What a great weekly experience. Order online within seconds (based on reorder) and ready for pickup in 10min. As soon as I show up, I can walk in, find my name on the pickup shelf, and I'm out the door. I always take my lunch to go, but I noticed they are still not open in inside dining. Patio is always packed. Notice a lot of people just standing around waiting for a table.

Delicious food you won't feel guilty about eating! The staff at this branch are always so lovely, and although they often apologize for the wait, I've never had to wait more than ten minutes for my food to arrive. The value for the amount of food one receives is also rather reasonable. Their menu also has plenty of variety, but since it is a bread-based establishment, it might not be the best for the gluten-free crowd. Nonetheless, if you're looking for something quick and delicious in a relaxed and friendly environment, this is the place for you!

Love this place, the staff are amazing and friendly and the food and drinks are fresh. Place is spacious .. My only complaint is the WIFI. It is literally unusable which means it is impossible to make use of the quiet atmosphere to study or work. I do understand staff and food are most important and shouldnt be giving this amazing place 3 stars based on WIFI but i love this place and would love to see the WIFI issue being fixed/upgraded.

First ever visit to a Panera Bread and restaurant is filthy. Floors are dirty, bathrooms are dirty. Absolutely gross location. We ordered a sandwich and a salad, I'm sure the sandwich would be tasted better if some of the toppings made it on to the bread. Salad was skanky, veggies were all old and limp. The napkins put in our bag were covered in a creamy white sauce so we couldn't use them. I mean all in I can't think of a single nice thing to say. $30, what a waste of money.

Foods are good that's why i suggest it for my family. told my mom to order. when the food had arrived we got 3 small soups instead of a large. So i called the store to make sure for the sizes for the bowls. instead of a Good customer service since my order was already messed up this RUDE, IMPERTINENT WOMAN, since i'd placed the order from uber eats. "You should report your order problem to uber eats we cant do anything with that" then HANGED UP THE PHONE. after she hanged up the phone i called twice to confirm again the sizes but didn't let me speak. she HANGED UP Again. The third time i called back, i asked for head office phone number and her manager and i notice that the way she treats me and her voice change its totally different from the first 2 calls had to asked her name again or her managers name she said "there's NO MANAGER INCHARGE for today have a nice day bye." DIDN'T Ask for Money back or anything just wanted a GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. had 5years worked in a restaurants too but I've never treat our guests like that.

Can't rate the food as I couldn't try it. I ordered a Mediterranean sandwich this afternoon and asked for it to be made without feta as I'm intolerant to dairy. I got back to work and opened my sandwich only to find that there was feta inside. I couldn't go back to return the sandwich as I didn't have the time. While the sandwich looks good..I couldn't eat it and that was really disappointing ????

Pros: - very nice place to relax alone or with friends, cozy, - friendly staff, - free WIFI. Cons: - free wifi has pretty limited bandwidth. - background music is loud. bring it down a bit. If the above are fixed it would easily deserve a five stars.

Love the food at Panera! The staff are all very friendly here, always helpful - though sometimes a bit spacey depending on who's at the cash. Atmosphere is really nice for a quick breakfast or lunch. Only, I wish they had high chairs for my little one.

I had the intention to become a regular costumer as I live close by, but every time I go there I feel nothing but frustration. A nice, spacious cosy place with potential yet the staff is not knowledgeable and not Always friendly (Attitude and grumpy faces), the dishes are overpriced quality wise, most dishes and pastries are cold, extremely bad connection I wonder how they say they have WiFi, not able to browse or send emails. At the end, I’d rather go to Tim Hortons, Starbucks or Whole Food Market to have a coffee, a dish or sandwich without the hassle of having a bad internet connection. Last time I went to Panera I saw 4 people complaining about internet connection, closing their laptops and leaving. Not having a decent internet connection is a real shame since lot people go there to have lunch but also to have professional meetings or study in groups. Panera could be a great place but for so many reasons it’s not. I decided to go there anymore.

I am really disgusted with the staff at this location. I was in on the Sunday with my partner and we sat at one of the booths. We noticed a mum with her two kids and friend enjoy their food until one of the boys vomited all over the table, plates and bowls. The mum tried her best to clean the table and put the the vomit on the plate and walked towards the staff and was very apologetic and let staff know that her son had just threw up everywhere. The staff did not seem to care, after the mum got her child cleaned up and got the family together she walked by the staff again and said "I did my best to clean up, I am sure you use some sort of cleaning chemicals for situations like this, I do apologize" one staff responded with a "oh okay no problem" and NOT ONE STAFF MEMBER CAME TO CLEAN OR DISINFECT THE TABLE!! My partner and I waited to see if anyone came, literally no one staff member came. Unfortunately before we could say anything a couple had gone and sat down there. I would be fuming if I find out the table I just sat down at was not disinfected after someone vomiting everywhere.

I received a coupon flyer in my mailbox that said "Join MyPanera and get rewarded - Get free coffee for one month just for signing up...." I went to this store, confirmed that I can get a free coffee if I signed up, received a MyPanera card, signed up using my phone, and then I'm told that I can't get a free coffee. False advertising. :( Informed Panera Bread Customer Care and their conclusion is that I should talk to the store because it's a local promotion. Lol Downgraded from thee to two stars because of that.

Was there last week with my son who ordered something then didn't like it. I went to the counter to order something new and was willing to pay for it. The manager waved me off and gave my son the sandwich for no charge. Just saying - explaining nicely and giving a smile goes a long way!! Thanks Panara!

A little underwhelming and a bit overpriced. The food was mediocre at best and the staff gave a bit of attitude when I ordered breakfast, he said it was finished, yet they were still advertising breakfast. He said I need to order lunch, I explained I've never eaten here before and I'm not sure what they serve. He actually told me to wait 5 minutes until they change the menu boards. Jokingly, I asked while I wait for the change in menu can I order breakfast and someone in back said yes...lmao. I just shook my head and waited for my wrap to be slapped together. Didn't look appetising but I was hungry. Very minimal toppings on the wrap and skimpy on the eggs and bacon. The restaurant itself was clean, cozy and well lit. Not from the neighborhood so I doubt I will be back

I've been getting a coffee and bagel a few times a month from this location, and every time, I'm rudely greeted by Zia who works the cash register in the morning. I always greet her with a friendly "good morning" and somehow, she always finds a way to talk down to me and be very rude. I've seen her interact with other customers in the same way. It's a shame, because I love the coffee and bagel, but every interaction I have with her, I leave in a bad mood. It is not worth me coming back here. I'd rather have a friendly interaction and deal with a Tim Hortons coffee and bagel, rather than deal with her.

I love Panera Bread, but “this one” is the worst I’ve ever been before. It’s not worthy to own that name. It took place around 8:52pm on May 26th 2018. We got to the place 38min before the closing time and the lady with apparently attitude took our order, in the main time we were deciding she was not able to hide her uncomfortableness. She barely spoke with us, was not nice and also disrespectful when she took our order as take out and we ordered take-in. She never told us about that, and I asked her why she said she had told us but it was not true, otherwise why my family and me would seat at the table waiting for our soups? Hang on with me.... the nightmare was not over. My mother in law- ordered a soup, but it was the day left-over with water....you could literally see the water covering what was Supposed to be the soup. My husband ordered a cold-mocha, the funny mocha was some bunch of ice and the mocha.....where’d go? If you live in New York and are expecting the amazing Panera Bread food, please don’t.... I totally wasted my money. If you are a visitor or an Canadian customer, you should know these people are not doing it a favor to this amazing country: Canada ????????. I will always be back to Canada , but will NEVER to get food at this Panera Bread.

Usually very happy with the service at this Panera Bread, very different experience this time around. I asked for my sandwich be made on ciabatta and when I got home with my sandwich I found that it appeared to have been made with two different buns.... It was incredibly messy on the outside and hardly any avocado.

So I've been wanting to do this review for a while now Panera bread I have only a few problems with this place the first is that there is never any good non organic type food it's mainly organic salads sandwiches and soups. The seating is very cramped unless you are there on your own. The last comment about the seating was from my own experience and another person who I heard say can we sit somewhere else? The last complaint I have about this place was in regards to an employee of Panera bread told my 85 year old grandfather to ask for packets of butter at the time of ordering when you work in the retail industry or customer service and you hear a senior ask for something you wait on them like a king or queen because they worked their life and they deserve respect

Honestly, the food and the quality of service is good. The staff are nice and friendly. Panera is a favorite place of mine, mainly due to their high end customer service and cleanliness. However, I noticed today that their kitchen and trash bin is a mess. It was from my seat view. If it is the face, I don't know what is behind the scene! It also seems they switched to disposable cutlery, which is not good at all. When I had my lunch, the fork got broken and I lost one of its teeth in my food and I had to throw that part away. I then asked for a real fork!

Wow it’s crazy busy here today (Sat)! Ordered squash soup and chilli chicken salad. Soup was hot, creamy,and yummy. Fo some reason they gave us the sprouted grain flatbread at the counter so by the time the soup arrived the bread was cold. Service was friendly.

Been to many Panera branches (US & Canada) patronizing since they first opened. This is by far one of the worst branches. Rudest manager and dirty, stuffy environment. Nickel and dimes. Seriously this is an overpriced sandwich that most people can make. The only thing we are paying for is service and ambiance. Do not need to pay an overpriced sandwich/salad with attitude. I order online here once every couple of weeks. The pick 2 for lunch is a great option. I usually go for the tomato soup and half smokehouse chicken sandwich. Food is ready very quickly after ordering and is eating for you at the front in a bag with your name on it. It hasn't been busy when I've gone but now that the inside is open to dine in , things seem to be picking up. Highly recommended for fast, reasonable prices and delicious non fast food type of food

Good food, easy on price but...limited vegetarian or vegan options. 2 soups and 2 sandwiches if you don't count the grilled cheese sandwich. There is a Half Mac & Cheese that you can order, but I don't see why anyone should bother. The 1/2 mac & cheese is a joke for $6.99. I didn't see a supervisor or manager around to talk to, and I ended up ordering another sandwich seeing the mac & cheese was going to be small even for a 10 year old. Overall good joint, service is friendly, place is clean and serves a good coffee. Soups are outstanding. My rating is for the mac & cheese and the limited veggie options.

The selection was good, the food a little underwhelming. Cold mac n cheese, a nice Cuban sandwich but it aswell pretty cold. I did end up getting my watery hot chocolate after I got my meal, to which I stirred at the bottom when realizing all the flavour had sank. Resulting in such a horrible chocolaty catastrophic mess. I added Avocado to my sandwich for an extra charge and the avocado was mainly black and not fresh. Also, the cheese in my sandwich had the paper lining still on it in my sandwich. After reaching out twice they called me back offering a full meal to make up for the mistake which was great! This location is great with resolving any errors they make. Although, anytime I have ordered avocado it is never fresh so I would steer away from that.

My personal favourite is the Broccoli Cheddar Soup in a Breadbowl or if I am seeking more protein, Turkey Chili Bowl with a Baguette. They also have a lovely seating area with free high speed internet which attracts many people to work while they eat.

Location 5004. 2/16/2020 3:45pm. Worst ever.... Coffee pots either empty or cold-ALL tables were dirty / not bussed. When I asked staff for a cloth so I could clean a table to sit at, was told they were sorry.... short staffed because Pandora was “ being chintzy “. Waited for coffee to be made, and then had to remind staff we were waiting. Trash can at the coffee bar was overflowing. Ladies washroom was filthy. However.... sandwich was excellent. Will avoid in the future.

A lady bug was found in an already half eaten sandwich. Spoke with Dan at the store and he refused to do a refund over the phone and said the only way to compensate would be to return to the store. He said it would be impossible to mail a gift card credit. Customer service is very disappointing.

I had big hopes of Panera from their ads and my friend recommended from States.1st visit had Steak White Cheese SW nothing special the pickled onion in it had a strong sour taste which spoils the taste of steak. Bread was hard and the side bread was coldand heard. Soup was ok but wont agree if they call it fresh. Tasted frozen to me.

Unbelievable what you get for $15 these days. I use to enjoy eating from this place for lunch, not always consistent but it's close to work. Stopped in today and ordered half sandwich and small soup and see photo attached of what I got. Such a disappointment and turn off. That was suppose to be roast beef and cheddar. Everytime I call in the morning doesn't matter what day of the week, they don't pick up there phone. It just keeps ringing. I came in today at exactly 10:25 waited in line and by the time I went to the cashier it was 10:28. I told her I wanted to order a breakfast sandwhich and she said the breakfast is closed at 10:30. I told the elderly cashier I came in before 10:30 so you should be able to make it. She asks the cook and the cook said there are no more eggs. I called headoffice and they agreed with me that they should have made the breakfast sandwhich. Is that how you treat a regular customer. I have been coming there for a long time.You would rather lose me a customer simply because you are to lazy to make it. I can even get better service at Macondalds.

Disappointed. I placed an order recently at 11am (opening) expecting everything to be freshly made.. this wasn’t the case. The bread was cold and the soup was kinda warm at best.. I’m also a BIG fan of French Onion and Chedar Broccoli soups.. both were terrible. I was left wondering why people told me that this place was worth trying.

Love visiting this location for a morning coffee or lunch meal. Kitchen sink cookies are a real treat! The online order/pick up is great. The morning team are always very kind in accommodating my larger orders for last minute meeting snacks. Wait times at lunch can be a little long if you don't order ahead online.

Poor service .I phoned to let it ring 20 times . No answer Oh they must be busy. Went to the store absolutely dead not a single person. I went there and approximately 10 staff doing nothing. I ordered 2 family soups. . The attendants took there time snd literally threw the bread (8mini baguette) in the bag and then yelled at me going out they forgot the croutons. Then when I got home half the squash soup was all over the car seat. The containers do not support the hot soup. Very expensive lol and poor customer service. Not sure what is going on there but they need a manager.

Boyfriend had never tried Panera before and I was really excited to have him try it so he picked up some on the way home. Pathetically small sandwiches. He got the Bacon & Tomato Grilled Cheese. There was so little bacon and cheese inside, all you could taste was tomato. $12 for thin slices of old bread and tomatos. This might be a Canadian thing. I got the Bacon Turkey Bravo (again, $12 CAD) and it's a good 30% smaller than the US version. At least mine had stuff inside, though. I felt so guilty for recommending the place, I gave him the rest of my sandwich and made myself some eggs. What a rip-off.

Initial reaction was : woah this is a little pricey but the food is really good. Service is not the fastest but it is decent. The till clerk was jovial and pleasant but the chefs were a little sullen (it was early morning...). Their smoothies are fantastic!

Ordered fifty dollars worth of food and tried to pay with credit card and was told the system wasn't working anymore despite it was working a second ago apparently. I was told that if I didn't have cash I should go elsewhere. I asked if I could try again in ten minutes and was told that it wouldn't work (even though it worked a second ago?) this has been the third time the credit card machine 'didn't work' its obvious Panera just wants cash payments to avoid getting taxed which they should just be upfront about so I don't have to drive around and find a bank to accommodate their scam. Will not be retuning.

Came in Saturday, June 23rd around 6pm. The young woman who helped me (long black hair, glasses) was very helpful and sweet! The food was great, tables were clean. Nice environment. The young man working in the back kitchen part - I think his name is Gabe? - was very nice and patient when I wanted to switch something in my order. No complaints here.

My company orders panera at least once a week for delivery. I love it because I like the healthier options for lunch and panera offers a great selection of well balanced salads that are both tasty and nutritious. Unfortunately every week we order the screw someone's order up. No exaggeration, every time we order they either forget some items, or send the wrong things. Today was the day our company said no more. I love panera and will be sad we won't be ordering anymore, but they need to get themselves together, because they're losing business. They screwed up my order today. I wanted a full salad and full soup and they sent the pick 2 sizes. It was my order that sent the company over the edge and eliminate panera from our lunch roster.

My soup had a big gob of spit in it. Gross. Very gross. i tasted it in my mouth. An unfortunate experience for me. The young guys in the back or someone was messing around with the soup. Gross. Never again will I go there. Do not recommend Oakville location.

I love their soups and Salad ofcorse. My favorite Panera soups are homestyle chicken noodles soups and cream of chicken & wild rice soup, broccoli cheddar soup is good too but a bit heavy. In Salad a must try is Half fuji apple, chile lime ranch and half bbq chicken salad. Baja bowl is okay too

Always Loved the soup ( broccoli cheese soup ) . Recently I have found that they do not fill up the bowls ( for take out ) but the prices keep going up & up. Also it really appears that now SOUPS APPEAR TO BE WATERED DOWN. If this practice continues we will never return. Be careful.

I’m grateful for the staff at Panera. Their toxic attitude, crude words, and rude behavior when I was simply inquiring about their store policy allowed me to see how good Basil Box, right down the plaza from them, was. The staff at Basil Box were an absolute contrast to the staff at Panera.

Had the best breakfast sandwich. Perfect to get the day started. I would have given this location a 5 star but it was so cold we had to keep our jackets on. But the food was superb!

My husband and I were at the Winston Park Dr. Location today for lunch. I wasn't sure what I wanted when I got to the counter lol that's normal for me ???? the lady at the cash (Brenda) suggested the Frontega Chicken made it sound so good so that's what I got along with the kitchen cookie ???? and my husband had the Mac & Cheese with bacon with the cinnamon roll with butter also suggested by Brenda. We ordered our food at 3:11 and our buzzer let us know that our food was ready at 3:15 talk about fast service. The food was awesome!!! My husband and I don't have much and we don't get to go out often. It was only because I received a gift card that we were able to do this. I'm not one to ask to talk to managers (but I felt compelled to tell him how happy we were) or leave a review for that matter but the service and food we received was above and beyond what we expected. We will defenetly be coming back. Because our server Brenda was so amazing, friendly and fun she deserves recognition for being such a great employee and making our day! And because the food was soooo good and the service was fast as well. Thank you so much to Brenda and Panera for a wonderful visit. Robin S.

Picked up the chicken avocado melt sandwich with their squash soup, and it was absolutely delicious! It’s sad to see this place as empty as we did today. No music playing. Just deserted and empty with its seating areas blocked off... broke my heart to see this. How are these business to survive without guests. Since the lockdown has been lifted, I have made it a point to eat out many times a month. To support the small businesses within our communities, the families that run them. #showsupport Amazing place to grab a quick bite to eat but equally as healthy and nutritious. Their almond butter bear claw finished our wonderfully healthy late lunch. Please do check it out.

Food quality poor - ordered a Greek salad that only had leaves one olive and a few specs of feta cheese mixed in with some quinoa. Unfriendly staff - had to ask a waiter to wipe down a table that was flooded with water. Not worth the premium you pay.

Disappointing for first time. Not sure who was assembling sandwiches but my grandaughters grill cheese bread didn't match and so the cheese was all over the place making it difficult to hold and eat. My sandwich had a huge wad of Turkey meat on one side so it fell apart as I tried to eat and then reassemble. So a kids 'meal' and half sandwich and cup of soup...20$$$ didn't fit the bill!

The WIFI is extremely poor and bad in this location. I have been 4 times and every time the WIFI was so slow as to completely useless. Had to meet people there for business and could not use internet and left to go somewhere else after paying for food.

Average quality nowadyays. I had the tomato creamy soup and it was more salty as it looks like not fresh one. I have had it before with other locations but this one has more salty test.
