Modest bakery with a wide variety of traditional Persian pastries, cookies and cake that's home to absolutely incredible "zolbia". Just the right amount of sugar syrup, a little crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside - these are the best I have ever tried. These zolbia blew my mind!! *-* - Mimi's Cake Tour

Was gifted the cupcakes (shown in picture as green leaves with white flowers). While it was beautifully decorated on the top and made fresh, it tasted cheapy. Made with white flour and was nothing special.

I had a lovely visit at this sweet new bakery right near my office....this could spell trouble for my waistline! I need to eat gluten free baking if I have it and was delighted to find out they have a small variety of cookies and sweets that I can enjoy . I ordered 2 of each and am enjoying one of them with my coffee now ....Delicious!!! There is a spiral one that you can seen in the photos...it is sticky and like heaven on your tongue . I also had one of the chickpea cookies ...very yummy . The chickpea cookie has the dry and delicate texture of a shortbread cookie with a soft flavour . I won't eat them all at once but so far everything I bought is fabulous . They make birthday cakes, coffees , smoothies and lots of beautiful bakery treats. The owners of the shop are very friendly and welcoming. As someone who loves to support small local family business in the neighborhood I am so happy to have found Lilium . Go show them some love.

I had a very positive experience with Golestan bakery. to celebrate my birthday with my colleagues, I ordered 30 pieces of chocolate desert to be delivered to my office. to simply put, they tasted like “heaven”. Everyone enjoyed them! The service was exceptional. The delivery was on time and they went the extra mile, and provided compostable plates and cutlery. I am very happy for this new shop in our neighbourhood, and will definitely come back.

This is definitely the best Persian confectionary in the Vancouver area by far! Just stop by the place a try a few of their pastries, you'll be blown away by the amazing texture, taste and aroma of their exquisite products. The people there are aslo extremely friendly :)

I work in the neighbourhood and saw this bakery just recently open. I popped in to try a few things. If you are thinking of going in, do yourself a favour and don’t think about it, just go. And here’s a free tip, if you want to take a trip to heaven and back try a piece of the Napoleon cake, you won’t be disappointed.

I got there 6mins before store closing time .the cashier saw me when I was behind the door but she locked the door event though that I was there and still 6mins left to the closing time .so then better to change your closing time in google and teach you staff to be welcoming!

Best BaKlava ever!!!!! I'm so happy to have a "moisture" bakery in Vancouver, tired of the dry sponge and artificial colors in icing cakes looking like Play-doh . I've got a Moka cake and it was so good and light love it! Healthy options for sugar-tooth. Professional and friendly staff knowing the products 100%. Wishing you a long life in Robson st!

I was just walking by but I was caught from the delicious smell of fresh baked pastry. The staff is helpful and friendly. I tried a couple of pastries and loved all of them... not too sweet...perfectly done. There are many options and you pay by weight. I have to go back and try more delicious pastries.

Had a wonderful experience at Golestan Bakery this past Saturday. The girls working at the counter were extremely helpful and even called the chef to make sure there were dairy-free options available to me. We bought a medium-sized box of Baklava and struggled not to eat the entire box in one sitting. It was incredible!

This bakery opened over a month ago. I was passing by today and decided to check it out. Was so glad I did! They have a great selection of Iranian pastries and treats, and the lady was very nice and took the time to explain them to us. You pay by weight. I chose 4 different types of pastries and they were all so fresh and delicious. Very impressed. Came to about $8 which is really good value for what you're getting. I can't wait to try out the other items they have.

Thank you Lilium Bakery for my amazing birthday cake. It was well designed and decorated carefully, neatly and so much attention to the details. The taste and quality was perfect. The price is pretty fair and good based on their job and effort and quality. I used to buy cookies and sweats from here and all are just delicious and perfect and the place is neat and clean every time I went there. It was my first time ordering a cake and now will be my only choice for the future.

Very disappointed by this place. Came in to buy som items but the lady kept trying to upsell me. I asked for a few honey balls (7-8) but she put about 20 in the box, sealed it, and then asked me to pay. I didn’t discover the extra honey balls until I opened the box at home. Be careful if you are buying something from this bakery.

Very professional and lovely staff. They definitely made my birthday one to remember. The cake was very moist and delicious. It held its shape throughout the entire night. I highly recommend this bakery for both custom designs or pre-made cakes.
