I was there at about 1130 and wanted to get a jump on the lunch crowd. I was able to walk right up to the counter, place my order and have a great Angus hamburger within minutes of parking the car. The morning ladies were quite friendly and fast!

The Harvey’s experience was wonderful with correct order, hot food, friendly service and clean restaurant/bathrooms. We had an absolutely disgusting experience at the McDonald’s down the street. There was garbage strewn throughout the inside/outside the restaurant. Bathrooms were filthy. Workers were rude and condescending to all the customers inside McD’s. Our order was wrong, food was cold and they blamed us on this. It was so bad we threw the order in garbage and went to our new favourite fast food place … Harvey’s. Thank you Harvey’s as you saved our evening with a wonderful experience!

This Harvey's has great service and also has a Swiss chalet. They have accessible.parkikg and entrances as well as washrooms. Their sandwiches are fresher then the one we eat at in the north... Where they always burn the hotdog. My son opened his sandwich today and was surprised and happy it wasn't burnt . We stop there on our way from and to our city in the north. Nice place for the family and lots of seats. I'm updating this review after two months. We are there last weekend at 9:30 on Sunday and I ordered the grilled chicken build a bowl ... The grilled chicken was not real chicken. It was so more like a tofu kind of thing. This is the first time I eat such a bad chicken at Harvey's I'm pretty sure it wasn't like that before. I hope it's an incident and they didn't change their meats. I will leave pictures of the chicken as well... (Disappointed)

Womens washroom was disgusting - to use my wife's words. When we arrived there was 12 people in front of us waiting to be served. Only 1 cash open. After waiting 10 minutes with little progress, we gave up and left for the Subway st the north end of town. No line-up; no waiting; clean washrooms. Nuff said!!!

With good overall reviews, I must have come in at the wrong time. This location is close to the highway so I was hoping to get a quick meal while travelling. The signs were not lit up so I thought they are closed, but there was a small Open sign in the window. When I came in there was a long lineup and no one was taking orders. Bunch of staff was working in the kitchen part of the restaurant. I waited patiently with 3 people in front of me. After 5 mins or so, 2 people in front of me left and after another 2 minutes or so with no staff coming to the counter I left as well... to Subway restaurant down the street.

A good clean and modern location. Service was fast and friendly. I only give 3 stars because I am not a fan of Harvey's. I find that their paties don't taste nearly as good as they did years ago. A freshly cooked patty is always much more preferred, which I received at this location. I do love the choice of toppings.

The food was good, but this location had a critical staffing shortage, and it was extremely busy. As a result, it took about 10 or more minutes in line to place an order. Even though there was no lockdown going on, the dining room was shut down, and only takeout service was available. There is no patio on which to eat, and every trash bin outdoors was overflowing with trash and piling up on the ground. The washrooms we're in an appalling condition, and lacked basic supplies like hand towels. My takeout did not include napkins or condiments.

I was taking the northland bus and we had a 15 minute stop. We had a bit of a line from the passengers, but they took care of us all within that 15 minutes. Good restaurant, good employees, and good food. However the prices I find are a bit high compared to other fast food places (That's on the Harvey's company though and not this location). Overall it was a good experience.

Very few places to go (to the washroom) and this was not one of them. Poor direction signs on doors. If they want you to use another door lock the one you shouldn’t use. If we buy food we should be able to use facilities too. Not all Harvey’s are like this one either. We do like Harvey’s restaurants that do the right thing so check it out first.

Hardest working person I seen working this evening while I had to wait for three fries and one burger for ten minutes after getting everything else I ordered for 5 people, getting cold nonetheless, was the young lady with glasses, pleasing demeanor and appearance, cleaning the other side of the restaurant. She gave me her name on my way out, which I told her I'll leave a review for her performance only, because, like my father taught me, If you have time to lean, you have time to clean. She was the only one working as far as I'm concerned. I don't know why someone like her is sweeping and not put to use utilizing her full potential and managing the evening shift.

This is your typical off the highway Harvey's with Swiss Chalet attached. The staff has always been friendly, the washrooms are clean and so is the dinning area. There have been a few more recent updates with a large screen television streaming the news. There is a drive through available. Last time I visited I had the double chicken leg meal and the chicken was moist and tender. I would stop here again.

Went on Thursday and had the Swiss Chalet family meal with the full chicken. The Chicken had no marinade on it whatsoever, it tasted exactly like a grocery store chicken only it cost a lot more. Very disappointed, i give two stars instead of one because the staff were very friendly.

Quite large and busy place combining both Harvey's and Swiss Chalet. Despite the number of people, service was fast and accurate. I thought of a military operation. Lol Since making our cheeseburgers with bacon our way, we chose from the selection ourselves. Ingredients were fresh, fries and onion rings crispy. A good meal as was expected from Harvey's. :-) Place was clean as was washroom.

The food was great but the restaurant was aware of and did not put paper towels in both mens and womans washroom (no hand dryers either) When I told them they said they knew. We waited for 10 min for our food because they were short handed which is fine but no one restocked the paper towels during this time. You have to put hygienic safety first and especially with COVID washing hands is super important, food should be second. I really hope the staff had paper towels to wash their hands after the washroom! Priorities guys. Id rather wait 15 for food and know peoples hands are washed and cleaned then 10 min for food and question if the staff have clean hands.

Super busy when we went, but the staff were all quick and appeared well trained at their job. Payed attention to their stations and delivered for the 30 people in line in a timely manner while giving the correct order.

Terrible customer service and safety precautions. The lady on cash kept trying to make the customers who already paid stand all together in a small area so she could push the people waiting to order through. A group of girls working the front also were shaming a customer who’s drink overflowed in the pop machine because the button was stuck. I’ve never seen such disappointing and negative behaviour before. Avoid this location at all costs.

Handy spot for a lunch while heading north on highway 400. It is on the left as you exit and cross the first stop light. Typical Harvey's with one exception, it is also a Swiss Chalet restaurant. The restaurant si really busy in the summer months but they serve you fast. The menu is normal for a Harvey's restaurant except the Chicken menu which is similar to Swiss Chalet. However is is served on plastic plates and your cutlery is plastic so not the same experience as a normal Swiss Chalet. Also they use the same fries as the burger part, I always find the fries at a regular Swiss Chalet nicer tasting. One added bonus here, there is an ice cream booth just outside the restaurant so you can have desert there!

This Harvey's is one of my favorites and my friends when we go up north camping. Had a poor experience recently. In my opinion, I think the cashier thought I was first nation. He pretended to have a misunderstanding about the order then asked my name to write down for the order. Felt misunderstood and singled out because he did not ask or write down the names of any of my friends, who are not minorities and also ordered. We were having trouble figuring out how this could happen 2017. Hope it doesn't happen to anybody else.
