recipe for his families Butten chicken/ Shahi Paneer recipe. He's excited and happy to help find what you need and share knowledge. Will definitely visit many more times!

LOVED the store, selection, but most of all the amazing customer service! We were very kindly greeted by staff, the cashier at the time (San) made sure every customer left smiling, it was awesome service and we made a friend out of it! I must also mention: The little boy in their facebook commercial is SO SWEET, but we didn’t get a chance to see him and get his autograph ;) Nonetheless, San made the store experience wonderful and enjoyable! Especially for the first time a customer is coming in! From what i’ve seen so far, there are very kind people working there that take interest in their customers’ lives, and for that I hope they get nothing but great reviews and success in the years to come!!

The best place to shop for Indian and Mexican cooking supplies. Whether you're a restaurant or a single curious cook, they've got you covered. They are also adding a wide range of Middle Eastern spices. However, the real reason to shop here, is to rediscover customer service. Worth the stop just to chat.

Loved the store! We saw the commercial on TV and stopped in when we were visiting from Kelowna. Am very excited about all the little jars and cans of things I bought. Got some Mexican things and some Greek things. Yummy Yummy !

Always had a pleasant experience here. The store is my go to for Mexican, Japanese, Middle eastern and Indian groceries. Sam is a gem, and I see him go above and beyond every time I am at the store. He really is a people’s person, and you can tell he really cares about every customer who walks into the store. Don’t mean to discredit the variety and great prices this place offers but I can see this business flourishing in upcoming years, merely due to customer service.
