At present this firm receives a score of 4.8 stars over 5 and the rating has been based on 127 reviews.
You may have noticed that its rating is practically the top, and it is based on a very large number of feddbacks, so we may be quite sure that the valuation is quite reliable. If people have bothered to evaluate when they are pleased with the service, it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to give scores when these are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Bakery is classified in the category of Bakery.
Hidden gem, tasty and yummy variety of baked goods. So good
Omg it's so good!!! Everything was perfect. And so tasty I wish I could have spent more.
Best bakery ever, ever!!! All my favorite things baked to perfection!! So many choices. Dwight location is so cute!!!
The building was smaller than I thought but the selection was great. The pecan tarts were delicious
Visited Henrietta's on our way back from Angonquin. Stumbled upon this amazing bakery by chance. We ordered a number of items and absolutely loved everything. Haven't had a chance to try all that we bought but did have the strawberry rhubarb pie, date square and a cheese scone, all three were delicious and surprisingly the pie and the date square had the perfect sweetness which was such a big plus for us. The ladies at the counter were warm and friendly. The place was quite busy and we had to wait in the line for a bit but it was completely worth it. Definitely recommended if you are in the Algonquin area.
Get the sticky buns, trust me.
Cozy place, home made products
The apple pie and butter tarts were bloody delicious!!
Great selection of baked goods
Best bakery around. Make sure to try the sticky buns.
Soooo good!
I tried several things from there and loved them all. If I had to pick a favorite it might be the German Raisin Bread. But the the Muskoka Clouds and the Lemon Blueberry Coffeecake would all be tied for a close second.
Lots of great bakery items. Get there early ! They get really busy on weekends. Service is excellent and always with a smile. Remember to say please and thank you while ordering. Beautiful little shop. Nuff said!
Do yourself a favour and stop in before and after you visit algonquin. You will satisfy your sweet tooth!
A hidden gem. You must try the Muskoka Clouds! Anyone know what type of berry they use?
Excellent!!!!!
Yum!
No trip along hwy 60 is complete without a stop at Henrietta's. By far the best stick buns I've ever had!!
They have lovely Cornish Pasties and every thing else is just delicious too!
Overcrowded!
The sticky buns are unreal and a perfect treat after getting out of the woods.
Most delicious treats!!!
Oh my. Delicious baked goods!!! Thank you !!!!
Chocolate chip danish (no custard). You wont be disappointed!!
Delicious treats, great pastry, pies, and what not.
Best baked goods I've tried in Canada. (Possibly anywhere.) Missed the famous Clouds but the Apple Beignet is also fluffy and seemed overlooked because it didn't protrude apples like the strudels. It's also very full of apples and cinnamon (and perhaps some marzipan?) and has a delicate exterior texture with slight caramelization. Not too sweet - and the sweetness tasted natural, like it was from the apples primarily rather than relying on sugar.
Love those sticky buns!
These guys need a shout out for the impeccable service and courtesy. The cookies were simple amazing.
Henrietta's is always a mandatory stop when we're camping in Algonquin Park. They have a great selection of bread, pies, pastries and warm food. You won't be disappointed.
This place has literally the best pastry and dessert on the planet, but you have to get there before 10am otherwise it's all gone!!!
Love the danishes, Muskoka Clouds and sticky buns best but really, everything is great.
Always be sure to stop here on your way into the park for some delicious camping "supplies"
Food is $$$, but good. Very busy, especially on weekends (expect a line-up), so favorites may sell out before end of the day. Friendly staff, but often inefficient/slow. Sticky buns remain top notch, danishes solid, cookies kinda meh, and the sausage roll just ain't what it used to be. Bread and buns never disappoint.
Nice selection of fresh baking goods as long as you get there early. Will have a good selection though throughout the day. Peach pie is a must to buy. Due to COVID the line up can be long at times but they do a good job at keeping it moving.
Bread is fantastic, pastries are delicious, and the local selection of honey is great! Nothing but good vibes from the ladies behind the desk. Would definitely recommend!
Raspberry peach cobbler, apple cranberry strudel and a pecan caramel brownie. The photos speak for themselves ????
I tried the pies, the loafs and the breads, everything is delicious. I wish they were closer so I can come and buy some of their goodies more often.
I have been coming here since I was a child and now I bring my children. It isn't a weekend until you've enjoyed the sticky buns!! Everything about Henriettas is perfect! Do not miss out if you have the chance!
Misleading on their “sourdough “ bread . Went to purchase a loaf , noticed it was very light in weight , looked like sourdough though . I asked if it was baked with commercial yeast , the lady said no it wasn’t. I asked her to check , she came back from talking to baker and said yes , it has commercial yeast . That their “ sourdough “ bread is actually not authentic, but made to look that way to give it the sourdough style !!!! I’ll give it 2 stars for the good looking sweets on display, but it ends there .
Always worth the quick drive from Deerhurst to Henrietta's Pine Bakery. The line seems long but the wait is really short. Best baked goods in the area. Must try peach pie.
Great baking. Buns, and tasty treats.
Wow!! This place just happened to be on our route to visit Ragged Falls and we made a very quick decision to stop and are so glad we did. The fruit galette was topped with lots of delicious, fresh fruit, and the pastry was light and flaky. The danishes were also incredible (bought them on recommendation from a local person in line with us) and we knew after one bite that we were in for a very delicious treat! Don't pass this place by! ????
Delicious
Our favourite bakery in our summer trips to Algonquin. Currently the max customers allowed is 2 so be prepared to line up. But the bakery items are so good and it is worth the wait.
Amazing.
Come early for the best selection, this place is small and very popular.
Best bakery in Muskoka! Everything is fresh as can be and delicious!
Regularly enjoy fresh bread and Chelsea buns from here.
The dessert are great. It's just a little slow on the service.
Perfect place to stop and fuel yourself before proceeding to Algonquin park. I loved the sourdough bread and the bakes were good too.
Best place in Muskoka hands down worth the trip. They also have a location in Huntsville. Both are amazing and well worth checking out.
Mmmmm. Muskoka clouds! This little bakery is well known in cottage country. Get there early to get the goodies!
Sticky buns!!!!
Great place
Can't drive by this place without buying a few things.
Fantastic treats and their sandwiches make the drive worthwhile...
Delicious food and deserts at reasonable prices
Probably the best eclair I've ever had.
Everything I've ever had from Henrietta's has been incredible. The bread is amazing and you have to try the Muskoka clouds.
Muskoka clouds and Moose Knuckles are the best. Get there early for best selection.
A local and tourist favourite. We love stopping here on our annual trip in and out of Algonquin Park. Whenever we pass by it is mandatory to stop for chocolate eclairs. They add a custard/creme to theirs that makes them exceptional! Other stuff there is excellent too of course! Expect to wait in line for a couple minutes but it's worth the wait.
You MUST stop here on the way to Algonquin Park. I love the breads, especially the Viking variety! It's a tradition for my wife and I to stop here, but it's quickly becoming the primary reason to drive to Dwight. I cannot recommend it more highly.
Great bakery with lots of great things… we had panini sandwiches, Alpine 9 grain bread, a triple chocolate brownie, a Muskoka cloud, a Snow Mountain, and a sticky bun. All very good. Perhaps our favourite was the Muskoka Cloud… we’ll definitely go back when we can!
Super friendly team, delicious items. Can not recommend enough.
Excellent Bakery with great staff.
Amazing baked goods. Do yourself a favor and stop by. This is the spot to get your treats. Really delicious squares, French
Everything was so impressively delicious! Great, very kind staff too.
My favourite place to go when we go up to the cottage (probably the main reason I go to the cottage in the first place ????) I love their sticky buns but so does everyone. My second favourite thing is the maple walnut danish and my boyfriend's favourite is the chocolate danish. Thanks for the great food and hospitality!!
An amazing little gem on Huntsville with fresh breads and pastries. The staff and friendly and courteous. The alluring smells and delectable pastries make it a must stop on any visit to the area!
The best Paninis ever! They are so good. Every time I come to visit my brother I am have to go to Henrietta’s. Great selection of breads, cookies and treats!
Best beef pie in Canada
Great bakery goods ...mediocre, unfriendly staff.
The food was absolutely delicious. Carrot cake was my favorite
Get the Muskoka Clouds - not your average tea bisquit. Pretty much can't go wrong with any item, massive selection, very efficient for how busy they usually are.
Always a must stop even more so then webbers. The breads and the bacon twists are my favoirte. It gets busy but the staff keep it moving steadily. Oh the jams too, very good also. And who can say no to a henrietta's sticky bun??! : ). I look forward to continue enoying this place for a long time to come.
Every summer!
(Translated) A good place to eat and snack with bread and sweets while taking a break while coming and going. (Original) 알공퀸 오며가며 잠시 쉬면서 빵과 과자로 식사와 간식하기 좋은 장소.
Can I give it a 6 star? Yes, this review is 6 stars. I will go out of my way to come here. I have tried many things from Henrietta's and it has all been fantastic. Order your sandwiches ahead. This will ensure you get one before they are gone.
Awesome danishes
Wonderful customer service and the backed goods and food are to die for!!! Sooooo delicious!
If you've been then you know. If you've never been...well you are simply missing out.
OMG soooo awesome!! Pretty expensive but really makes this a treat. Known for their Muskoka clouds - a cheese and cranberry scone. Go early to get these. They sell out fast! The loaf bread is fantastic as are the sticky buns. Lots of pies, squares, danishes, turnovers, and even savoury sandwiches. Highly recommended!
You can't find better baked goods and pastries. We stop by every time we drive through the region, even if that means driving an hour out of the way. Ordering ahead is strongly recommended. Try the meat pies!!!
❤️❤️❤️! I don’t usually stop at places with huge line-ups. BUT, I had the time today and I am sooooo glad we did. The bakery of all bakeries.
Quality over quantity. That's what this place is about
Higher post COVID pricing and even higher don’t give a care attitude. We used to be regulars but after our recent (June 30th) and very rudely treated visit will not return and spread the word. “ Do you have any sticky buns left”? Response; “do you see any?, no what you see is what we have.” Either having a bad day or a bad hire you are done. Post COVID = great experience or we go elsewhere - Off to The Windmill in Huntsville. Friendly, local, no attitude and trying the best bakery in the area - Bryan - Hillside.
Amazing pastries if I lived closer I would be diabetic and broke
Every year, when we come up to the area, we have to stop here. No bakery has ever been able to compare. Been coming here since I was tiny and I can't wait to come back the next time I'm in Muskoka!
Definitely worth stopping by to or from the park. Get some butter tarts if you can!
Amazing shop! Nothing there is a sub par choice ; everything is delicious.
Magically delicious. Best pie and sticky buns I've ever had. Come early and line up if you want sticky buns however.
Cottage country's neighbourhood bakery...????
Great baking!
A great tradition. Only sad jam lady retired.
Love eating here during our falls trip!
Amazing food, great service
So great, friendly, free coffee and A1 pastries
OMG.... On a diet? Look the other way. Just wonderful pastries and so much more. What a wonderful shop, stop in even if all you can do is take in the aromas.
Best bakery to stop at when in the area...tasty and really fresh...
Love this Place! It's a reason why we drive through the Park. Delicious treats!!!
Amazing sticky buns.
The naked goods are amazing. A little pricey but they are worth it!
The best bakery in Muskoka!!!
Hmm hmm good Moose hooves, sticky buns and savouries too
Have always loved stopping here after our motorcycle ride thru the park
This place has been open for longer than I’ve been alive, and it’s easy to see from the quality of their baked goods why it has stood the rest of time. The lineup from locals and tourists alike also speaks volumes. They only allow 2 separate paying customers outside of the same party to be in the shop at a time. They had two staff taking orders, which helped the line move quickly. I purchased their signature sticky buns and Muskoka clouds (tender fruity scones), as well as a couple of butter tarts. The sticky buns were still warm and soft with a lovely caramelized and sticky exterior that wasn’t overly sweet. The Muskoka clouds were also delicious, with a tartness from the berries that helped to balance out some of the sugar dusted on the tops of the scones. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the area. They also have another location in Huntsville which accommodates more people in the shop at a time.
From sausage rolls and Nanaimo bars to fresh baked breads, cookies and pies, you will NOT be disappointed. Try the sticky buns!
Best sticky buns around. Great bakery!
Yum
(Translated) Anyone who - like us - gets stranded here by chance has been really lucky and will be standing in front of the well-stocked counter at every opportunity. Because out of season, we were lucky and didn't have to stand in line. Excellent quality, sweet and savory, coffee for free. By the way, Henrietta herself is German, but has lived in Canada for many years. Hervorragende Qualität, süß und pikant, coffee for free. Henrietta selbst ist übrigens Deutsche, lebt aber schon viele Jahre in Canada.
Awesome bread and baked goods here. This is my fav cottage place to hit!
Sooo good. Love the clouds
Delish!
Best place!!!
One of the best bakeries in the region!!! There is no bad choices. Will try it's sweet bread next time!
Yummy... best bakery.
The best baked goods. I have never had anything here that wasn't delicious, but nothing will ever beat a Muskoka cloud and a coffee in the morning. If you're coming in late in the day, I recommend placing an order ahead of time (especially on a weekend!).
Amazing baked goods!
Absolutely awesome baking, well worth the stop and the calories, make the detour if you're in the area.
Yummy, fresh, and made with love. You gotta try the apple galettes, if they're even still in stock!
One of the best places to stop by if you're venturing in or out of the park. Sticky buns and their chicken and beef pies are to die for.
Chelsea bread. Muskoka clouds. Yes, please!!
An absolutely fantastic bakery! Always fresh products. Great variety. Amazing sandwiches, to-die-for sticky buns, phenomenal raisin buns and and and... Always friendly staff. This tiny place gets packed on weekends. And it's no wonder. I'm sure many, like me, are looking forward to getting here any time they're in the area. It's become a tradition. Wish there were more bakeries like this in Ontario!!
We love this bakery the sandwhiches are amazing and we grabbed one for the ride home. We also the bacon and cheese focaccia bread!
You have not tasted the tasty equivalent of the Muskoka Clouds anywhere. The closest tasty to the Rock himself. Breads and treats and elusive sticky buns. But honestly- get there early for the Clouds. Sigh.⛅⛅⛅⛅⛅⛅⛅⛅
Best place for tarts and sticky buns.
Awesome sandwiches, friendly staff, good location. Do stop in. A popular go to place!
This is a fantastic bakery and well worth the drive. Everything here is good but they are well know for their tarts and their sticky buns. It is usually lined up either to the door or outside of it. Parking is tight most people with campers parking on the side of the road.
A quaint bakery in a small town that sells homemade baked goods. We have been visiting Henrietta's for years en route to Algonquin Park. Whole pies are sold here along with strudels, eclairs, croissants, butter tarts and many more delicious items. If I am visiting Algonquin I will always make a stop here.
Amazing. A must stop in Muskoka
Yum yum, bit of a line up outside 30-45 minute wait, but very tasty treats
Those what most would call cinnamon rolls but are know as Sticky Buns lol are absolutely delicious not hard to eat 6 in one sitting, big sandwiches to go too never tried one but they look amazing, breads are fresh as ever
Great service, the best sticky buns
Delicious baked goods. Bread, buns to cookies & pastries All top notch. Parking out front
Love the baked goods from this place. Recommendation, go early because the good stuff runs out quickly. Also, the parking situation is pretty hairy when it's busy.
Awesome bakery and super friendly people. One of the employees went into his own vehicle to get my dog a very high quality treat. Great shop staffed by great people!
Great bread and pies!
Great place for hearty, tasty sandwiches and sweet pastries.
Love love this place. We travel for 2 hr drive just to get Henrietta's chicken pies, sausage rolls, cheddar scones and delicious paninis...lovely people and great polite service.
An Ontario icon.
Great bread!
Best sticky buns ever and the rest of their baked goods and bread are just as delicious
A must visit. Everything is amazing. Stock up!!!
The best bakery in Ontario and a staple of a trip to Algonquin Park or going to the cottage.
A Lake of Bays classic that doesn't get old, even when waiting an hour for stickey buns.
Ohhh.... if only I could give this place 10 stars. Been to the location in Dwight as well as Huntsville and both superb. Not one single thing we bought was less than excellent and we went 3 times each occasion. Try their pizza, the algonquin and alpine bread, cinnamon buns.... anything really. Oh and the danishes.... ugh, just go!!
Scrumptious baked goods and the huge selection on the menu makes it difficult to choose just one treat. Friendly and cheerful staff too. We camped up the road from the bakery and made a point of walking there almost every morning for our morning pastries. Line ups can be long, but it's well worth the wait!
Visited again after many years but so glad to see the service was still warm & friendly and the products oh so good!
delicious baked goods
Had a coffee and a pastry here, fantastic selection. They were extremely well set up for the covid 19 situation.
great variety of freshly baked products on the way to Algonquin park. Especially the pumpkin muffin and the sandwiches have been outstanding. Very kind and welcoming service.
Great baking, a busy spot.
Best Macaroons ever!
Fresh amazing home made snacks pastries and bread. A must if in the area
Delicious treats!! Worth the wait even with Covid precautions.
Awesome place to go. Very helpful staff and delicious baked good. Thanks I will be back. .
Very good buns
Excellent pie and sandwiches!
Best peach pie I've ever had. I've driven 3.5hours ONLY for pie before. Great bakery, even better pies. Never been disappointed ????
The best sticky buns, excellent whole grain bread.
Worst customer service!
Amazing breads!
I hate going into a new place out of town and not knowing what to order. Even worse - when the staff are miserable and unwilling to help! Not here!! We went into Henrietta’s this past Friday for the first time. The lady who helped my husband and I, and two daughters was so helpful and sweet! She let us switch so we could each pick our pastries. We took a sampling of the desserts (all of which were delicious), picked our favourites and went back Saturday for more! Thank you for being so cheerful and helpful - we certainly appreciated it! Keep up the delicious work and positive attitude! :)
Muskoka Clouds are the best!
4th in line this morning (Sunday). First time visit... well worth the wait!!!
Fabulous baked goods and sandwiches
Longstanding reputable bakery. Go earlier in the day for best choice. They baked fresh daily (I think closed on Monday). Breads buns, pies, brownies, butter tarts, pecan tarts and fabulous sandwiches! Breadth of offerings may not be as complete as a supermarket...but everything is fresh; everything is delicious...and the service is personal country friendly.
Always tasty baking. Young lady who waited on me was absolutely uplifting ( training to be a nurse...her patients will benefit)
Great selection of fresh baked goods!
People from bus like it
Visited two days in a row. Everything we tried was great. Skor buttertart, blueberry cheese strudel, pecan tart (X2, one each day!). Sticky buns were delicious.
I went here on the recommendation from a friend she did not disappoint. The feta and spinach croissant was spectacular
Wish there had been a larger spot, the food options were nice though!
Fantastic cookies worth a stop. Brownie lovers this is a must stop in and enjoy visit!
Wow wow wow is all I can say. If you have a sweet tooth this is the place for you. Although we had to wait in line for 30 min was worth the wait. Best butter tarts ever and their sticky buns are over the top. Highly recommend it if you are up in the Huntsville area.
By the roadside identifiable as somewhere worth a stop by the cars parked. People from all over Ontario and beyond make a habit of stopping here for a pie. Gorgeous fruit pies and a rare source of meat pies
Awesome treats and eats
Nice bakery I would stop again. Northern seasonal prices
The worst efficiency I've ever experienced, which shows a disregard by management for customer's time. Over a 70min wait just to get inside, despite only 7 groups of customers in front of us (line was halfway to the road). Once inside, it took 15+ mins for the 14 (?) year old to serve me 3 pre-made focaccias (not toasted), a few tarts and some sticky buns. This should have been a sale that took a few minutes. I saw the other young server stand and watch the toaster oven for 1+ min while she toasted someone else's focaccia, instead of packing the rest of their order. These aren't delays because of COVID. It's evidence of poor training, a sales process that needs overhauling and penny pinching from management who should hire additional+more experienced staff. An express window at the side for customers who know what they want without needing to browse their displays would be a very good addition. Having the lady who I assume is the boss/manager, stand in the rear casually chatting away while the 2 young servers struggle to cope while customers become disgruntled, goes a long way to substantiating my assumptions. Please improve.
We stop here every year on our way into Algonquin. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. You can call ahead, and they will save/make extra food for you to pick up. It's a great place to stop for lunch or get something sweet. We love the chicken panini's and spinach and feta rolls!
Wonderful Bakery......great strudel.
Clouds!!!!!
Long lines move along well. One cash only till. One card cash out . Free coffee!
Business is short staffed like many in the area with a very lengthy wait to purchase.
Best bakery ever been to. You can tell they use quality ingredients as you can taste the differnce. Great selection of stuff and very friendly ladies who serve you. Felt very safe as they only allowed two customers at a time inside. Line up outside to get in but it moves fairly quickly and the short wait is so worth it
the best
Very tasty treats.
The absolute best gem in the Algonquin area. Worth the wait for the sticky buns.
A carboholics dream, fresh pies, cookies, squares breads, cinnamon buns and fresh sandwiches. Don't forget about the preserves and jams.... The earlier you get there the better the selection, be prepared for a lineup during busy times, but definitely worth the wait.
Best Bakery ever!!!
Very good place to stop and get stuff sandwich we had was very good and dessert there r great would go back if were r back in the area again .
all's well that tastes well ...
Very delicious and home made.
Finally got to visit this establishment yesterday and it was worth the wait. They have a great selection of items to suit everyone's needs. Personally I had the Curry Pie, Sausage Roll, and a Chocolate Croissant but my fiancé and sister-in-law ordered other items and loved them. Do not be discouraged by the line when you come because you will regret not stopping in
Had the best chocolate croissant ever. Came with a complimentary coffee. Only $3 for both. Wish I could have tried everything.
Love the baked goods. Be ready to line up.
The small but cozy log house attracts your attention, but the bubbly personality of the curly haired owner just invites you in even more. I initially heard about they're amazing Plain Butter Tarts, but the Chunky Beef Pie is to die for. I would definitely give this place a 12/10. If you ever find yourself in Dwight you cannot leave without visiting Henrietta's.
Great place! Service and food were amazing!
Everything we tried (gooey buns, intense lemon and dark chocolate danishes) was exceptionally delicious. The Saskatchewan berry and rhubarb pie was without question the best pie I’ve ever eaten, and I’m a pie-hound. How do they get that crust so rich and flaky? The filling was so dense! I’ve never had these berries before and loved their tartness. We savored every bite.
Great Covid rules. Thank you. Amazing bakery, clean, well supplied, lots of variety fora mid day on Thursday. Oh yes, very yummy. My husband's family has come for the past 40 plus years!!
Wiw. Easily one of the finest bakeries I have ever been to. These people create tasty pastries, pies, cookies and fresh yummy bread. Make sure to stop here!
Such a lovely little spot with tons of variety of baked sweet and savory goods. It was a pleasure stepping into here. They only make a certain amount of goods a day and open only until they sell out so if you are thinking of going one day, wouldn't wait till later in the day
Best bakery around!
What a charming and lovely place to visit! Their baked goods were so fresh and the selection made it impossible to leave with just one item! Everything tasted incredible and the staff were so friendly. I would most definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a top quality treat or two (or three)!
Pastry was amazing
Great place for lunch or grabbing some sweets and snacks. Butter tarts are worth getting as well...
Curry beef pie is a must try.
I would normally give five stars because the food is outstanding. My complaint is that we that we drove a long way only to find that the bakery was closed even though the Website said it was opened. VERY disappointing! Please update your Website.
Really good ninaimo bars and sugar cookies. That's all we tried but they were delicious.
What can we say muskoka dreams are to die for...and everything else to boot
Best place to have a lunch in Muskoka
Best brownies I have ever eaten...
Home made baked goods, won't disappoint
Best sticky buns ever
Classic sticky buns are always great.
(Translated) On our way to Algonquin Park, we stopped at this Bakery to buy some food to take with us. We wanted to try different products, sweet and savory, and ALL were GREAT! Tomorrow we will leave the town of Dwight but before we leave we will definitely come back here to buy something to eat during the trip.
Best bakery ever visited...wll not be disappointed by anything offered...a must visit
Very disappointed. On our annual visit to the Algonquin area I went to Henrietta's 3 times this week for one specific item..nanaimo bars. Every time they said they had sold out and would have more tomorrow. They never offered to take an order until my last visit today. Went there this morning 1/2 hour before they opened to be there before they sold out. There was 1 bar in the case when I arrived, but just as I was being waited on a lady took the tray away. I was told it was broken and they wouldn't sell it to me and they won't have more until Tuesday...today is Sunday. I'm so over this place. It's really not worth the aggravation. Their items are good, but not as good as they used to be in the 25 years we've been coming here. That is my one indulgence once a year. NOT ANY MORE!! I'm done with this place. It's really not worth the trouble.
Best bakery in Ontario. Don't miss their pies!
Delicious goodies. Amazing sandwiches..complimentary coffee
Baked goods that taste like Heaven! If yiur in the area you have to stop here!!!!
Really good food and good prices
Amazing place. A must visit if your in Ontario. Great pastries, meat pies and scones and more...
So. Many. Choices. A must stop in for the cottage or a surprise camping treat!!! Both sweet & savoury baked goods - fresh and delicious. Do it! 0 calories in cottage country!
Everything is to die for. Sandwhiches are always amazing. The sticky buns are phonomonal and their bread is made with special flour and it is so great. Karen is always really friendly when you see her.
Customer service has taken a nosedive during COVID. Now you can wait out in the parking lot for an hour only to finally get inside and find out they're sold out of half of the items you want. They are frequently sold out of their signature item, sticky buns. Sometimes they're sold out by noon, even though they are open til 4, and they aren't going to make more. It sure would be nice to know that before standing outside for an hour. How about a sign outside letting us know the items you are out of before we line up? And how do you misjudge it by that much that you sell out 4 hours before close? On top of that hours of operation change so frequently you never know when or if they are going to be open. They may be open til 2, or 3, or 4, or back to 2. They might not open til 10...but still sell out of sticky buns by 11:30. They may be closed just on Mondays, or also on Tuesdays, or also on Wednesdays, or also on Sundays. Who knows? After a while it's not worth the aggravation. We've been coming here for 25 years and used to be greeted with smiles and a great attitude. Now it feels like the main person here is just wishing she could retire and she no longer enjoys the business.
If there is a bad review on this place, then reviews should not exist as reputable information. I'm not a pastry nut, but this the best baked goods provider I have ever experienced. The bread us second to none.
What can I say Mmmmm mm
Slow service, good food. I try to stop whenever I am in dwight or huntsville but have left on more than one occasion because service was so slow. The last time I could see people in the back talking and they did not cone to help the one staff person in the front. If you have a lot of time to wait, the baked goods are excellent.
Pricey but worth every bite!
Greek pastries great prices friendly service
Best bakery. Go there every time we go to Algonquin!
Omg truly to die for pastry!
Very tasty breads and bakery food, homemade, sweet and fresh
