Very slow at getting products ready to be loaded on trailer. Very difficult to also dock the trailer.

We got a pie and it is uncooked there are no instructions on how to bake it and the website was very little help. From the other reviews I think it is safe to safe that this will not be a good pie hopefully the ice cream will help.

If you are a driver picking up the load, loding docks are not at this location. They are at chipman and pelton st. No washrooms. Waiting for 9 hours..Inhumane when shipper has no washrooms.

Yesterday I purchased your pre-cooked cherry pie from Sobeys. I have to say it was the worst cherry pie I have ever tasted! The filling was a very pale redddish colour and was the consistency of drying wallpaper paste with a few pieces of cherries in it. I hate wasting food but that pie went in the garbage and never again will I buy a pie from Apple Valley Foods!

Your frozen Strawberry Rhubarb pie tastes excellent. We bought one at Delheaven Orchards, Ontario, Canada. Only shortcoming, there are no baking instructions! 400 degrees for 30 minutes followed by 350 degrees for 45 minutes worked well.

Horrible pie i have worked for them before trust me you dont want there pie. i have seen numerous times, co workers angry of how they are treated from managment so they spit in the pie mix, dump dirt in, them even pulled out there hair and boogies and dropped it in pie mixxings were talking major bulls that can bake larg batches of pies .... i really hope you guys keep buying there pies tho ... lmao !!!!!! GROSSSS i am surprised the cameras have not caught anyone doing it yet ?...!!! I give 1 star because it doesnt give me an option to give them 0 starrs without commenting ... fair warning to all who eats apple valley pies

The customer support is excellent...the Turtle Pie I bought had a defect in it from the bakery..and I was promptly and courteously refunded my money. I am looking forward to purchasing another pie.

Just purchased the Pecan Pie as a treat for my partner. So surprised how delicious it was for a boxed store bought pie. Not overly sweet, nice crust and just the right amount of filling and pecans. He had 2 slices right away. LOL Went to check the box as to where it was made, and Wow! It came all the way from Nova Scotia!!! I purchased it at my local Co-Op Grocery store in Calgary. Thank you for the special treat and will buy more in the future. Shop Canadian ????????

I just picked up a rhubarb strawberry pie, and was so disappointed that it tasted like Jam in a jar, and missed the tartness that rhubarb has . i would like to suggest that you are spending too much on sugar you don"t need !.

Terrible place to work, extremely unorganized. Management are terrible to staff. No benefits, very low wages, pie quality gone way down the past few years.

I just tried the peach pie I bought today at Sobeys. This is literally the worst pie I have every had. How can you eat a peach slice and literally not remotely taste the flavour of peach? Also this pie is 3/4 goo and 1/4 peach.
