Home to mouth-watering Persian/Middle Eastern pastries like baklava at reasonable prices. I had such a craving for zolbia and I don't know if mine was a bad batch or something, but many in my box were dark brown/overdone and the strands of dough were so thin that all of them were hard and brittle like candy, not chewy and gooey in the middle like I love. :( - Mimi's Cake Tour

Very impolite and rude staff. She knows nothing about customer service. I am still shocked by the way she treated me. I asked for a small box but she filled a large box and when I asked to change the box to the small one (It was not even my mistake!!!) she frowned at me and gave me a dirty look. I even apologized for her misunderstanding but she murmured angrily and made me shocked. Finally I left the bakery without buying anything and I am not gonna go there NEVER EVER.

I have been going to this bakery for about 15 years. The quality has always been the best. The quality is so good that even bakeries in Iran can't match the quality. The price is unbeatable as well. Another great thing about this place is the quality of their customer service. They are kind and lovely. For non-Iranians, visit this place and you will love the deserts.

I just went to this store today, and bought Baklava and cookies...But, we found a long hair in Baklava, which was disgusting and awful...Then I called the store to inform and let them know, so that they could be more careful by covering their hair... I described myself and the amount that we spent here, but she denied that we were there, and she was the person who served us and I recognized her voice... won't be coming here again.

Really nice little bakery! It was fun for us, as we don't know any Iranian deserts- So we just had a mix of things we chose from the displays. The price was so reasonable for the treats we got. The service was friendly. It seems like a bumping spot but they were patient.

One of the best Persian Bakeries which is located in North Vancouver. My most favorite Persian sweet is Pirashki. This is one of those treats that I allow myself to have once per week. I live in Coquitlam but have to drive to North Vancouver to get it. The bread dough is always fresh from the oven, it goes well with the deliciousness of the custard which is delicately sweet and smooth. For me, when I take a bite of Pirashki, it boosts happiness. It tastes like heaven. Please remember that they offer Pirashki everyday except Sunday. Highly recommended to try out Pirashki from this Bakery!!!

This is the best bakery place I have ever been in Canda so far!!! The Iranian style pastries, cakes and icecream are all fresh, clean and very delicious, comparable to what you may find in Iran. The lady working there was also very friendly. Highly recommended!

Last month was my first time in a Persian Bakery the cutler , a charming lady, explain the pastries to me and help me to choose the best ones! But it was difficult because all of them looks tasty! I bought a small box with aprox 15 pieces. (9CAD) wonderful each one! Now I have been there 2 more times! Love it!!!

My favourite Persian bakery! Been coming here on occasion for their delightful cookies and heavenly baklava; but the other day I tried a rollet and cream puff, and I was blown away! The rollet was like eating a whipped cream cloud, so light and delicate. And I know cream puffs are notoriously difficult to master, but Laleh's are perfection!

The place I always visit when I want some fresh and wonderfully tasting baklava, there also have numerous other items available from pastries to assorted cookies etc. The price is definately a bit on the expensive end but the selection and the quality justifies the price. A must visit if you haven't.

Wow, ????amazed with the variety of cookies/biscuits/sweet snacks that you can enjoy with your morning or evening coffee/tea. Taste and freshness 5/5. Also great and very reasonable for gifting too but they don't carry fancy boxes. The only thing I was disappointed with was the customer service of the lady behind the counter. With this variety, you should be able to explain what each item and flavor is when the customer is telling you that they are coming here for the first time. What I got: close to a pound of different biscuits for $10.79.

An unpretentious and warm bakery with sweets for every craving, every age and everybody. Have been a regular customer for over a decade now, and am in love with their birthday cakes. Their pastries are very tasty, fresh, and beautifully designed. Also, it is always a delight to speak with its staff.

It's absolutely delicious OMG!!!!!! And really affordable! And yes, the selection is enormous, even though some tastes are quite similar. They are so good that you want more anyway. And the slight difference between similar items never lets you get bored :) This is my go-to place now!!!!

First time in this place and it is going to be my last time. They had been so rude and unfair to me and the other customer in the shop, the poor hygiene and food handling. Also they don't follow what you order and throw some other products in the box to "fill the box"!!?? Not recommended this place at all.

This was my favorite place for buying baked goods until today. I went there and they ran out of the cookies I liked. But luckily fresh baked ones were ready in the back. I was very happy to be fortunate to have fresh ones. As the lady went back I saw from the half open door that the man back there instructed her to choose from a half empty tray in the corner. I didn't say anything because I thought they might be filling it up with fresh ones anyways. After coming home, I realized they gave me the old ones as they were not fresh and really not even edible. I can't believe this. How greedy can you be man? how much money would save by doing this? You have fresh ones ready and choose to sell the ones that you gonna throw away? Unbelievable. Never gonna go back again. NEVER. I am Sorry for you and you have lost your regular customer.

Very rude and impolite staff. It was the first time I shopped there and did not know all types are same price. I asked if I can order couple of types in one box and she answered very rudely. It was the first and last time I shopped there. They do not know anything about customer service and it is terrible.

Lots of delicious Persian baked goods and pastries here. Service is excellent. The lady who helped us personally recommended different baked goods to us and let us sample a few of them. Not expensive at all. There is free street parking.

I was there last Saturday and asked one lb a sort of Candy. Cashier sold me 2.5 lb and when I paid I figure out that was too much than I asked. Immediately in front of the cash, I complained but they denied to change to lower weight and price. I am upset for my shopping with Laleh Bakery and I believe they pickpocketed my wallet. I do not recommend them to any body.

You can try the best Persian Pirashki in this bakery. I always call them before going to buy Pirashki to make sure it is fresh and hot. I love their cakes and creme sweets, too.

My first and worst experience with this bakery and ofc my last. I ordered my boyfriend birthday cake here and clearly explained what i want and even showed them a picture of the cake. They gave me this cake in picture.i even set there and asked them to fix it but what they did was pouring hot melted chocolate to cover their mess on cold cake result you asking?just check these pictures.imagine a party with this cake :) Soooooo disappointed ????????
