I ordered a Cake from them, the girl who took my order was so rude on the call. She then put a wrong name on their paper I don't know for what reason. Overall, the cake was like they bought it themselves from dollar store. Would not recommend.

Tucked in the corner right next to Centra food market, would have gave a 5 *there are some staff members that are not really happy to serve. Overall very happy with food constantly being accurate with orders.

Worst customer service ever! I ordered a CUSTOMIZED cake. Asked them what color would it be, so i can properly customize it according to the color. They said BROWN as it was double chocolate! So I sent a black and white photo to contrast better with brown color. And guess what i got, I got black and white photo in circle with white background on complete white square cake!!! Everything is white now... the cake looks more like funeral cake! What kind of bakery it is.. they do not keep sprinkles or icing? Even correcting with anything to make it a bit colourful should have been fine by me. When i told them that this is not you guys told me, they were extremely rude about it blaming it on me when i actually went there twice to make sure everything was correct! After standing there around an hour, they told me manager is not here today come back tomorrow with cake! I ordered the cake for pick up today, as i needed it today! I don’t need it after the celebration, i need it corrected before the celebration! Great job guys!

Their products are delish! Cakes and all treats are freshly baked. Those that are a day old are on mark down. Service is great, everybody is friendly. Their pies are really good, a bit sweet for my taste but perfect for my family. Sweet little spot worth checking out.

A friend of mine brought sweets from this bakery, yesterday afternoon. Were so stale, my gosh... I left two in the box and grew mold overnight. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to buy at this bakery unless is freshly baked. Very unpleasant experience. My friend felt very uncomfortable that he brought this to have with coffee after dinner.

Nice place , friendly service but they have to change their bread system situation. Perhaps have one of their workers hand out the bread themselves. People shouldn’t be using the same tongs over and over . Also , they don’t have a limit of people being able to be inside and the bakery is tight enough already. When I went there were too many people I. The store at once . Changes have to occur to keep customers safe.

I've been going to this bakery for more than 10 years because they have great items! However, yesterday I had the worst experience of my life with the staff there. Extremely rude behaviour and the worst customer service! The lady blamed me for her mistakes with my order, so I cancelled the order completely and got my refund. Not giving my money to a business who doesn't care for their customers. So much attitude in the staff and when I asked for the manager the lady started acting nice all of a sudden. Disgusting behavior, the owner really needs evaluate who they hire.

Can't give less than a star. Their Cake was so bad and had just egg taste and nothing else. They have rates compared to good bakeries, but the quality is not same. They should hire new staff because the present staff doesn't know how to talk to customers. They don't care if you are standing inside for 10 or 15 minutes. Wouldn't ruin one more birthday party with their cake.

Absolutely amazing cakes!!! We order all of our birthday cakes from here (that’s a minimum of 8 cakes per year) and they never disappoint!!! I recently ordered 2 customs cakes and they were perfect!!! My family never orders cakes from anywhere else.

I’m so sorry but this bakery is terrible. The only half decent thing here is the bread. I spent $30.00 on a cheesecake for Easter and it was TERRIBLE. Tasted so bland, the entire family hated it. Super disappointed and wish I could get my money back.

Very nice and awesome little bakery! I think its a Filipino bakery. This is my wife's favorite bakery to buy plain bread buns, they are freshly baked inside the premises. They also have a big array of goodies such as strawberry shortcakes and other sweet treats. 4 out of 5 stars for this great place.

We are a frequent customer at this bakery as we live close by. I dropped by today to buy a cake for family day. I love their strawberry shortcake or any light cake but there is nothing in their stand but 3 different cakes. I chose this red velvet that looked cute. Now I know why I only but the white cakes. This red velvet tasted like plastic. It was cut in smaller pieces for my whole fam and even my husband who just eats everything had something to say against it. It tasted like a 5 day old cake. I love this bakery and will still ckeep coning dor other things and service is always nice but this experience is really bad. Maybe someone just forgot to take it out? But for the price, that’s just not cool. We were eating sweet plastic and cardboard. I don’t think I’ll be able to try other cakes or pastry. I’ll probably just stick to what I know that works.

Been going here since i was 6 years old. The staff has always been friendly to me and always have been helpful. There was a time when i was in grade 8 where we come by everyday to buy the cinnamon buns which they would bake fresh just for us. Will be coming back always.

I only gave one star because it was not possible to give less. If so, I would have given less. They truly deserve it. I and my family were customers at this bakery for over 10 years. I went this morning and was ready to buy half dozen small rolls and a couple large rolls. I was out on a morning walk and threw a 5 dollar bill in my pocket and some loose change. The lady at the counter looks at the bill and a small tiny corner from one end was missing. She asked another older lady who works there ( I would imagine who has a degree in currency with the Bank of Canada) and she says we cant take it. I said fine. I left my order and informed them I wont be back in here. I would urge everyone not to shop here as well. They installed two new doors during Covid where rolls are. Now everyone has to touch the doors where before they used bread carts. Already one door is missing. The other door looks dirty from people touching them. They have no customer service skills here at all and treat long term customers with distain and would rather lose a long term customer over a 5 dollar bill that was missing a tiny piece of one corner. I would have taken a picture of it however I used it to buy bread in the Shoppers Drug Mart in the same plaza. My advice, AVOID THIS PLACE> TERRIBLE CUSTOMER service. A disgrace!
