Easily my favourite place to grab a quick coffee and a sandwich. Super friendly staff that have no issues with special requests. Coffee is good and their limited time sandwiches are always delicious!

Very disorganized staff. Ordered Bacon and Eggs over easy. They offered me sunny side up eggs. Cook redid the order but forgot it came with bacon. The time it would take to cook the bacon the eggs would get as cold as the toast that have been sitting on the counter. Asked for my money back but did pay for my coffee. And it was not even busy!!!!!!

Just grabbed a coffee. It’s serve yourself and you can see the coffee in the dispenser. Each variety looked pretty light, so i opted for dark roast. It is basically brown water, there’s no flavor at all. like coffee you might make in a chain hotel room coffee maker. Food looked good and staff were friendly, but pass on the coffee.

Bought an egg sandwich on a bun ... but the gal did not know how to cut the sandwich properly so thr egg salad squished out all over as o was trying break apart the bread. Argh. Cut it all througb please next time.

I've been having lunch here for about 5 years now and am always, always happy with the quality of food and service. I once had a salad that I thought tasted odd; emailed the owner, who immediately apologized and offered me a free slice of cake on my next visit. I recommend this place to everyone.

I really find all the food disappointing. Specifically their salad options. There's zero flavour. I don't know if it's cause the owner is cheap or because the people hired to make the food don't know what they are doing but everytime I have spent my money here I have been grosly underwhelmed. Which is the opposite of other Micheal's I've been to in other malls. Don't know what's wrong with this one. Also the 5 star rating is clearly the owner or someone that works there and I think that's super underhanded. You can't rate your own buisness because youre mad at your ratings. Just do better.

Ended up trying the Cajun Chicken and loved it. They make the sandwiches fresh in front of you and you can customize them however you'd like. They even offer different types of bread for you to choose from. Not only that, they grill it for you as well, making the cheese inside nice and melted and the sandwich as a whole nice and warm when you eat it. The pastries they have are also extremely good, I tried one of their Strawberry Danishes and they were amazing. It is a bit pricey for some but the experience I had and the food I ate was well worth the price.

Ordered a Croc Monsieur. For $8.25 plus tax, I got a burnt sandwich. I expected brown grill marks not black ones. Lady argued this was "Toasted". Not impressed, never going back.

Always fresh food and friendly service. This is a popular Restaurant / Cafe in the St Laurent Mall. Dining room area is always clean and the washroom is right next door to the restaurant. Delicious pastries and healthy lunches can be found at Michel's Bakery Cafe. If you prefer a quieter place to dine rather than the Food Court that can be somewhat noisy, try Michels Cafe. His dining room area is much more private and quiet. Nice selection of lunch choices on Michel's Menu. Great for a Business Lunch or simply to dine alone. Gift Cards available at the Cashiers desk.

If you're in the St Laurent mall and need coffee give this place a look. Starbucks is often full, Michel's has plenty of comfy seeting and it tends to be quieter for working or studying. Pastries and food is also good but nothing out of the ordinary.

June 28 2016 I got a product I was not happy with. I contacted head office and you contacted the owner and he called me. He was very rude did not take ownership of the situation and made it seem like I was untrue in my complaint. He gave me a refund but never said sorry, did not speak to me when I came back and was very rude. He is a bad representative of the Michel's Bakery Café Brand is trying to stand for. I am so disappointed and disgusted with the plain disregard and treatment that I will never be a customer of this location again. I worked in the food industry for 3 years and I know how things can happen or get missed but to be treated like I lied or made it up even worst. All he had to do was say he was sorry, they will do better quality control and not treat me like I lied. On another note the staff that works in the morning at this location are wonderful and have always been nice, I have always had the same 2 girls serve me and never had a complaint about them at all.
