This bakery is on the Glen Tay Road not far from Highway 7. I almost drove past it but I was determined to find it because I liked the bakery's holistic approach. I bought the Sunrise gluten free bread, which I enjoyed today at breakfast and lunchtime. Because they use millet sourdough as the leavening agent, it's a heavier bread with a delicate and wholesome flavour that is delicious with just some butter or works great with cheese or whatever you want to use with it. I also bought a 3-pack of Chai Ginger cookies and upon tasting the first one, wished I'd got at least another 3 packages. They were so good! I'm happy to have found this bakery and I'll be back.

the bread is good, they use a lot of older grains which seems to make denser bread, I've tried a few breads and I liked them all, but something I always get when I go there is the unpasteurized sauerkraut.
