I love Cinnabon. Especially around the holidays. Toady I went to buy some and they didn’t have any of the cooled pre packaged boxes of 6, but offered me 6 of the fresh but wouldnt discount them as the pre boxed are which seems unfair. I asked for prebixed and the solution they offer costs more. Not cool

Jerry was the absolute worst employee. Horrible attitude early in the morning. He didn’t even want to serve me as a customer. Had the worst attitude, he wasn’t washing his hands before making any drinks. I’m not happy at all. Jerry should learn to talk to customer with some respect.

I have been going to Cinnabon for years, the food has always been great and the service good. This time however, the service was lacking. I asked for many additional icing, many times but did not get what I asked for. I only got 2 and yes, I already know they give you one icing for free. I shouldn't have to ask more than once. This might seem like I am a "entiled kevin" but I just wanted what I asked for. This is the first ever review I have given. So, in my opinion, the service was lacking when I went there today. Won't stop me from going to Cinnabon the in the future though, but I will be waiting a while before going there again.

Asked for one of the fresh buns out of the oven because I did not want icing. I was flatly refused this simple customer service gesture. The young lady at the counter didn't seem overly concerned with customer service or satisfaction. I shall go elsewhere from now on. Eat my Shortbread downstairs was more than happy to take my money

Absolutely delicious I love these especially since I have a sweet tooth. Too much frosting on it but just wipe off any excess. Also it can be a little cold so just throw in microwave or oven after receiving it and it should be perfect. ????

Every time I walked into the Oshawa Center I never left without buying a Cinnabon. Normally the staff is good and the Cinnabon's are amazing, but today. The young male, had a variety of options to grab one from but he eventually picked a dry and not to much frosting one. When I asked him to change it he said sorry no and if you still want another one I need to pay for it. I just took the one he gave and ate it. It was edible since it was hot. But I guess I'm never going back there if he is working...

The smell of cinnamon greets you soon as you enter the mall, these wonderful served hot rolls with a thick layer of cream cheese icing is a must when you visit mic mac mall . Also a favorite is the Carmel chill factor

I always visit Cinnabon whenever I’m in the mall. But this experience was horrible. The “kid” who was working was so unpleasant and rude I would never go back to this location. I asked for two Cinnabon’s. One with pecans. When I dropped that one off to my moms house this employee covered the entire BOX with caramel and pecans. NOTHING was on the actual Cinnabon. I was so embarrassed giving this to my mother. I also asked for 2 large sized buns and he gave me mini ones. But I paid for the large. So disappointed.

A nice small branch of Cinnabon. They bake the cinnabon product on site. It is nice to see how they make it. The only drawback is that there is no many seats available. Only few tables. However, it is not far from the food court, so you can buy whatever you want and head to the food court. I wish they have coffee making machine of lattee and cappuccino. That would make this branch a complete one.

Mary makes this place so welcoming, warm, and gives it the sense that your at your Grandmothers kitchen....Always a friendly smile and a BIG hello. The buns are always always always at their freshest...I highly recommend you make a stop at this location...????

Very disappointed. I bought 2 9 packs. When I got them they were in a large box so that made it look like it was less then what I ordered, they were pulled apart and heavy frosting on the top, when I got them home they were dried out and very hard on the outside. That tells me that they were at least a day old, and were definitely not worth 33 plus dollars. I will probably not buy any more and would not recommend Cinnabon to anyone. SO DISSAPOINTED. Every time we went to Dartmouth I would always want to go to Cinnabon, but not now. Sorry to see that your product has gone down hill.

Very disappointed! I checked the Cinnabon website to see if they are open. I understand that during Covid-19 a lot of businesses are closed or have different hours. When I heard that the malls are open I checked to see if Cinnabon is open. On the website it says they are now open for business. I went after work to pick up some cinnamon buns and they are CLOSED!! What does it take to update your website? If a business can't take the time to update their website, then I can't take the time to be their customer!

Absolutely horrible service this is the second time I’ve driven 45 mins for Cinnabon requested fresh made same day cinnamon buns to be givin dry definitely not same day Cinnabon!!! I’m paying 22 dollars for 6 rolls I expect the quality to be fresh and good not cold and dry!!! Thanks a lot Kevin C you did top notch giving me exactly opposite of what I asked for ????????‍♀️
