I paid for delivery on my boyfriends birthday and they just never went to the bakery to pick up my order. Now it's the next day and I had nothing for his birthday. Really upset I paid for delivery for no reason.

My sister from London ordered a fruit basket cake for me from R Bakery. I received a text notification from EjoyCity, letting me know the estimated delivery time window. I initially wanted to see if they can deliver my cake after 5pm because I couldn't get home at that time, they mentioned it's not really possible because their courier typically finish the job before 5pm. Should is understandable, i let them know I have a blue box bin in front of the porch if the driver can leave it there. They say they will put this in the delivery instruction. Around 4pm, i received a notification that the cake was delivered and when I got home, it was left at the blue box bin. The delivery experience was great and Cake was really delicious from R Bakery. this merchant lacks basic honesty and respect. they change order without customer's consent, and find excuses afterwards without remorse. being rude over a refund dispute, and talk aggressively. AVOID them at all cost.

I was very impressed with EjoyCity's cake delivery service last Saturday. The cake arrived promptly to my address in Toronto for my daughters birthday. It ordered a mango mouse cake and it was delicious. I will definitely be ordering more for all my kids birthdays!

Took me a while to write this review. Last year, I was heading to midtown for a birthday party, I was looking for a bakery near by as I didn't want to transport a cake from up north, the weather was so hot. I would like to order online first to ensure they will make the cake fresh and ready when I go pick it up. After some struggle I found Eglinton Bakery, process was easy, I made payment online and when I go picked it up, everything was perfect. Didn't even have to pay for parking, in and out of the bakery within 20 seconds. Cake was good as well, looks exactly like the picture.

I’ve always orders cakes from the many many companies on E-Joy and always had a great experience. So I decided to order flowers from Simply Flowers as well and they did a fabulous job on my mom’s birthday flowers.

Ordered a cake online for delivery - vanilla chocolate cake. The process was easy, you can tell how much detail it went into making these cakes. The cake itself was really good, looks perfect. it’s up there with my favourite cakes now. Icing was super light and cake wasn’t dry at all. Cake delivery was great, driver was polite, had some trouble entering the building, but, delivered with good attitude and even said enjoy the cake. Definitely will be ordering more cakes here in the future

Needed a bigger size fruit cake for the baby shower party. found Antosha Bakery on the website. Got a 10 inch cake for $30 plus $12 delivery fee. Hardly any bakery provide such large cake for this price. Cake was one of the best cake that we had, tasty and fresh. cake was delivered at 2pm and courier was polite and didn't ask for tip. Overall was a great experience, can't wait to use their service for the next birthday party.

was in a bit of a bind. Needed a cake ASAP. Ordered from Oishiii Sweet, and boy they didn't disappoint. The delivery was made on time and in perfect condition! The wifey was super happy! Will order again.

Beautiful cake delivered to my husband. Everything was perfect, the driver was great and made sure it was no contact delivery due to COVID-19. Called my husband when he got to the door and left it outside. The cake was simply amazing, take a look at the picture. Thank you again.

Amazing service. I order an 10 inch honey cake from Antosha Bakery for my brothers family who lives in Toronto Area. They cake was excellent, looked beautiful and tasted great. It was definitely worth the $30 that I paid. The delivery service was also excellent. my brother received a notification on the day of the delivery to inform him the 4 hour delivery window, the driver was courteous as well. Once the delivery was completed, I got an email to inform me the delivery status. Whole experience was great consider the fact, I paid $12 for the delivery fee. I would definitely use in the future. I also enjoy the fact, I know exactly where my cake was coming from, so I could do little research to find out Antosha Bakery is an excellent European/Russian bakery in the area. Thanks

The service is great! They made sure the gifts are customized to my need, and arrived on time. The flowers are some of the most beautiful I have seen, and the fruit cake was delicious! I forgot to put the unit number for my sister's apartment. eJoycity was able to contact me the day before the delivery to correct the address. My sister also really like the pink heart cake. I would definitely would recommend and order again.

Order from iBake , crepe cake online. Price was good, cake was delicious. Delivery was on time. One improvement is more items could be listed online, when I called the bakery, they had little bit more variety in the shop, unfortunately, I was able to get it because it wasn't listed online. Overall a great experience, please try to update bakery's online menu.

Amazing experience. I wanted to order Strawberry cake for my daughter's birthday, they recommended one of the bakery in Scarborough, I googled the bakery, all looks good. So I ordered online through Ejoycity, the price is amazing, it's about $30 for the cake and $10 for delivery. Delivery goes to the school residence, I know my daughter doesn't have morning class, but will be away in the afternoon. I requested morning delivery, Ejoycity mention delivery time can not be guaranteed. At the end, the delivery was still done at the morning. I am not sure if it's by coincidence or they prioritize my delivery. Either way, I am happy with the results.

Thanks for delivering a last minute cake to my brother in Brampton. They were able to coordinate an excellent black forest cake from La novita Bakery and scheduled the delivery service with their courier on the same day. I googled the bakery which is very popular with hundreds of positive reviews. Thanks for selecting a great bakery and fast delivery service.

Cake is great, bought a Chocolate fudge cake from Harbord Bakery, looks exactly like the picture and my daughter told me it tasted excellent as well. Unlike other cake delivery service I used before, they use fake good pictures, however, the cake came out of supermarket. I enjoy EJoycity that they list real good bakeries and was able to deliver a great cake to my daughter at very reasonable price.

Lovely cake and amazing service. I was constantly being updated of the status and delivery times of my order via email. That was really helpful and lent a personal touch. The delivery was made in a timely manner and would surely use their services again. I highly recommend EJoyCity.ca.

!!!!READ FULL REVIEW TRUST ME; THREATENING TO CALL cops on me for review. “We will file a case with Toronto Police, we will pass the recipient's information over. We will pass all the information over and request police to conduct a investigation on this matter, if the result is a damaged cake, I will refund you the amount immediately. “If the result is inconclusive or not damaged, then we will seek further action. Attempting to call police over a cake a MONTH later. Ejoy city called me so many times a day when both I and the recipient work all day. They contacted us off blocked numbers we have no idea who was calling. No voicemail was left Until I answered and I was yelled at for my review. “For your particular order, we placed a priority order with the courier company and paid extra to be completed before early afternoon. “ Early afternoon?! If youcheck the picture messages you can see how they changed it from 9:30-1:30pm. Then they changed it to 11am-3pm. Cake did not arrive until 3:30pm. How is that “early afternoon”? Recipient confirmed that the cake was warm and 80% of the ice was melted. I would love to see the receipt for that ejoy city to see where you guys paid “extra” LOL WASTE OF MONEY READ & VIEW PICS BEFORE PURCHASING UPDATE: couldn’t find my order? How funny!! considering you guys gladly took $60 from me! ORDER ID IS PROVIDED IN PICS BELOW. How deceptive. I have the order number and proof of emails. They never reached out to me. Never got back to me. Yet here they are pretending like they do good business. Showing other consumers FALSELY that they have good practice sales when all they are is GREEDY and shady. NEVER REFUNDED MONEY!! Although promising to refund it on here trying to look good. Emailed them “will look further into it” never responded. Terrible business ethics. Will never do business with this company again! Given that I have received 186 views please do not hesitate to contact me! I would love to answer any questions you may have before placing an order. Update : READ **** WASTE OF MONEY! Do not recommend. PLACED WEEKS IN ADVANCE. Cake was delivered very late and it was warm upon arrival. I don’t know why they have time delivery frames which are four hours long 9:30-1:30 I selected that one and it arrived at 3:30pm! At 8am A text was received by my friend to be home to accept the cake between 11:30-3pm. I called the bakery at 9:30 and the cake they said was ready for pick up. I am obviously not in Toronto and I selected DELIVERY. They really don’t care about their customers. My friend had to cancel his plans to stay home to accept the cake. I called them and the owner already knew which cake I was inquiring about. They said it was the ONLY cake for delivery. So why late and warm? Reached out to me so late at 3:09 and told me cake should be there in 10 mins it arrives at 3:30. If it is the only cake for delivery why so late? Very small for $60! $23.39 for delivery is insane and the cake ended up being warm. mango mousse cake is not supposed to be warm it had whipped cream on the top and it was melted. Didn’t look like picture either. Owner keeps blowing up my phone And my friends phone repeatedly all day only to pick up and get yelled at. Couldn’t answer why the cake was warm! He said he didn’t know. He Ignored my questions just kept yelling. Very unprofessional. Still keeps calling. This is pretty much harassment. I will only take my review down if I am compensated for the delivery fees. STOP CALLING ME! He actually called my friend more than he called me. Crazy right ?!

I ordered a yummy cake from Kensington Natural bakery for delivery and it was awesome! Cake arrived on time for my friend's birthday everyone at the party loved it. There wasn't enough for seconds, I guess next time I'll have to order a bigger cake...lol ????

What I like is that I can pick from a good bakery that's near my girlfriend's location on EJoyCity's platform. So i know exactly where the cake is made and I can also google the bakery's review. Cake was delivered fresh and with excellent design. Their service was exceptional as well, answered all my emails in a timely fashion. Price was also very good. Thank you and will definitely use in the future. Only thing I would recommend is add some more products for the bakery because I contacted R Bakery, they have more cake varieties than the ones listed online. Thanks

Order a soccer cake from EJoycity for my nephew who lives in Markham. Delivery was few minutes late however, they communicated with my nephew's family regarding the slight delay which was no problem. And the cake looked exactly like the picture showed. Price was also very reasonable, I am very satisfy with the service. Thanks.
