Dine in is not yet opened in this restaurant, it's drive thru only at the moment. Considering what you order it might take more than 10 mins of wait. Pecan Braid and chipotle avocado chicken sandwich are worth trying at Panera. It's always better to dine in at this resturant, hope it opens up soon.

Nice clean restaurant with lots of healthy options. Panera offers healthy breakfast choices during the morning hours. They also offer Soups, Salads and sandwiches for lunch and dinner. Panera has a good selection of pastries and coffee. I ordered the corn chowder soup, tuna sandwich and a Cheese Brittany pastry which was great. Mac and cheese is a favorite among my kids

This place is what, 3 years old here in Oshawa? Went there tonight for something to eat. No french bread. Ok. No avacados. No problem. But the carpet! It smells awful! I feel like they are letting that location slip. I don't think I will be going back anytime soon.

Nice indoor seating area with a outdoor patio. I ordered the steak and cheddar cheese on panini bread, and it came in little slices of meat and packaged cheese. The taste was good but for $10 I think they should increase the amount of the meat and serve with real cheddar cheese. I don't think that I would go back.

Nothing ready at 9am. No coffee dispensers ready, only a couple of bagel types ready. What's the point of having an open time if nothings ready at open time? The 'Rapid pick-up' is now at ten mins and counting.

The salad I had was very tasty, filling and worth the price for sure. However, the French onion soup was pretty bad. It was flavorless like they added water to onion dip mix, the croutons are stale and only become edible after the soup has lost it's heat. I thought there was no cheese at all until my last couple bites had maybe half a teaspoon of cheese in it. It looks so far off of the picture and is definitely not worth the $6+

Great food. Yeah the price is up there BUT my biggest complaint is the hours. Anytime I show up I am always greeted at the door with the staff leaving saying sorry we are closed. It is already to hard to find healthy options but when you show up at 8pm on a Wednesday and their closed unlike almost every other fast food chain. Good food doesn’t outweigh the inconvenience of a specific menu, that’s overpriced, and apparently never open when I want them.

I used to love going to this place but recently, I've been leaving unhappy. First of all, they only have certain soups on certain days. They do not carry all of the soups that they show on their website. And there is no way to know which soups they have on any day, without having to call. I absolutely LOVE the baked potato soup but they only have it 3 days out of the week... I've memorized those days. On Monday, I went to order it only to be told they were out of it that day...it was only 4:30. How are you out of soup before dinner even hits? I had to drive to Whitby to get the soup. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful, except for one employee named Bonnie, and I usually get served by her due to the time I usually go in. She is very rude, pushy, and unprofessional. She gives my fiance and I sass almost every time we see her. She is just very unpleasant and I actively try to avoid being served by her, by allowing others in line to go ahead of me. She should not be working with the public. All in all, the food is very good, as well as most of the staff. I just don't understand why they only carry certain soups on certain days and have no way for you to check which soups they have that day.

A little overpriced, but its worth the price of a delicious meal with fast service. Also, you got to appreciate the apple as a side ;) Would recommend.

I usually have great things to say, however my last visit not so much. I ordered a small Caesar salad for my lunch through the drive through and the lettuce on the bottom of my salad was all brown and disgusting not to mention the cluster of moldy Parmesan cheese In the middle of my salad … I took pictures as it was the most disgusting thing! Lost my appetite… Do better! Just because I am using the drive through doesn’t mean you have give rotten food! Waste of time and money.

First time ever I have been served a black coffee in a restaurant with water added by management after brewing. ???? I imagine the manager thinks they are saving money by making the pot go farther. Righto buddy. On the plus side the washroom was very clean that day and my wife liked her sandwich.

I love Panera, but took the staff a while to recognize i was in the building trying to order. I had to walk up to the pickup window and ask for someone. The order was almost right, but they shorted me a cookie... not the end of the world though, and the food was consistent with other locations.

Usually pretty good except, I got a Steak and White Cheddar sandwich. The steak was freezing cold, when we spoke to the manager we were told they don't make the meat, it comes out of a bag. Well shouldn't you atleast make sure its hot??!!

Felt rushed in the ordering process. Cashiers expected the customer to know the combos on the board, which I found a bit confusing. The portion was very small, (soup in bread bowl) and when my wife and I asked our server about the portion we were told yeah that 1/2 what we were supposed to get. So this meant 2 staff handled food prep/ delivered to table and hoped the customer would not question. One time I never post. But this was 2 times in a row. So posting my thoughts and we eat elsewhere now.

This is the 2nd time I've purchased a pecan braid and it was undercooked and the dough was raw. Two weeks ago I complained and was contacted by the Oshawa store manager. I explained how serving and selling undercooked pastry items could result in someone getting sick. I was told then he'd look into it and make sure it didnt happen again. Today I stopped in and picked up a breakfast bagel and a pecan braid and was given some BS story from the person who served me that "the recipe for the pecan braid has been changed so it's not so hard" Well, I didn't find it hard when I purchased them in the past. I'd much rather a harder COOKED pastry..then one that you can look at and tell it's not cooked. I'm not into eating soggy raw dough, and I dont think other people should be expected to eat it as well. There was NOTHING wrong with how they pecan braids were made and baked 6 months ago, this supposid "NEW" recipe should be thrown in the trash and the old one brought back. as of now, Panera lost a customer, and my next complaint is to the health department.

Fantastic service. Very polite staff. And patient to boot. I had trouble deciding on a meal for my wife, who is on a restricted diet from her doctor for a medical issue, and they went above and beyond to look at ingredients and calm my worries. Settled on the tomato soup with sourdough bread. Wife adored both items, and washed it down with our favourite new iced green tea. It’s more than I want to spend on take out, but I will say the service alone makes up for it. Bar none.

I have been to this one many times and enjoyed it everytime. I went about an hour ago and was told they had no mac and cheese ready so i asked when they would have more ready and she told me 10 mins. i didn't mind waiting but I paid for two large mac and cheese and when i arrived at my boyfriends in Pickering, i noticed I only got two smalls even though I paid for two larges. Tried calling to see if they could do anything considering i paid for large. No answer the 10 times I called.

I got my usual pick 2 green goddess cobb salad and chicken frontaga sandwich, apple on the side... They informed me they had no egg... This is at 430... How do you run out of eggs so early... Whatever... I can like without the egg. I get my food... No dressing is on the salad (this is 3rd time) and i.got.a bagette instead of apple... How can anyone take a bite out of that thing... Rock sold. I got my apple,take a few bites... Rotten... Not every experience is like this but im starts to question if $20 for a small salad and 1/2 sandwich and drink thats half foam is really worth it....

Had to move to a different table away from the vent. Had enough of this location. They never have souffles in the morning, i.e. the thing they do well, like going to McDonald's and being told no Big Macs. Staff told me it's because manager cooks a number in the morning all at once instead of every 2 hrs as they are supposed to. Today ordered a breakfast sandwich, half the size it used to be, literally they gave me half and the price was the same. Drive thru is ridiculous. Never anyone in line and wait is ridiculously long. They cut too many corners, go to Whitby location until it's under new management.

I've visited this location once before. I went to the drive thru, which was easy enough, but missed the entrance to it the first time as I thought it was further down from what the sign suggested. I had the Baja bowl - hit the spot. I had a Visa gift card I wanted to use but it wasn't accepted as I guess the take out window isn't equipped with this...

This place is a job...I took my daughter (15years old) for lunch and they said there was no mac and cheese today....more than half the public go there for there mac and cheese...what is wrong with this place.....if I could rate no starts I would...unbelievable

First time here and I'm hooked. I ordered their pick 2..creamy chicken and rice soup and the turkey avocado blt. Everything was so tasty and quick. Quick and convenient like fast food but so delicious like something you would expect from a restaurant. Dining room was busy but we got a table and had a great time.

We usually go to Ajax location Very happy with the quality of the food and service there But today we went to Oshawa one ,the service was really bad, we got over charged so for 2 Mediterranean eggs white sandwich we paid $16.38 instead of $9.58 ,the bread was not toasted at all so it came wet and saggy from the tomatoes, we ask for asiago bread and we didn't got that either And when we ask to toast the bread at least then answer was this is how we service it here we don't toast it here and refuse to honor the price in the menue Will never go back again . Okay so I thought I would try something new since I work at Subway and that's pretty much all I eat for take out. I ordered a chicken BLT or something like that they asked if I wanted a a whole or half, did I not pay $9 for a literal half a sandwich that I could have made at home, it was two pieces of bread with some gross chicken , some cold bacon slapped between two untoasted pieces of bread and remember it was only half lol I was thinking it was going to be this big sandwich so I said give me half especially at that price what a complete rip off never again you guys owe me $9 lol

Panera Bread is a great place for a quick lunch and meals that taste almost homemade. They do have healthy choices for sandwiches and soups but once you start looking at the desserts that all goes out the window.

This place has gone downhill. The portions are smaller and you have to pick up the food yourself from the kitchen counter. This includes water, salt and pepper, and butter. So basically no service. What does a disabled person do? Portions have become smaller as well. Used to go there often but not any more.

When you order food as often as you do from a company like Panera, mistakes are bound to be made. Although I had a pretty bad experience at this location, the manager was courteous enough to call me, apologize, and ask for feedback on how to improve. As a customer, that is enough good reason to keep going back. I will still add that this is a very busy location, so give yourself enough time if picking up orders.

Really appreciate the staff at this location. I had come in one morning before work and ended up leaving my sunglasses on the table when I left. I was already in my car and about to leave when one of the staff members had come out into the lot and was knocking on my window to return them to me. Not only does this location offer great food but also really great customer service. Most would have just set the sunglasses to the side and waited for a call to see if they were actually left there, so I appreciated the effort. Super friendly atmosphere there.

Came through at 8pm on a friday. I was asked to wait, which i did for over a timed 5 mins. I finally backed out and came into the shop. Woman on the counter was polite but didn't ask for my panera points card. Gentleman working looked like he was trying to cover for everyone. Salad was great... Green goddess always amazing. Maybe short staffed i guess it happens but still no communication through drive through isn't great customer service

Took a lunch break from work to order through the drive thru. Ordered a tomato soup and bread with extra butter. Soup is supposed to come with croutons. I received 1 butter. Called Brianna at this location and informed her about it. She literally said nothing. Not even “I’m sorry, I can get that ready for you and you can pick it up”. Soooooo….after a very long pause of awkward silence, I asked her what I should do about it. Still she came up with no suggestions. I had to ask her if I can come back and pick up the croutons and extra butter pack. That was my customer service experience. Not so good. This location needs to focus on some customer service training for their employees.

Nov 3/2017 ordered the half BLT Turkey avocado sandwich. Came with a side of bread. The sandwich was disappointing, turkey was slimy and the avocado was black. Side of bread was not cut and did not come with a knife. Coffee was cold. Not impressed.
