The sausage rolls, both the chicken and the beef were some of the best I’ve had in years. The Portuguese buns tasted like Portuguese buns. Wow !

I bought some baghlavas with very expensive price$3 each almost doubled price, And I thought it will be the best quality ever but Unfortunately it was very bad quality and stale.

Have purchased chocolate mousse cake, tiramisu, and sour dough bread from this bakery and all have been really tasteful! Employee’s are typically friendly and nice.

Dealing with this bakery brought nothing but regret for us. The experience with their bread was also beyond horrible. I made a mistake ordering Birthday Cake at this local bakery as we like to support local small businesses. The Birthday Cake was absolutely awful & relatively expensive! The taste was horrible & it had too much icing along with excessive food coloring that stayed on our children's tongues for at least two days!!! The cake itself tasted bland. When complained about it, instead of an apology, the owner with a strange accent, spoke in a bullying manner & just kept blabbing about the baker's credentials (which was not impressive at all as we are well traveled & know very well about food & deserts & well known culinary schools). He kept repeating how they "never had such complaints" & saying IRRELEVANT things such as "the bakery had been at the location for many years"!!! On another occasion when a relative unaware of our experience with the beefy and very rude owner, purchased a lemon tart from Westview Bakery and a loaf of bread, all of us who were offered to try the tart, had to SPIT OUT the first bite we took of the HORRIBLE thing as it seemed loaded with artificial flavoring essences! It tasted like chemicals! The worst of them all was the SILVERFISH that was in the bread!!! Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Since we'd been aware of the bully owner's attitude and absence of courtesy in his behavior when faced with customers' concerns & complaint, we decided that we're SO done with this bakery & its extremely discourteous owner! We realized bringing any issue to his attention would be useless & waste of some precious minutes of our lives as we predicted that we'd have to listen to nonsense from the ill-mannered owner, according to our bitter previous experience with him. Do yourselves a favor & save yourselves time & unnecessary headache by NOT wasting your hard earned money at this place as there are many other great bakeries around in our area that are cleaner with healthier options & much better tasting baked goods with much better quality.

I haven't tried all their products but the smell was enough to draw me in from across the street and I left with an armful of deliciousness. The woman who suggested most of what I got was very nice and helpful. Very nice place, I'll be going back.

They have variety kind of bread, pastries, fresh sandwiches and vegetarian pizza. You can test fresh bread with high quality olive oils and vinegar in this bakery . A free testing bar is waiting for you you in this bakery. Their customized birthday cakes are awesome. If you would like they can print pictures on your cake. Everything is number one.

I received two cupcakes for my birthday. They were the worst cupcakes I have ever tasted. The cupcakes were extremely hard and the icing tasted like all they did was whip up some margarine and added sprinkles on top.

I ordered a cake for my son's birthday. I put down a 20$ payment gave them my home and cell number. Go to the bakery to pick up the cake the day of and no cake. They denied that I ordered one. We were able to bring up our online banking and show the we had made the payment. Then they told us they did call us. I reviewed my call home and cell call display and they had not called, nor left a message. They refunded our money and that was about it. They should if given us a cake for free for making such a huge mistake. Very disappointing I will never use them again. After all you go to a bakery to do something special for someone. They were very unapologetic as well.

Their Crosta Bread (Multigrain) is insanely delicious. Bought a loaf from Safeway and have been devouring it all week. Will probably come check out the bakery soon. Highly recommend.

I love everything about this bakery. Great customer service and reasonable prices.They always give me recommendations on what to get. Loved the Apple Tart. It held up very well, even after being in the fridge for 3 days, still a pretty good tart!

I saw a lot 1-2 star reviews for this location and I was wondering whether I should give it a try. Those reviews are all for couple of years ago and it seems (hopefully) things have been changed here. I tried this store and staff were nice and welcoming. I tried their pastries and they were all very delicious and fresh. It is definitely worth to try it.

Poor quality. I got their baklava for the first time and took it to my friends place, it was surprisingly bad. I’m a fan of baklava na I usually buy them, when I saw the price($3 per each baklava) I was surprised and was prone to give it a try but…. Extremely low quality and high prices

What a lousy owner. His cupcakes were crap and refused to refund me. He then began harassing the other customers and staff to take his side and then after a big show, finally gave me my full refund. What BS

I would not use this bakery again. The cupcakes I ordered were extremely disappointing. They were very dry, oddly shaped and very poorly iced. They looked and tasted bad. It was not worth the money at all.

We ordered a custom carrot cake. Cream cheese frosting in the layer and as icing. Ask for half less sweetness. We also asked for extra spice and pecans. It was a hit. Locals were even pleased! So. I would order a cake again. But definitely ask for less sugar in any custom order. For a party of 60. We should have ordered a half slab. Thank you.

Amateur bakery. From burnt croissants to flavorless desserts, there's little reason to buy anything from here. Next to Safeway, one would assume they have better baked goods than the grocery store, but they do not. Benefitting from location, this bakery is simply subpar and should be avoided.

white bread nice flavor but chewy like a bagel.. brownie from a box and dry, cannoli whatever they called it was the worst Italian hard cement pastry filled with betty crocker icing thing i ever tasted.. sad considering my first attempt at one of those....but the only reason they got the other 1 star was for the banana bread...flavorful but a tad dry

I don't understand the negative reviews, I felt compelled to write this review because of the negative ones. I go here twice a week to pickup items. Service is excellent. They know my order and have put things aside for me if they are running low knowing I come twice a week. Prices are very reasonable. Service is not how others describe it, the people are all nice and treat their customers well. The only thing I would recommend is some additional variety for your regular clients, the product offering has been the same for atleast 2 years

Exceptional service! Two-layered custom birthday cake was absolutely stunning and delicious! Sent photos and email/phone call of our cake order and the cake was exactly what we wanted - elaborate and beautiful. This bakery goes above and beyond! Highly recommend!

I had high hopes for this little hidden bakery in a strip mall. All three things I ordered were stale. They tasted old like they'd been sitting under the glass for a few days, their texture was dry and chewy... I ended up throwing out all three reluctantly after a couple of bites each because they were simply not enjoyable even a little bit. Money wasted. Bummer.

I've been wanting to check out this bakery for quite some time and tonight I finally did, however I must say I was disappointed in the service I received. The woman with gray shoulder length hair and glasses I found impatient and rude. Its not good customer service when your a new paying client and the server makes you feel rushed, especially when it's not busy and there's only one other person in the bakery. Just a tip but you might want to treat your customers with a bit more respect! Also the breakfast cookie was very hard and bland. I won't be rushing back anytime soon.

Terrible experience. Bought a black forest cake for my mother's birthday. Two people out of sixteen people at the party lost crowns off their teeth due to the cherries in the middle being so sticky and hard. The owner told me they used the decorative cherries that are usually on top of the cake and put those in the middle, something happened to them in the middle of the cake.....He then proceeded to tell me it was not his cake's fault that eating an apple could have done this and he is not in the dental business. I could see this if it was one person's crown, but two people??? Everyone at the party agreed this was the strangest black forest cake they had ever eaten. I was very disappointed in the way the owner handled the situation, first he took a full week to get back to me, then when he did he offered me another cake, would I really want this experience again?? I really feel sorry for the women in the bakery working for this man. There are so many other fabulous bakeries around that i will not be going back there again. I went there to support our neighborhood bakery, won't do that again.
