What a wonderful little place! The gelato was phenomenal and the espresso was perfect. Lots of seating inside and outside. I will definitely be back!

The gelato here is good but it's overpriced for what you get. $7 for one small scoop of ice cream is not worth it. I also had the pistachio creme brulee which was tasty and more reasonably priced. I'd come back here to try some more desserts but not the ice cream.

This is the 2nd time we've gone here. Tasty icecream and desserts. Italian cakes and cookies, etc. Lots of icecream flavors to choose from. If your craving something sweet, this is the place to be. Nice outside area to sit and enjoy a coffee and dessert.

Huge selection of fresh pastries and gelato. So hard to choose because everything looks amazing. Nice little patio and limited seating inside to enjoy your treats. Definitely a must visit on Preston.

Place is nice and cozy. There is a huge variety of chocolates, pastries, and cake. They are delicious, not the best though. The employees are very kind and helpful. Prices are a bit on the higher side.

Ordered a red velvet cheesecake. Cake itself was decent. But they spread cheesecake over the outside of the cake to hide the fact that it's 50% crust. The treachery.

GARBAGEE!!! Every dessert was stale and so old. I got a raspberry cheese cake that was so dry and crème brûlée that didnt even taste like crème brûlée. It didnt even crack! The coffee smelt so weird, ive had gas station coffee better than this. Even the fruit on top of these desserts were moldy. Soo unimpressed. This place should shut down already.

really delicious pastries!! the crème brûlée isn’t exactly a classic crème brûlée but tastes more like a lovely custard. the fruit tart was the best thing that i tried from here! i would not recommend the pistachio gelato (it was very hard and it was a unnatural neon green colour).

Wonderful Italian desserts. I would highly recommend trying any one of their fresh pastries and staying away from the sliced pies (they are almost always soggy and are outshined by the pastries). Their biscottis are also top-notch.

Nice selection but you have to run down the staff to get help. It took about 10 minutes to get acknowledged. I asked for help but was told someone else would help me. Who exactly??? It took an additional 10 minutes to get my order right. It took five attempts to get it right. For some reason, "three each" was too difficult to understand or fulfill. A 5 minute stop ended up almost taking half an hour.

The best cannolis in Ottawa. This spot is an absolute gem. The gelato is absolutely amazing (shout out Almond Gelato). If you’re in Little Italy and you don’t stop by, you’ve made a huge mistake.

Amazing, incredible, delicious desserts! So fresh and such a nice variety. Have tried the cannoli, horns, eclairs, Peach something. I have not had a bad experience. They follow covid protocols and always have a great variety to choose from- from open to close! Highly recommend.

Was one of my favorite places before Covid-19. I visited once recently and this time was not impressed at all. My latte didn't taste good, I was not asked for I.D. and vaccination proof as per Gov. guidelines. FELT VERY UNSAFE!
