Its a very busy location. But my family and I stoped at Mc Donald on way to Toronto for lunch. We used the women bathroom. It's disgusting dirty and to top it off the sinks aren't working. So we couldn't wash are hands. Needs to say we didn't stay for lunch. Also Wouldn't be stopping at this location again. Clean up your act Mc Donald. We deserve to have working sinks and clean bathrooms.

Not only is the food good. You have the value picks which offer a great selection meals to eat when you are pinching your pennies as well as many other great picks like the Angus burgers, salads for a more healthier selection of meals. The ice cream treats I would say have to be in the top 3 of the best tasting soft ice cream I have eaten in my years. Great job McDonalds

It's a great restaurant fantastic staff who work exceptionally hard. It's a busy place as it's visible from the highway and there aren't many stops between Parry Sound and Sudbury. The staff work hard to be as fast as they can and do very well given that it is the busiest McDonalds I have ever seen in Ontario. Shout out to the excellent staff at Parry Sound Ontario McDonalds . You are awesome.

Service and assistance is great. Luv the fast food and great coffee. Friendly service and staff are very friendly. Great environment. The only thing I find disgusting is that I have never seen any of the staff use gloves when preparing the food orders or even washed their hands. I sat in the restaurant for an hour eating with my little niece and was continually watched the staff in their kitchen and not once did any of them wash their hands or used gloves. The claim that the manager makes of stating that all of the staff have a set timer to go off to alert them to wash their hands is a false claim in every way! I have not returned to Mc Donald's again. I'll return when the company mandates the staff to exercise the health and safety of the OH&S Manual to practice healthy food handling for their customers.

It's the only McDonalds on the hill and judging how busy it always is, we could use another one. Open 24hrs and usually accurate and good. They can be slow and I hate being parked for typical orders. Here's a tip: Ask for fries with "no salt" if you want fresh ones every time ????.

Awful! I came here with my wife for our wedding anniversary get away and was unpleasantly surprised. We ordered three big macs, four double cheeseburgers, two quarter pounder's with cheese, two twenty piece nugget meals, and five large fries to soon be extremely disappointed to find out that they did not give us the correct order. I think McDonald's makes good hamburgers. The service is fast and their ticket system really helps customers get what they want quickly. In the future, it would be nice if the company started offering more services, like car wash, gasoline, etc. Just to make it more of a one-stop-shop. Mechanics on-site for repairs and oil change would be convenient. I would also like McDonald's financial and banking services, insurance, legal, and accounting. Absolutely disgusting experience. There was garbage strewn throughout the inside/outside the restaurant. Bathrooms were filthy. Workers were rude and condescending to all the customers inside McD’s. Our order was wrong, food was cold and they blamed us on this. It was so bad we threw the order in garbage and went to Harvey’s. Ordered Mochas using the mobile app and selected in store pickup. Order was delayed as the front line worker 'lost' the coffee that was brought to them by another worker. Despite the coffee clearly being labelled to pick up at counter by the tag on the cup itself the till worker started giving our order to another work to go look for people outside to give it to. If I hadn't heard the conversation someone else may have ended up with our coffee. Despite this experience I have had positive experiences at this location. I will come back in the future and review again based on another experience.

Filthy. I've never experienced a dirty McDonald's like this one. We stopped to get espresso as we were traveling through. The washroom was filthy. The espresso was very bitter. We often get espresso at McDonald's when we are on the road and it's consistently good, that's why we stop there but this particular location needs to descale it's machine desperately!! This McDonald's is a regular stop for us whenever we are passing through Parry Sound. We go to a fast food outlet because we expect to get our food fast. Even with 4 self serve kiosks the wait time can sometimes be a little long, particularly during peak times. But the kiosks can save some time overall. What I like about the kiosks is I have the opportunity to study the menu to make my selections without feeling like I am holding up the cashier and the next person in line. What I don't like about the kiosks - particularly at this location - is I miss the opportunity to interact with the cashiers most of whom are pleasant and fun to chat with. A little disappointing is the frequency with which I don't get the extra condiments that are specifically ordered. I have learned to check before I leave the store, but it still does take some extra time that I shouldn't be subjected to.

Solid staff that are unfortunately overwhelmed in the summer by campers and cottagers. Located conveniently on a corner, they have neglected the grass surroundings on both sides which sadly give a terrible first impression of Parry Sound as a trash dump. Couple of parking spots for buses are usually taken by trailers, however there is overflow next to main lot. Recently updated interior with self serve kiosks and family washroom. Many other ootions near by if any of that scares you off.

Nice stop during our ride from Sudbury or Toronto. It is sometimes crowded in summer but not too bad. It has a parking lot, has a drive through, self order screens and mobile ordering. Once the food wasn’t very fresh and upset our stomach but only once out of 10 times I would say. The washrooms are clean most of the time and they have a family washroom in addition to the men’s and women’s ones. Seating area is big with screens and TVs. The food takes a bit longer to get ready compared to other McDonald’s restaurants.

It's a nice McDonald's food was done right. We had lunch and eat in, but we went back for a coffee 3 hours later sat on the same table and found the table hadn't been cleaned for I left something on the seat and it was still there. I now that all restaurants are short staff but keeping the dining rooms need too be kept clean, not just the kitchen and wash rooms. I know this, for my family had a restaurant for 15 years and it's a lot of work, so try your best to improve.

Tucked-away mid-size McDonald's along a neverending highway. There was plenty of parking, including parking for RVs. Employees inside were directing customers on using the bathrooms and keeping proper social distancing, which was appreciate. Bathrooms were very clean and organized. I do wish there was an employee keeping better track of the bathroom going ins/outs so that customers didn't have to awkwardly knock to see if one side or the other was occupied, but I understand they may not have been able to spare anyone. Standard McDonald's quality breakfast and coffee.
