I ordered 12 cupcakes to be delivered to my boyfriend on his birthday. I asked about the company's policies regarding the recipient not being home at the time of the delivery (I had to choose a time slot, but he wasn't going to be home until 2 hours into the time I'd chosen). They asked what time he would be home, and they took note to get them to him after that time. Other companies would've charged a second delivery fee or other extra fees if he hadn't been home. Also, he said they were delicious! Will definitely order from them again, or visit their store ????????☺️

Got the lovely team at Sullivan & Bleeker to help me deliver half a dozen cupcakes to my partner who's working in Toronto for V-day; they were quick to reply on e-mail and delivered in every way possible! Apparently the delivery guy waited for him all the way till he received his cupcakes personally and was so happy to see him. :) Customer service is amazing!

Delicious cupcakes and cookies. Never been to a brick and mortar store, don’t know if they even have one but had their mouth watering treats through uber eats. Also found out the Ice Cream shop Sweet Jesus uses their cookies for their ice cream sandwiches but I’ve never had one.

One of my close friends got my family and I cupcakes from Sullivan & Bleeker Baking Co., located at Bloor Street Market. Let me just tell you, it is phenomenal. All of the cupcakes have distinct and unique flavours and representations. Exceptionally flavourful. It's not too sweet, and the smoothness is just spot on. All flavours were delicious, and I'd say my favourites are the Mint Chocolate Cupcake and the Red Velvet Cupcake! I'm looking forward to trying all of the different flavours on their website and the seasonal eateries! This place offers so many options for you sweet tooth including Cookies, Jarcakes, Boom Candy, and Gift essentials for your friends and family! You have to check this place out! Fantastic, moist cookies. We've tried the chocolate chip, s'mores, and red velvet cookies and they've all been great. The jar carrot cake is also good. I like the small portions and novelty of having a small jar of cake. The cupcakes are moist and delicious as well. This nut-free bakery is a recent find for my family but we've already ordered a few times. Discovering Sullivan & Bleeker is a bright spot in the weirdness of 2020.

Ordered from Alberta for my boyfriend's birthday and had cupcakes and cookies sent to his office. Everything looked beautiful when it arrived, the picture he sent me looked exactly like what was seen on the website. I really loved the individually packaged cookie option so that he could share with his coworkers and all of them could feel comfortable. He said everything tasted delicious and could not believe how big the cookies were. In the end I don't think he shared very much.

I ordered Jarcakes for my boyfriend's birthday. I accidentally ordered them for the wrong day! I emailed them and it was changed without a hitch. Everything worked out and the BF and his friends was so pleased w their jarcupcake desserts. The Salted Carmel Jarcakes are unreal and super instagram-able. Big win!

Customer service was okay but the cupcake icing has a bitter aftertaste (especially the purple) possibly from the food colouring? Very expensive for not tasting that great. The kids we bought them for seemed to enjoy them but the adults did not. Not at all what I was expecting because of the price and great reviews.

Having dietary restrictions based on my faith, I was really glad that they were conscious and respectful to provide desserts and candy without gelatin. I have gotten their cupcakes, and cookies which have excellent texture, variety of flavours and just the right level of sweetness. Gummy bears that were also yummy! I have ordered from Sullivan and Bleeker many times in the past. Everything as always been amazing and the customer service is top notch! I haven't ordered since the pandemic began because I've had the time to bake myself. Today is my son's 4th birthday and I haven't had the time to bake a cake, so I ordered the decorate your own cupcake kit. The cupcakes were moist and delicious, there was more than enough icing and the decoration options were amazing! My boys absolutely loved decorating their own and eating it (and the extra sprinkles) while myself and my fiancee were able to enjoy the cupcakes with just a bit of icing. Will definitely be ordering the kit for future birthdays!

I have ordered cupcakes twice recently for my 2 grand daughters’ birthdays. They were delivered as promised and the service was excellent. The website was very user friendly and the ability to select different flavours etc was great. It was reported both times that they were very fresh and of course delicious. In these times when we cannot visit our love ones for special occasions it was nice to know that I could send something special and know that it would be delivered as promised. I would highly recommend Sullivan & Bleeker for any special occasion. I would definitely order again.

Amazing confectioneries! Owner Elyse Wahle and her team create some of the best desserts I've ever tasted. Just ordered 1st time today from uberEats and was very happy with purchase. First off I ordered some cookies and they tasted moist and delicious. Jar cakes are a cute novelty and would order again as a gift but they are a tad sweet for my liking. If they changed it to have less sugar, I’m sure it would be an even bigger hit. Also ordered mini cupcakes. Usually minis are never as moist as the regular size but these were sure winners, my fav out of the 3. Flavours and looks of cupcakes all distinctively wonderful! I’m picky so if you are too, try here. Well done!

I wanted to get something special and different for this Mother's Day. I decided getting something sweet and decorative would be the best gift. My mom has been going through a very difficult time with the lockdown and I really wanted to brighten her day. I scanned through lots of bakery websites and found that Sullivan and Bleeker would ideal. I didn't tell my parents about when the cupcakes would be delivered because my dad is usually always home with my mom being out every once in a while. I really expected someone to stay home. However, both my parents had left the house the same day the cupcakes were supposed to be delivered. I panicked and called my mom. I wanted to make sure the cupcakes were going to be safe in their hands by the time they arrived home. Luckily, my mom called me shortly after our first phonecall and thanked me. She not only received the cupcakes, but apparently the poor delivery man was waiting for 20 min to deliver it!!! I felt extremely bad and I really hope the delivery person is reading this. Thank you so much for your excellent service. You gave me peace of mind and it made my mother very happy on Mother's Day. Thank you Sullivan & Bleeker for putting so much creativity into your work.
