The food here is delicious and top quality, no processed food here, everything is made from scratch. Try their beef stew any and all of the soup and ofcourse the sandwiches. I wish there were more restaurants like this around. You feel comfortable in a family run place with such nice owners.

I have been coming here for years, through different owners. The current owners have done such an amazing job on all aspects. Decor is amazing, love the Reno, modern and inviting. Food is delicious and fresh and the sweets and tarts are amazing. Love this place.

We had a very bad experience with the food. We find a bug in the salad but the worse part was that staff were super rude expecting us to pay for the food that we sent back because it had bug in it. The fiah fillet was also not fresh. It seemed that it was cooked in the morning and it qas just microwaved before it was served. The pastry is not bad but i would not go there for the food.

We had been going to this bakery for years and recommended it to lots. However, today when we went in and asked for fresh buns that could be used for sausages, we were given sausage rolls instead. By the time we noticed we had already gotten home. We called and they told us it was our problem and told us there was nothing they can do because it was our mistake. If there was even just an apology, we would of had no problem. But when we called again to confirm the price of these sausage rolls they gave us, the person told us “if this is how it’s going be, don’t come here anymore.” It has been made clear that our loyalty to this bakery over the years was no longer appreciated. Will not be returning due to the lack of proper customer service.

Other than bread, they did not have many baked goods or treats available in their display fridge. This is a small cafe where you order from their chalkboard menu. When I saw bakery, I expected to see cakes or pasties readily available for purchase.

My name is Ola so naturally I had to step in for something sweet. Very friendly staff who recommended me a custard tart the first time I went in. It was so flaky and crispy and delicious, I’m sad I only grabbed one. This time I was recommended rice pudding which was only missing one thing: an espresso. Really kind people running a small bakery that serves up delicious treats!! If you have the chance, stock up on their custard tarts, they’re that good!

We have been going to Ola Bakery for 10 years. There tarts are especially delicious. There pizza is amazing. This past year I was buying a large amount of tarts to bring up our spirits for our ICU staff, when the owners of the bakery found out I was a nurse they would not let me pay. They insisted. They were so appreciative nurses. I was truly touched. We all were. Thank you Ola bakery!!

Friendly and great Natas. Been a customer for years and they are friendly, always ask about my family, and have gone out of their way to serve us. The Natas and other pastries are always fresh, I recomend them cold without cinnamon. My children like their tostas mistas.

Updated and quite modern (I had not dropped in for the past 3 years). Courteous, helpful staff. Food presentation is good. We only tried the chocolate cake, my son loved it, wife not so much so the jury is out on the quality (I don't chocolate cake :(. Worth a stop anyway if you are in the area and check it out.

Bought some Portuguese sausage here, she took a while to retrieve it peeling off the best before date, and when i opened the package they were slimey. Waste of time and money and could've been dangerous to my health.

We stopped by here to give this bakery another shot, people said it has changed and pretty good. We ordered croissant's that were on the counter, paid and thought ok kinda high but must be good. My wife and I tried one when we got home, we were so disappointed to find out some had chocolate in it and some had this yellow filling. We were not told these croissant's had filling in them and very disappointed this happened but luckily for us we did check, see our son has allergies to chocolate and if we didn't check by chance it would have been disastrous, if our son grab one and took a bite into it not knowing it had chocolate filling it could have been so harmful to him. Shame on this bakery for not lettings us know these croissant's had filling in them, when we asked and point to them we stated "could we have 6 of those plan croissant's please" at that point the person behind the counter could have said "sorry but these are not plan". NEVER returning here again, we could have had a huge situation with our son! Shameful!!!! Ooh and the lady behind the counter was not friendly at all, rude almost, no manners!

it was my first and last time there it took me over 10 mins to find parking spot for not free of course... you don't have to give tip if you eat there but the atmosphere was not warm so I would not sit there I liked their vanilla doughnut(I bought 3), the rum ball was OK, THE APPLE PASTRY WAS HARD AND DRY, THE SHRIMP FILLED PASTRY WAS YUCK AND SMELLY and the woman that served me did not even know exactly what they were having she told me one of the pastries was filled with beef and only when I wanted to get that it turned out it was pork which I hate... she was weird, first I asked her if I could have the vanilla donuts, she said"WHAT?" she said in a way like I was an alien asking for a glass of urine, what an idiot, why, what is it called if it's not doughnut? Moron, first of all it was not the Portuguese that invented it, second I'm sorry if I don't know the Spanish name for it. After that I asked if they had any cold meat that's made of beef and again she said "what" she did not know what cold meat was, but it's fine she should have just said ''pardon'' or ''excuse me I'm not sure what you are asking'' not saying ''what'' in a primitive way like a manner-less street beggar! She was English speaker but surely does not know the basic English vocabulary like ''pardon'' that is taught in primary schools... So bottom line: it is not worth it for me to hunt and pay for parking spot to receive rude service, and they only accept cash!

Very nice place to eat during the luch time. Generally we go there on Saturdays and Sundays and we enjoy a delicious home made soup and some meat with eggs and salad. Also we can have a marvellous brazilian guarana. Dessert? Yes! A lovely brazilian "sonho" or as Portugueses say, bola de Berlin. Definetely we recomend this place to go with your family and friends. Staff are helpful and courteous. You will find affordable prices as well.

Great food. But employees are not happy there at all. I had a Tim Hortons empty cup with me, took it from my car with an intention to throw away. As did not find any garbage bin outside nor inside of the restaurant, had to keep it on my table. Was told by one of the grumpy employees to take it back with me as they are not obligated to take care of my garbage. Well, maybe they don't have to, but at least, they can be nice to their customers.

I came to have lunch and I started with soup. It was horrible. It seemed like water has been added at the very last time, and the tasted was really disgusting. I order a chicken and fries and they told me have to wait for 10 minutes and after 20 minutes still not done. I decided to go and I was charge for the soup. I complained but there were not apologies by the manager or anybody else.

Amazing experience, Amazing service and amazing food. My husband took me to Ola bakery, we both had the "bife a casa" or house steak. All meals are served with two sides we both picked fries and salad. The fries were done perfectly and the garden salad with balsamic vinegar was to die for. The steak was fantastic and cooked perfectly to our specifications as well as the egg on top. To go with our meal we had a nice glass of house wine which was just slightly dry and not overly sweet. To finish off we had an espresso and brandy each and I must say it was the best espresso I've had in my life. Our dessert was mini sized custard tarts that were also the best I've ever had. On top of the Amazing food we were greeted nicely when we arrived and they made sure everything was perfect during our visit. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone wanting a great meal around great people, a nice high quality drink or some amazing housemade pastries or housemade bread. Will be returning for regular business.
