Vancouver Private Dining was a pleasure to work with! Outside of a few optimizations that could be made during the booking/planning process everything else ran smooth. Their menu options aligned perfectly with our West Coast theme and they were more than willing to make substitutions/changes based on our guests dietary restrictions. On the day of our wedding they arrived on-time and cooked to perfection a 4-course meal! The chefs were very professional in their plating and serving, and wine pairing recommendations. I would be happy to recommend this team to anyone who is planning a wedding or private event!

Vancouver Private Dining catering our businesses launch party and blew our guests out of the water. Evan was our chef and he was able to plan food and the style at which it was served PERFECTLY for our event. The food was not only delicious, but creatively innovated and heightened the experience of our guests. He was accommodating to the kitchen we were able to provide and the date and hour of event. Evan was very friendly and a treat to work with for this catering event. Although it was not an event where he had the chance to interact with guests, he did interact with our event servers and was very polite, professionable, friendly, and knowledgeable. The style of our event was cocktail style, but we would love to experience Chef Evans cooking for a sit-down plated dinner too! We 150% recommend Vancouver Private Dining for your next event or private diner. Thank you again VPD!

I can't say enough about Evan, Warren and the rest of the Vancouver Private Dining team. The food was incredible, they were hyper professional, communicative and made the whole experience unforgettable. There was an added layer of difficulty and prep that had to happen due to Covid and they handled it like pros. I also felt that if they weren't cooking they could have easily been just some more friends sitting down with us to enjoy a meal. Good humans that are great at what they do. If you're looking to hire private chefs, these are your guys.

Best experience ever! The team was great and worked with me as i hosted a social distant dinner party / surprise birthday. With all the moving pieces going into the night I did not have a worry about the food. The experience was heavenly. Make sure to save room for all your courses because every one was great. From the start, Evan was helpful with planning my event, answering questions I had promptly. We weren't sure what to expect but they came highly recommended by a friend. Warren and his team showed up at my residence and blew us away. It was like having a Michelin starred restaurant brought to the comfort of your own home. They maneuvered through my kitchen with ease and grace, while I was able to relax and mingle with my guests. A guest from my event was so impressed with their food that she reached out and had Warren and Tim, cook for her husband's birthday. They catered a menu to suit everyone's dietary needs, with specialized distinctive ingredients. I'm so glad to have come across Vancouver Private Dining, they will now be a staple in our home from here on.

VPD was very professional when it came to enforcing and respecting COVID-19 protocol. The food was absolutely impeccable and paired extremely well with our list of wines. Warren and Tim were personable, and did an amazing job with the dishes and putting up with all our photo taking haha! The food was delicious and beautifully plated. We just moved back to Vancouver and had to self-isolate for 2 weeks, so we hired Vancouver Private Dining to feed our family of 5 during that challenging time. The convenience of the service is obvious, but the food itself was truly the one thing during those two weeks that kept us sane. Chef Jesse and Chef Trevor are incredibly talented, and Evan is very organized, communicates clearly and runs a tight ship. Since our quarantine ended, we have continued to engage the services of Chef Trevor on a weekly basis and it has been a super positive experience for us. Chef Trevor has truly connected with our family, he listens, and genuinely cooks for us with affection and care. He also has impecable technique and great instincts! We feel extremely spoiled.

Unfortunately, I have not had the best experience with Vancouver Private Dining. We paid a deposit of close to $600 for an event that has not been able to take place because of COVID and they will not refund it. They have not provided any services for us at all, and are not giving the deposit back for an event that we cannot have anymore. I would urge you to NOT book with them with the current unpredictability of COVID.

We had the pleasure of having Evan cater a private dinner for my sister's 40th birthday. The quality of food and service was beyond my expectations. I have never used a service like this before, and he made the whole experience so easy with his fast replies to my questions, accommodating our menu preferences, amazing food, and professionalism! I highly recommend Evan for any personal catering/chef occasions (which I already have to many). Coming from someone that has worked in the restaurant industry for 10+ years, his love for his work really showed and we were all so happy with our experience!

Evan made our 50 year anniversary very special with his wonderful meal. It began with an amazing seafood platter which exceeded my expectations by far! An incredible marinated ahi tuna, crab legs, lobster and oysters accompanied with his delicious seafood sauce. Evan is not only an amazing chef, but also a wonderful enthusiastic teacher who fielded our dozens of questions with knowledge and expertise. He prepared a wonderful three course meal for all 12 of us. Thank you chef Evan for giving us such special memories!
