Here you have the feddbacks of people who buy the products and services of Artisan Bakery (Bakery) near Ontario (Canada).
At present the firm gets a rating of 4.6 stars over 5 and the rating has been calculated on 127 reviews.
You may have noticed that the average of ratings is nearly the highest, and it is based on a very high number of scores, so we can think that the assessment is quite reliable. If many people have bothered to rate when they are happy with the business, it works.
You know that we don't usually bother to place reviews when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Bakery is classified in the category of Bakery.
Pretty good bakery right at the market with an interesting, varied selection of treats. I was really excited to try the Nanaimo bar mini doughnut, but I can't say it reminded me of those famous chocolate cream squares (points for creativity though :P)... The danishes, on the other hand, are worth trying! - Mimi's Cake Tour
A lot of amazing vendors and fantastic foods! The brownies I found were next level!!
A new baker couple owns it starting October 2021. I liked it before but now it is really really great - gorgeous space - yummy baked things. The croissants are to die for. It seems a lot of reviews here confuse this small Artisan Bakery on the north side of Dundas with the huge Western Fair Farmers Market full of vendors that is down and across the street; somebody should sort that out and remove all the reviews for the wrong thing..
It's ok for a farmers market. Little to big for me - just a preference and prefer smaller more personal vendors
I love the Western Fair Farmers Market, it has the authentic experience of a farmers market.
Always a great fun social experience with great produce and products to be found. Particularly love the second floor
Good meat pies.
We found many great deals on fresh fresh vegetables. Also beautiful cuts of meat and sausages, fish and fowl
Hit this place up early for best selection. Great variety of vendors to satisfy all yens. Support local!
Great market. Too many vendors and artists to mention. Recovering after mandatory Sunday vendor openings which of course made all the wonderful Mennonite folks leave
Cute, eclectic and bustling. Always something tasty paired with creative and interesting artisans. Grab some cash because youre gonna want to spend it here.
For my money the best farmer's market in London. Not necessarily cheap, but always something unique to find, musicians, and just good people. One of my favourite weekend visits.
I love this place to just walk around or pick up some fresh items. Also the stall with the curried chicken meat pie is a must?
My first time up thete on a wed. Night enjoyed myself had some sipper and purchesed som glutin free baked goods num num..
Was very pleased, bright and clean. A vast array of merchandise. Well worth a visit.
The hours are very limited, so the market is sometimes super crowded and the parking lot is full. I absolutely love going to the market though! There are so many specialty and artisan booths inside with fantastic food quality and variety.
Awesome Fresh produce. Friendly service, and lots more upstairs.
I heard they're only baking 1/week now and was sad. The loaves don't seem as fresh.
Great bakery, we had the 6 pack of scones for 10 bucks also had a apple crumble muffin and it was great. Coffee is ok.
Love the splash pad... ans Queens Park is simple and nice, and the Porto potty was useable. Sadly, I forgot that the market is not open Sundays. Nor are the corresponding Cheese/Butcher shops across Dundas st. Some times nice Italian gentleman will chat with you whilst cooling themselves at the splash pad. This is normal, do not be alarmed
I love their bread so much !
Their beet and honey bread is wonderful. So a great place for fresh artisan bread. Can't go wrong.
A lovely, homie environment where you can get a great meal, by some lovely gifts, get your groceries or just explore and most importantly support local. You should be here every week!
Love the atmosphere here. The vendors are personable and the selection is excellent.
Farmers market: local, great people, amazing experience.
Great little indoor farmers market. Even with COVID and a lot of vendors gone, they still have a great selection of produce, bread, and baked goods. Sugar Fairies has the best cupcakes and is why I visit every week :)
Awesome people better baked goods
This market is a busy bustling place on Saturdays until 3pm. There are two floors of vendors. There's a nice mix of food vendors and merchandise vendors, plus food takeout. There's produce vendors, butchers, bakeries, spice vendors and two pizza vendors. A wide selection of merchandise includes repurposed and upcycled items, consignment clothing, designer clothing, jewelery, lamp shade repairs, woodworking, candles. Definitely worth a visit. I'm going back!
That was the first time I went there I thought it was an amazing place something new for me the workers were very friendly the service was excellent everything is a decent price in there and I think it is awesome that there is a farmers market and a city like London there are great deals there me and my wife go there all the time now great place to shop when you looking for food fresh food that is
Favorite market in London!! Great atmosphere, prices, and people!
Much improved in recent years. Splash pad out back for the kids. Credit union across the street for cash. Bathrooms are no longer terrifying. Good groceries on main level. Amazing hot food at Petojo upstairs and real nice sitting area where you can meet up with friends :)
Love this place from the homemade fritters to the homemade dog treats
Lots of fresh veggies especially local now that it is spring.
The staff were super sweet and accommodating. Dill bread is my all time fav
Love this place! Always go to Bifana Boys for a ???? sandwich.
Croissants. If you know you know. If you don't you should find out as soon as possible.
A lively and bustling farmers market right in the heart of the city. Features fresh produce, delicious meats and pastries, vinyl records, Persian rugs, and VHS cassete's. Now open on Sunday.
Great experience. Lots of selection/variety, friendly vendors and amazing prices.
Sadly this was our first visit! Everyone had been telling us how great it was and they weren't kidding. Just a great environment with great vendors, so many choices for fresh meat, fruits, vegetables. The smells and sounds were fantastic! Can't wait to go back.
We've had their pies (from their booth at the Market) as well, but really love this place.
We ended up going here after a disappointing trip to the Western Fair. Surprisingly we really enjoyed it. Lots of vendors all selling their wares and very friendly. We will be returning sometime soon
The market at Western Fair is honestly one of the best I've ever gone to! There is a large variety of food to choose from, as well as your everyday needs for groceries and even some great gift ideas!
Surprised at the variation and quality . Drove passes it countless times and regretting I didn't go in sooner
Just discovered this locale and absolutely loved it! First taste of Fritters...oh my, delicious beyond! The choc/banana combo is decadent! All the shops have unique treasures from veggies and fruit, to jewelry and carvings. Dont miss a chat with Tony, you cant miss his native influenced, irish rooted creative work! You have to go if in the area, get it on your list while in London!
The banana bread loaf and tortiere were delicous! The price was decent making the value good. I love the new payment terminal they were using!
Great local food and a great price, and always someone to bump into. Awesome for the global conscience amount us.
Wide variety, classic artisans, fresh produce and button busting baked goods!
Great place and friendly people. Lots of different little stalls to look through.
I love the western fair farmers market in the summer. So many fantastic local artisans showcasing their unique goods and a great variety of local growers.
Our fave Saturday morning adventure & now they're open on Sundays too! Love the variety here. Something for every taste! They've got an entire stand dedicated to "maple" everything! The best hot chocolate stand ever & the guy even makes you a cafe mocha if you ask. A great place to meet up with friends for a coffee and listen to some live music, walk around, smell the flowers, shop for cheese, sample a slice of pizza, grab some breakfast! Excellent organic produce from several vendors. Upstairs is more of the crafters market - don't forget to go up there . . . they also have a coffee place and an organic smoothie place. Lots of great vendors upstairs offering QUALITY handcrafted furniture, Celtic whimsy, bird houses, skin care, you name it, it's up there! London is pretty fortunate to have such a grand market!
Great market for fresh local produce
Local produce when in season, and local meats. Lots of baked goods, cheeses, etc. This is an amazing market with high quality goods ????
Best croissants in London, baked fresh in the morning, this place is worth checking out!
Always friendly although the cheese sellers at the south end are a bit snobbish and look down their noses at you if you ask too many questions or are not buying what they are selling fast enough or enough of it. Produce is high quality and product is equally of high grade. Frequently go to this market for quality and unusual things. The craft vendors on the second floor are skilled and talented and their merchandise shows it. Well worth a visit to make a several purchases.
Always a fun atmosphere. Lots of great food and people
The market is great! But I have noticed that ever since the new management has taken over and the fifty percent vendor fee increase, that the market has gone downhill a bit. Please don't ruin the best market in the city by greed.
Great experience. Red Door Candle studio is awesome...as is Uncled Dad pizza and meat pies. Oh...and The Fritter Co. Great food. Get there early to get to get the best.
A lot of different things to see and buy, great fun.
Love going to the market so many great treats. Make sure to stop by the Fritter shop and try one.
Awesome place to go on Saturday morning.. For some Fire Roasted coffee and some breakfast. Lots of butchers and other venders to pick up supplies for a fabulous meal..
Very nice market with lots of great food
It's very small and was not much variety of fresh items
Very cool place to spend a morning, great eats too
Amazing selection. Great staff
I've lived everywhere; France, Spain, Quebec, BC, Alberta. and who would have known that London Ontario is the home of the world's greatest Chocolate Croissant! They're unbelievable! This place has that certain "je ne sais quoi" about it, but i am falling further and further in love with it. The pastries are amazing!!
Very good variety. Things that interest me are the following: Mexican breakfast (reg breakfast also available), Indian food, Mongolian food, German style bread truck from Goderich (?) Area, fruit, veggie and bacon (cold cuts). Oh, coffee bar as well.
Amazing. Selection of good is amazing and everyone is extremely friendly!
Great weekend market to visit with your family and share some great local food! Also nice to have this accessible when you're looking for good local produce for the week.
Love going to The Market at Western Fair District on the weekends!! There are alot of delicious food options here!
Great selection. Farm fresh produce, prepared foods. Crafts and collectables.
Best bakery in town!
Great place to pick up hand made things
It is a market that has a little bit of everything for everyone - fresh local fruits and veg (whatever is in season); meats (beef, pork, chicken and 1 seafood stall); bakeries (breads, meat pies, pizzas, pastries); and numerous non-food stalls on the upper level. They also have several prepared food stalls - Ukrainian pierogies, Central American empanadas / tacos/ chiles rillenos, Indian (i think) samosas. All in all it is a fun way to spend an hour or two on a Saturday morning, especially when local fruits and veg are in season.
My personal favourite market in London and surrounding area. The best fresh and local foods and goods! Love picking up fresh produce and delicious gluten free food options.
Love this market. Regular Saturday morning spot.
Went to this bakery two times. First time I grabbed an amazing muffin and some rolls. They were kind of expensive, but super good. Second time I went back for more muffins, but there were some flies sitting on them and that's definitely a no for me.
You can never go wrong with a Saturday morning market visit!
A great one stop shop. A nice gem in Old East. As a bonus it’s a short walk from my new home in London. Recommended!
Always good to see what is on the second floor. Great produce on first floor but second floor makes it a great place to visit
Great place for fresh produce and support local farmers.
It is a little pricy. And very busy but seems to be quality products for the most part. Watch out for those $2.75 coffees
The vendors that I went to see were engaging and helpful.
Good
Very pleasant atmosphere and friendly vendors. Love that they are open Sundays
Small place. Not to much for selection or so it seemed when I went in. Nowhere to eat inside.
Great products, great people. I really really like the dill pickle loaf, makes an amazing grilled cheese.
this market tops all in London. Cozy and diverse, it caters to all. Nestled in EOA village, you'll be hard pressed to not find what you need from veggies, fruits, meats, cheeses, maple syrup, sweets galore, baked goods and much much more. upstairs has a very interesting array of artisan vendors that offer unique items. be sure to get Uncle Dads meat pies and pizzas!!! hands down the best flat crust pizzas and steak and onion meat pies.
Great coffee and food here! Friendly people all over the place. Nice to relax, glad it's open on Sundays now!
Quiet and a few vendors are there. Not bad for a Sunday
Great variety of vendors. Wonderful food and crafts. Relaxed atmosphere. Pretty crowded first thing in the morning.
Wish it was open just an hour longer. With weekend sports and activities, it can be hard to get there before 3pm. Love this Market though as there are some amazing artisan foods and gift/home decor items. A few more gifting stores would be great to improve it as a one-stop shopping destination!
A weekly visit is an must. Great local produce, home made breads, fine pastries and local meats. Upstairs find local venders with a great selection of crafts.
Nice market with local produce. Go early...gets busy
Get! The! Meat! Pies! Can’t recommend them enough. Every detail is exquisite. The crust. The filling. Almost the same price as generic freezer pies too.. and what a difference! You can really taste the love and passion. These are truly ARTISAN PIES. Huge portion sizes too. I’ll never go back to anything else. I go for the curry chicken, but they’re all incredible. Whatever sorcerer they’ve got working the kitchen should be immortalized in bronze! The bread is amazing too. My favourite is the dark roasted grain, but the beet and dill pickle breads are incredible! Try em all you won’t be disappointed!
High quality products, excellent coffee, great variety of gifts.
It is a fabulous market offering lots of local and organic foods.
Great place! Went looking for gluten free foods and there was plenty! It's very busy in some areas, but if you have the time to spend there are enough interesting vendors to make it worth your time.
Great place to visit. So much to see
Open 8am-3pm on Sundays. I make sure to go every weekend! Great produce and products sold by great people.
Great selection of shops. Certainly busy early on a Saturday morning but not so much so that it was an issue. Good produce, delicious baked goods, tasty coffee. Certainly a worthwhile stop for running weekend errands or just perusing the more eclectic mix of stuff on the 2nd floor.
The perfect way to start your Saturday. Fire Roasted coffee, rolled icecream and the perfect grilled cheese sandwich!
Apple fritters are the best!
Stratford Sourdough bread...chewy, tasty, awesome goodness. Makes great muffeletta, toast and about the best grilled cheese you will ever eat. I can't wait until next weekend.
It can be a bit expensive, but it has a great atmosphere, food stands, and several meat vendors. They have also have eggs for sale, which is nice. Upstairs they have a lot of non-identical vendors, which has a sizable garden and outdoor selection.
Great local food, friendly vendors, and charming buskers. An ideal weekend family outing for 30-90min. Clothing, decor, and such upstairs are nice, but it is worth asking how and where things are made. Parking lots a little farther away saves you from the frenzy of the close lot, and it's still a very short walk.
Too crowded for me, but the family liked it. It's okay. Too many meat sellers, but that is just a personal preference. Some interesting vendors and several baked goods places. Coffee too , but the upstairs spot is better.
The best pie hands down. We had a pie night a few month's ago and tried pie's for 4 different bakeries and 2 store made pie's. This place blew the condition out of the water!
Wonderful quality farm fresh food, local artisans, and a bunch of great places for breakfast, I especially recommend Momo's or the Mexican place with huevos rancheros! Go early grab coffee and breakfast and do all your fresh foods shopping in one place!
Very nice staff
Delicious and good food
Best place for fresh salad greens and sourdough bread.
Awesome local produce and great artisanal food shops. Can be over crowded and overpriced but that comes with any market. Be prepared to elbow you're way through at some stalls. Highlights: pie shop, fritter shop, second floor Fire Roasted cafe for a nice break and the hot sauce stall at the main entrance makes some excellent and truly spicy fair.
I loooooove this market!! I can’t say enough about it! Other then you have to get an apple fritter when you first walk in! They’re amazing! Upstairs are some amazing local crafters!! The environment here is just so amazing and friendly and there is so much fresh produce and local hand made food!! And it’s alll good! Not one thing in there isn’t! ????????
Lots of locally farmed produce, freshly prepared food, and many local craft shops too.
A favorite in OEV open Sats and from 10 am to 1pm on Sunday's
Great community vibe. Lots of great vendors and artisans.
Friendly vendors with a wonderful variety of goods for sale. Such a great community atmosphere.
Best bread and meat pies around.
Really cool spot, wonderful people and deliciousness baked goods
Great place to support local. Lots of different vendors. We usually go a little later in the afternoon so it is not as busy. Great place to pick up some fresh food.
Amazing place with real farmers and their wares.
Very busy market, good vendors with a good assortment of products. You can buy mid century modern furniture, bowties, fruits and veggies, vinyl records and anything in between!
Great place to get all your fresh grocery needs from local business and farmers. Wonderful atmosphere.
Lots of cool stuff to find and fresh food to
Traditional market, old fashion, bring kids to learn about history, hope it will continue to future. Good and fresh local products, let's support our neighbors and farmers
My wife and I love going to the Western fair markets on Saturday. The great local selection of vegetables and farm meats are tremendous. We love getting thick farm fresh bacon and good quality local vegetables and eggs. The market is just a great atmosphere and we consider it a tiny gem in our great city.
This is my weekend go to for fresh vegetables, local honey/maple syrup. Love the fire roasted coffee, and let's be honest, the apple fritters are second to none here..????
I very much enjoy visiting this place. Downstairs is just like any farmer's market, with various vegetables, meats, and other food. There are lots of bakery items that are super good. Everything seems to be competitively priced. Upstairs is more like a flea market, with homemade jewelry, soaps, arts, wood projects, and more. I really love to visit and see all the new treasures that are available. The vendors tend to be very friendly and helpful, and not too pushy on the sales front.
Common grounds is always our first stop for produce. Downie street bakery for lovely fresh bread. Fresh flowers and farm eggs, fire roasted drip coffee, hot apple fritters all a MUST! And check out upstairs for all your gifting needs. So much growth over the past few years, we love our western fair market!
Lots of food options and great artisans
Wonderful little market and a hidden gem in the city. Artisinal cheeses, breads, and sweets. Great little taco place there as well. Will be a morning visit from now on.
Wonderful!!! So many stalls with quality items, great food, great people.
A very select group of customers. Over priced produce and crafts. However, two of the best little eateries in london!!!
Great experience today but where is the older lady with her grand kids making breakfast she was the best
Great market. Parking is way too overcrowded
Love this place for fresh food, nice market, glad they are open Sundays now ????????
Delicious bread and treats!! The staff member I talked to was a little unfriendly but we all have off days,! I'll definitely be going back
A lovely market, just as good if not better than the one downtown.
Great selection of local food and crafts
Wonderful farmers market and craft outlet.
Full of hipsters. Impossible to do any real shopping with them clogging tge aisles. If you dress like a hipster YOU ARE NOT A HIPSTER. My farmer grandfather is rolling in his grave. Purple Moose sock company is the bomb though...
Love the variety of vendors, the mix of people, the musicians and free parking. Hopefully the basement and washroom renos are a success as this is a part that really needed some updates. I think the fair association could spend a few more dollars on this building to freshen it up a little more.
They have so much stuff to look st here and you can find all the home made food and drinks you want they also have other things on the second floor just go early it gets busy
I have loved watching this Market grow and flourish over the last 10 years. A Saturday tradition for our family.
The best bakery in London Ontario!
So much bigger than it looks! Lots of vendors and very well laid out. Wish it wasn't just a Saturday market though!
Lots of variety and yumminess everywhere!
Best place to get all my veggies and fruit
Great market to get local meats, produce, cheese, eggs, breads, baked goods.
Great fresh baked bread and lots of other goodies
Why l l❤ve this place. The vegetables are fresh. They also have a booth with nothing but Maple Syrup. Cucumber Relish, Mustard Marinade sauce, perk coffee w/ maple flavorite. I will diffently go back and buy more. Plus upstairs have alot of stuff to. Tupperware is my favorite l buy off of Diane she is the consultant who sells what you want. Go check it out people's. ~
One big building with lots of food vendors. Not much for breakfast choices but a good place to hang out, grab a coffee, and listen to some live music. Go early cause it gets busy.
A great community hub for fresh Vegetables and Fruit, meats, cheeses, bread and artisan products. There are a ton of options, regularly samples, and live music. Quality and atmosphere overall has lowered since the Sunday rule was enforced, but would still reccommend highly.
Great market for people who hate factory farmedeat and also a good place for some Vegan goods.
It's been while since I have been there. Some vendors have moved around little but same quality to choose from. Always pleasure to see some familiar faces and same great people.
There is so much at the market! Great stores and lots of local produce. Some really great food vendors here too. Definitely worth a visit.
Awesome very nice. Large variety clean.
The market is amazing, but the newest jewel is the Make It Happen Project workout studio with an on-site RMT. A highly positive and motivational environment in which to meet any fitness goals!
I love all their breads & treats, Oh and the croissants are heaven
Great place. So many nice vendors
I wish we had more places like this. Yes, I know that London has another "Market" but it's not the same. It's also nice to stop in and enjoy a nice coffee while browsing the fresh produce. Sharing a laugh with some of the regulars. I hope in the future, this market grows and allows even more vendors to sell local produce and great food!
Great place to get baked goods and fruit and vegetables. Lots of booths for everyone.
This place is honestly a Hidden Gem. So many cute vendors and unique things with a huge variety of places to dine and buy produce. Always super busy but very worth it to visit
The best place in London to get a hold of local food, groceries, artifacts and more. They only operate on Saturdays from 8 to 3pm.
Great variety of vendors and yummy food. Lots of crafts, jewellery and clothes upstairs too.
I go to this market at times. Although it may be a favorite for many, I just dont really find that it offers as much as another larger market nearby. Don't get me wrong! There is much to offer, just not my interests overall. Give it a try, if you've never been, because it may hold something for you! :) reviews are meant to be honest, so no offense :)
Buying my groceries from local vendors is an awesome way to support my community.
It's a good busy food market downstairs with crafts, knife sharpening and other stuff upstairs.
Always a fun place to go for fresh veggies and tasty treats!
Great local produce, meat, bread, etc. and don't forget to visit the second floor for unique gifts
Lots of home made things...tarts, bread, pizzas, meats. Even a place to get a Great beet & goat cheese grilled sandwich.
Best bread in the city.
A true gem. Try the rosemary and sea salt focaccia!
I loooove this place. The vendors are great. It's got a great environment it can be pricey but there aren't many options in oev for groceries
It's a good market . For example the meat pies and pizzas are delicious and at good price.
Delicious bread. Their vegan gluten sensitive loaf is amazing!
Amazing and fresh selection of produce and meat!
A nice spot. Can be super tough to get around with a stroller due to tight aisles in some areas.
Really nice market in an older building. The main floor is mostly food items while the upstairs is more artisan. Lots to see and look at as well as a few buskers to keep you entertained. The parking lot in front of this building gets pretty full but there's lots of subsequent parking at the fairgrounds.
This is a great market! It has a little bit of everything and isn't so huge that you have to spend half your day exploring.
Ever growing artisan and farmers market. Plenty of parking. Expanding to include Sundays in October 2018. Older building with renovations to washrooms, HVAC & market areas expected in the coming years.
Diversified Market .... Should go there and buy fresh food .
Food is great parking is easy love shopping here but if you come late in the day expect that nothing is going to be left to buy
Love this market and it's vendors, there's great snacks, fruit and vegetables and crafts and things upstairs.
There's a lot to offer here in terms of food, collectibles etc. Each booth is unique and specialized in what the offer. There are many good places to eat and get a coffee, and most also offer food that you can take with you.
A very eclectic mix of vendors. Wide open space with two floors of great artisan and farmers market products
Great place for your groceries and tasty snacks! Local vendors with great product
Love the food, atmosphere and other vendors. Favourite Saturday morning haunt!
Great farmers market with homemade food and prepared items. Several butchers, bakeries and fresh produce grocers to choose from. Ethnic food tastes as well. The upstairs has artisan booths. I visit every Saturday for my samosas and bread.
Just an amazing selecting of bread and baked goods. The sourdough selecting often incorporate seasonal ingredients or themes. It's well worth the trip
Getting a bit too organic/hipster for my taste but if you are into that sort of thing then you will enjoy it
If I could give 10 stars I would. This place and the food, baked goods meats, cheeses, produce etc, is out of this world!!!!! It really puts Chathams flea market to shame. If you get a chance to go ........... don't miss it!!!! It's open Sat. & Sun. 8 - 4!!! Go hungry folks!! You won't be when you leave!!!!!!!
Nice market, fair number of fresh produce vendors. Upstairs has some artists and craftsmen type booths. Had a really tasty grilled cheese from a shop there.
Fun place to be with good food, great coffee and lots to see!
Real farmers and small businesses selling their quality produce and products, respectively. Small town riendliness, charm and energy.
Great atmosphere. Friendly people. Nice market. Lots ot variety n selections. Positivity amongst the venders. Excellent shopping experiences.
Good, wholesome baked goods. I really like their multigrain brrads. Wish they had cake!
vendors are amazing but washrooms leave much to be desired
Love that they use Arva flour. Best beet bread , you gotta try it. ✌????
The farmer's market provides a great venue for local producers and others who are putting the environment and sustainability at the forefront. There's a buzz starting to happen here. Talented musicians, delicious locally roasted coffee, artisanal products- something for everyone!
Fresh local market. asparagus & strawberries local sources Cheese & meats many varieties. Organic & vegan choices as well a others Parking plentiful
Great place to get local produce for a fair price. Many food vendors to choose from with a variety of options. From fritters, pizza, meat pies, pesto, tapinades, honey, meats, cheeses and more! There are many talented people upstairs that showcase their art and creations. If you want to support local and gift something unique you can find that in the market.
Great spot. Make sure to check out All Bout Cheese and Momos!
They have so many unique booths and some really beautiful items! I'm a happy customer! :)
A good selection of food and vendors. Nice place to spend the morning.
Was not that much real farmer's here
Very nicely displayed products.some a bit pricey.
Many nice things for sale and a lot of homemade products, vegetables are super fresh
Great place, great vendors of all types.
Great local food. Fair prices and always the freshest. You can pretty much find anything there.
We have been going to this market for 7 years now, it has been great to see it evolve. The vendors are very good for the most part although I feel like the market needs to do a better job of turning over old stale vendors for newer more relevant ones.
Awesome great breads, meat pies & pastries
Best place for fresh fruit vegis and pizza!
Love it so much to choice fresh, friendly
A few organic produce vendors. Vendors selling conventional produce and meat. Some crafts and treats too. They have a good variety. There is a vendor that sells crystals as well. Check out the main level too. I buy my garden supplies that I can from Anything Grows. They sell non gmo product as well as organic. Parking can be tough if you're trying to get close. I usually park in the lot across the street.
Great hot sauce stand and fresh vegetables. Momo's dumplings are sublime and worth every penny.
OMG!! The new owners are so talented and wonderful. Best sourdough and croissants in the city by far. I think they said they used ALL local product, including flour from the historic Arva Flour Mill. Incredible Stuff!! So happy I found this place after gagging over Whole Grain Hearth's product.
Awesome food, fresh produce, great atmosphere. Whenever I visit (which is usually every other weekend) I spend hours here. Love all the local, handmade stuff
Went for Park It At the Market for some food truck action, it was delicious and the staff were cleaning tables as people got up and left, it was very clean. There were 6 foot restrictions between tables and hand sanitizer available at each food truck and produce stand. 10/10 return customer
An excellent place to spend Saturday mornings! Open all year every Saturday and offers a huge variety of products and services.
First time at sunday market and enjoyed ourselves tremendously
The bread is always fresh and delicious. I like the homey atmosphere and friendly Staff
This is my favorite market in London On! Great variety of fresh produce, fresh meat with hormone free options and organic produce. You can get a perfect cup of coffee on the main level. A must try is there Apple fritters by the main door!!! Omg! I like to go in the mid afternoon when items go on sale. Its a great place for great prices on fresh cut flowers and doggie treats too! Also great variety of succulents. It should be a Saturday tradition! Tips: bring cash and reusable bags. Some vendors have debit, but not all. There's a cash machine on site but its costly.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I have never been so disrespected before in my life. I would like to address the grumpy, mentally unstable elderly lady that works the front desk. I entered this store today to grab something to eat. As soon as I entered, this old lady didn't even look up to greet me. She wouldn't even acknowledge me until I stood right in front of her and began to speak. I asked her about a few items and finally chose to order something. A few seconds into the encounter I already felt uncomfortable because of how rude this old lady was. I was very hungry so finally decided to get something instead of driving around looking for another place. This old lady fixed the food for me then put it on a plate. I politely asked if I could get it to go and she seemed irked at this and said "Well, I thought you wanted to eat it here." She took the plate and just dropped the food into a box and put her hand all over the steak pie. At this point i was done with this place and didn't want to give this place my money and asked if I could get a refund because this wasn't working for me. This woman began getting ANGRY and I kid you not, shouted NO!!! at me when asking for a refund, and to get out of her store. I said I would leave but want my money back. She went to the registered took out the money and SLAMMED it into my hand and said "YOU ARE WEIRD." What is weird is a crazy old bag who clearly is off her meds working the front of this store. I told her to never put her hands on me and left. I hope this person was not the owner of the store because this was a disgusting, horrible experience . I got a very hateful vibe from her as soon as I walked in the store, perhaps because I am a different ethnicity and this old lady can't get with the times. I can't comment about the food, but the customer service here was awful. Unfortunately I left my phone in the car, but I wish i recorded this interaction. I am in shock at how poorly I was treated here. I hope there is someone higher up that can read this and contact me and I suggest to others not to give your money to an establishment that thinks its okay to treat people like this.
Products are starting to get a bit tired. They need a new source for produce.
Great prices! Friendly merchants, a lot of choices!
Great organic food and unique artisan products.
Great selection and good produce here, however it's expensive.
Awesome place I loved it and the smells are to drool for lol!
I've just learned about this and have now been 2 Saturdays in a row! I love it! Parking is great! Prices are very good! Food is so fresh! There is entertainment by buskers inside and outside,at least on the times I went. It reminds me of the Covent Garden Market of old. This is my new favourite place to shop and enjoy a good coffee from Fire Roasted Coffee, listen to music, sample foods, buy gifts, have breakfast or lunch, and people watch!
You'd be suprised by the things you'd find here lots of original artwork , meat markets , and bakeries
I absolutely love this market However I wish people would not paw through the produce But they do so at grocery stores as well Things need to change
Live in Sarnia and always enjoy visiting the Market when I come to London. Something for everyone, amazing food and many booths to shop from.
Always great bread done the right way
Fresh foods, friendly atmosphere, great assortment
Great selection by vendor's.
Was not pleased with the quality of some venders fruits and veggies .. and a few had attitudes .. did not find it very clean ..
Tons of great stuff and excellent food!
Vendors are friendly and incredibly talented. There are so many unique and amazing food choices. Definitely a family friendly place. Such a great thing to do on a Saturday. Theres something here for everyone; even geeks like me.
I went at the end of the day and there wasn't much left at a lot of vendors. The vendors were definitely ready to go home. Lots to see but nothing overly exciting.
The leemington produce is the best around and cheap! The specialty pizzas on pita bread are amazing as well.
Great local food, good atmosphere, nice mix of shops
lots of vendors great variety good quality crafts , meat, cheese, premade, coffee, tea cider, bread, pastries, lunches, sweets some vendors dressed up
Great selection of food, furniture, and other oddities.
Pretty good selection. Lots of organic choices. Friendly vendors
Real food, made properly. This is a gem.
Main floor full of friendly local farmers, butchers and food vendors. Upper floor is artisans and crafters. Check out the MCM booth for some awesome finds. Even if we don't need anything, we go for the fritters and Stratford sourdough.
I dont class this as a farmers market. Some vegtable sellers, bur more of a trendy market to me.
Excellent bakery- Lots of great choices
great market with lots of selection. unfortunately due to covid not everything is back open.
Great selection of produce and baked foods. Fresh local meat. Very reasonably priced.
Love that u can get black licorice toffee
A great place to go on Sunday for fresh produce etc.
I really wanted to love this place... they are okay. The bread is good but the selection is not there and the service was fairly unpersonal. I really appreciate the small local business theme and love seeing small bake shops in the community. Would recommend if you are near by but would totally suggest downie street bakehouse at the western fair market over these guys(better products and better service is all). Also they wrap their products in plastic and that’s not okay.
Great price on flat of strawberries, and yummy coffee at Fire Roasted.
Got to love the stores.. Especially the no waste location. Great bath bombs there. Be sure you check out the upper floor
Not much flavour in their pot pie or donuts.
Awesome place. Got all my fresh groceries for 1/2 of what I'd spend at the grocery store!
Great place to grab food and check out unique vendors. Definitely worth to pop in when in the neighborhood.
This place has become a weekly outing for us. We're probably eating more croissants than we should, but they're delicious - some of the best I've had, actually. They also make the best vegetarian quiche I've ever had. Meat pies that are overflowing with good ingredients... Amazing baked goods. And on top of all that, they're careful enough with food prep that I feel comfortable feeding the baked goods to my nut-allergic daughter. I can't say enough good things about them!
One word "TERRIFIC
There was a great musician that had a bunch of babies dancing. Lol my daughter's first concert.
I had never been there, and was gratified to find a busy, friendly market with buskers and many kinds of food. I will go again many times!
Been here for RV show. Good parking space and huge inside.
It's well organized and the outdoor Wednesday food trucks are a nice treat. Don't forget to bring your knives to be sharpened while you eat.
Fresh. Local. Vendors
We love it here... The atmosphere is great... The people are friendly and genuine... By the way the chili is Fantastic!!!!... We are regular customers and have several favorites that we enjoy on each visit...we have tried a variety of items and they were all delicious. If you haven't dropped by your are missing out... By the way the review from J. Beret is so far from reality i am truly concerned about her being able to leave a review like this.
My new favorite thing to do on the weekends is take my 2 kids and fill the fridge with fresh veggies.
Very cool place, lots of unique vendors and buskers. Free parking always is a bonus.
The fresh food and don't forget upstairs
Love this place. I go almost every weekend. I sit and enjoy a wonderful coffee while listening to buskers. Then I shop for organic foods, cheese and wine...... And much much more.
Not the best market. Gibraltar market is better as far as I am concerned.
Very nice place to browse Saturdays. Good food and light lunches
Lovely local food vendors and artisans.
There are so many vendors to choose from and there are some that stand out though I can't remember the names of the booths. There is a woman that creates and sells luxurious chocolate truffles. My favorite are the m and m, or the dark chocolate crunch truffle. Just as you walk into the market there is a shop that makes fritters, handheld pies they are fried golden. Beware the lines around that store are mayhem but well worth the wait. Next check out the meat pie vendor, I recommend the steak and mushroom meat pie yummy. Right beside that vendor is a great place to get movie snacks with freshly popped popcorn in a few flavors. Overall just have fun exploring, don't forget the 2nd level.
After many years of wanting to go and never going in finally made my way there. There is limited close parking but the market makes up for it. Lots of fruits and vegetables. A true farmers market. Coffee on site as well as an amazing selection of gluten free baked goods! #localguides #glutenfree #gf
Wonderful Artisan Market. Baked goods, crafts, bicycling. Very impresed
A very nice farmers market, and you can get a great grilled cheese sandwich for lunch!
Loco Farms have the best vegetable selection. Try the mushrooms.
My wife and I love going to the Farmer's Market every Saturday. Great selection of local foods and goods. Also plenty of on the spot lunch places. Excited to see it open on Sundays too come October.
I go every week. Love shopping fresh and local. Every vendor I have interacted with has been super friendly!
I always have a stimulating visit. The vendors are extremely friendly & helpful. The choices are amazing, &varied. That is why I go mostly every week
Great local market, go here for your coffee and fresh produce, and support local producers.
Very good place to go for some treats. The vendors are very friendly and the space is very inviting. Good shopping.
Alot of vendors not happy with new management....better shape up or you'll have an empty building
1st time to this market and enjoyed it very much. Different food, artisanal items and of course foods from local farmers
Experience is always amazing along with the product
Good food and produce at the farmer's market,
Myeah?!? It's okay! Prefer Trails End but it's handy to get to!
Such a disappointment, drove 6hrs to go to the fair and see everything people have to offer to find it half empty, was a waste of a day and money
Great addition to East London. Clean, welcoming space for local vendors. No tacky cheap imports to speak of.
Only been once, but I will be going back! Really need combination of farmer's market and miscellaneous vendors. It has a real community feel to it and the various merchants were very kind and helpful. The pricing was reasonable overall and there is a wonderful variety between raw ingredients like vegetables, and finished items you can take home and put in the offer or freezer for later.
The new owners are awesome!!! The store looks beautiful and bright. I’ve tried most of their breads and they are spectacular. The sourdough is the best I’ve ever had. Their focaccia is also the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried a lot of …
What a great little local bakery...staff very friendly!!
Loved this place! Tons of great vendors. Well worth the trip, wish I lived here and could come regularly.
Good farmers market ..has a little bit of everything.
I’ve loved this bakery for years now but the new owners have really raised the stakes for fresh treats and bread! The focaccia and sourdough is amazing, their croissants are so buttery and I highly recommend their morning buns! …
Great weekend market with veggies, fruit, meat, baked goods and more. You have to try the fritters!
I love the hustle, bustle and camaraderie that goes on here. Plus the veggie prices etc are excellent. Many one of a kind products on sale. Bought 8 year old cheddar cheese, divine. Bought micro veggies so good.
Every booth we went to was very friendly really enjoy that they switch things around upstairs was mostly christmas stuff when we went the pizza and meat pies are very good
Warm inviting people lots of interesting things to look at.
Great selection vendors that have a wide variety of hand made and locally produced items. Love starting off my Sat morning with a trip to the market whenever possible!
Great produce, meats, cheeses. Lots of small food serveries and coffee places - good food. Upstairs has lots of local artisans with interesting offerings plus more food places
Love spending a couple of hours on Saturday mornings at the market! Enjoy a cup of coffee a chat and some ppl watching, purchase some great fruit / veg and other assorted goodies ! Nice way to spend a satuday morning
Amazing!!! I had no idea the gem hiding within these walls. So many different local vendors. I could (ok, I have) spend my whole Saturday here. Go check it out, you will not leave empty handed or hungry!
Always love visiting on Saturday! Wish it was open more often!
The sausage rolls are amazing! Very friendly staff. Bread always fresh and huge selection ????????????????????
Its great. Local artisits and homemade products
I really like the diversity of foods at the market. Went there today Sat. Aug. 8 and found that they are not doing enough to keep people distancing. Too many close together. So with a sad heart I will not be shopping there till this virus is over or there is a change in how people shop to keep people safer.
Visit the meat mongers at the Village Meat Shop for award winning Metzger's bacon Very good smoked chops and ham too
Lots of great vendors, reasonable prices.
Absolutely great Farmers market. Lots of choice and Variety.
Great variety, no washroom open
So many vendors: large variety of foods - cheese, meat, veggies, dog treats, smoothies. Crafts stands, jewellery, clothing, records and exercise at The Make It Happen Project.
Such a great assortment of local goods. From handmade items to organic homegrown produce, this place has it all. Great way to support the community while getting the chnace to try new things.
Decent stuff. Used to have a menonite meat vendor that isnt there anymore. We got ground turkey from them. Not sure what happened to them
Nice place. Lots to offer. Fresh vegetables right inside the door.
Love the Western Fair Farmers Market. There is so much diversity with international foods available. Service is excellent and the vendors sell the most amazing food etc.
I love the book section and my husband loves the car section. Great finds
Best chicken pot pie you'll find.
Fantastic london market. I was there on a Sunday today, not as great. I normally go on Saturday mornings. Getting there early on Saturday mornings is great!!! I like to get there as soon as it opens. It's still busy but not crazy. Dont venture upstairs too often but, I will recommend the vendor me&c. Really cool local prints!!
This place is great, good prices, lots of local produce, seafood, meats, fresh artisan breads and so much more. Upper floor has lots of cool arts & krafts, jewelry, clothes, records and more. It can get very busy on the main level but great place to visit.
Twice a month we go up and support local businesses by purchasing there goods
Great place to shop and visit.. ????
This was a great market, lots of local, Organic & Natural food options! Great restaurants & arts. It was relaxed enough to bring little kids with you. Wonderful experience!
Wide variety of hand made original crafts of steel, wood or recycled. Lots of organic fresh vegetables, meats available. Some home style foods or a coffees for a quick bite while shopping. Lots of options for BBQ season.
The best market! So many great vendors and delicious food. Great place to shop local!
Great variety of produce, bakery items, etc.. There is organic vendors as well, from produce to facial products. Lots of food vendors and samples. Planet Bean Roastery is located upstairs and they also have a cafe downstairs. The upstairs is mainly devoted to crafts.
Love flea market settings, there were tons of little booths to look in, and tons of food to eat there or prepare at home.
