Incredible customer service. We stopped there for food for our camping trip and the selection was good and the service we received at the deli and till were good. However, I left my wallet there! Unfortunately I didn't realize until later that day that it was missing at all, and by the time the NF staff were able to track it down I'd gone home. So they mailed me my wallet all the way to Alberta. They went above and beyond - even knowing that I was not a regular customer - and spared me a great deal of time, expense, and inconvenience. Thank you so much.

Owning and running a small business in Princeton, BC is a bit of a challenge at times, I appreciate having a large Nature's Fare Market to purchase Vegan and gluten free products at. The staff are always friendly and very helpful.

Penticton is a great place to acquire fresh food, but mainly during the summer. The summer provides locals with an abundance of freshly picked fruit and vegetables, but only a number of stores will continue to sell free produce throughout the winter. Whole Foods Market is very reliable: A large variety of organic, locally grown products can be bought throughout the year and the staff are always quite friendly.

Love coming here for healthy snacks and grab groceries, while my girlfriend is strictly gluten free and allergic to most foods, we love how we can have everything in store, we discovered this store last year and we've never shopped anywhere else. Also the little cafe in store is a great place to enjoy fresh made goodies.

I've food alleragies. So I shop here. If I do online shopping I always get a call the morning of pick up " no milk or yogurt " the ONE milk or yogurt I can eat. So for a year I paid some one to shop for me so I could get products I could only find here. Cost me a bundle every other week. I know they work hard here, when deli was closed for months I had the luxury of having some one pick out & bag up my orders & only had to pay for drlivery. Such a blessing! Now I'm cabbing ot 30 .00 to & fro & no yogurt, sometime milk.. 95.00 for a bag of. Groceries & slim pickings in fresh fruit & Vegas. But if you have food allergies you gotta pay lots. Not happy with the roasted chicken at all..too greasy.. & /or meats &chicken. When open up from plastic usually sour & gone bad

Hi :) my girlfriend tends to come here for her groceries and even though it is expensive she loves it so I come here for the odd item that she wants but today will be the last time. Please take down the sign on the front of your store regarding masks if you don’t agree with it since you in no way care if someone does. I walked in today and about half of the customers…maybe around 8-10 weren’t wearing masks. You even had a security guard on site. I totally respect if you guys don’t believe in the vaccine thing…each to his own but it is the law and people are required to wear masks in your store. If not, then take down the sign and stand up for yourselves. It’s hard to imagine a store your size not being able to control this. Thanks.

Would give higher marks but they consistently have spoiled products. Raspberries with mold and rotting cucumbers would be the latest example. I'm not sure what level of product-screening can be done, but when you open up a $7 pint of berries to find the mdidle all rotten, it's tough to have confidence. Prices are higher but selection is decent for penticton and almost everything is organic. Given that there is a Covid-19 crisis right now as well, the staff would be well advised to read physical distancing measures. Many of them basically brushed up against me when they could have easily gone around or asked me to move. Pretty unprofessional. I would say this place is good for fresh vegetables only. Meat is pricey and everything else can be found other places in town for cheaper.

I am wondering why all the reviews for the former store of this location, Whole Foods, is still combined in here. Since Nature's Fare Market took it over it is not the same store nor does it stock all the same products as Whole Foods did. I miss all the bulk bins of organic spices, all the amazing varieties of pure essential oils, the abundance of fresh produce (now it is smaller with less to choose from). Having said that, now that this store is a Nature's Fare Market, it still offers many great products. This store is clean, offers competent, helpful staff and it's nice to know that this store stays open later than 6 pm. There is another Nature's Fare Market a few blocks south, which is smaller. So I find myself going between the two stores to find what I'm looking for. I think these two stores have great competition with Save-On Foods, who also offer great choices for organics, special needs foods ie. Gluten free, grain-free, dairy free, etc. I am price conscious and so I find I can purchase some of the same products for a lesser price at competitive grocery stores. But please take down the photos taken when it was Whole Foods. It's not the same store. EDIT: Now that this store has been operating many months and many renos taken place, including an eating area off to the side that offers a quick bite with sammies, salads, homemade healthy snacks and treats, I have noticed much more produce available, as well as a good quantity of essential oils. You'll be given senior's discounts every Wednesday and Thursday, and I've been to store wide Customer Appreciation Days a few times offering a 15% discount in all purchases. I am really enjoying all the organic produce available now. I've increased my review to 4 Stars with all these improvements. Very nice!
