One of the best paces for vegan doughnuts in North Bay (or the only??). Fresh and delicious, with a fun rotation of flavours. Was not the biggest fan of the vegan cream filling, but all the others were absolutely delicious! Great customer service (very fast to respond to inquiries), only wish there was a vegan variety pack so that I don't have to choose.

Enjoyed the donuts and the cake and the amazing scone. The cat in the window is in the store next door. Did not go inside Good Glaze though waited outside while my daughter went indoors to buy the food.

Discovered by my favourite second daughter. We’ve had several different delights from GGD - the churro ring might be the solution for all the troubles of the universe. So fresh, so tasty. A box of these beauties replaces any birthday cake beautifully. Homer Simpson would approve.

I've ordered from good glaze multiple times and cannot get ebough! I absolutely love these doughnuts and tell everybody about them! They are so delicious and there are so many fun flavors the only thing overshadowing their quality is the amazing customer service. They go above and beyond for customers and are the exact reason it is so important to support local businesses! I cannot say enough good things about this place!

Spectacular local shop! Their brioche donuts were out of this world, with really great flavour packed in. Just tried their peach bourbon brioche and pina colada brioche and oh my! The cruller was great too. We biked down on a beautiful Saturday morning and brought along a coffee to enjoy them immediately :-) I'll be going out of my way to stop by to pick up orders in the future.

They have really wonderful vegan options which is great for anyone else who has gone vegan and misses getting that donut with their coffee from Tim Hortons, plus their donuts are always made fresh. Highly recommend! ????

Loved this little spot; cool mix of an industrial feel with a retro vibe. By the time I got there they didn’t have much left unfortunately, I wish I could have tried more flavours as I really enjoyed the two that I had. The London Fog was surprisingly the star here as I am usually a big fan of a classic dip, but it just had this amazing creamy tea flavour and I’m not even a tea drinker! Will visit again!

Would have been nice to know they need to be refrigerated... Donuts are great the first day, left a couple on the counter overnight because who puts donuts in the fridge??? and the next they had gone bad. But into one and the filling had gone comepletely sour and they reeked of sour rotten milk!! For the price of two I can get a 10 pack at Tim hortons that won’t go sour and comepletely dry out.. YUCK. Creativity and flavours 10/10 Price 0/10 Donuts going sour and dry on me, noooooo thanks I’ll stick to timmies

Just getting down to business following my wedding on Aug 13, 2021. These ladies made an absolutely beautiful wedding cake for my Bride and I. Lemon cake with raspberry filling and Italian Buttercreme, and a very cool geode design that I wasn't sure if it could be pulled off. The price was great, delivered it to the nearby Station Tap House in time for the wedding. The cake was dense, like a pound cake, delicious and moist. Not crumbled or full of air. The Raspberry was tart, but sweet. Topping it with Italian Buttercreme was a perfect pairing to maintain stability and provide such an amazing background for the edible geode inlay.

For the last year or so,my kids and i have been enjoying the multitude of delicious and unique creations offered by this fantastic and thoughtful duo,who truly enjoy what they do and seeing their clients happy. You will be hard pressed to find a flavor you dislike. The cheesecake is delicious no matter what flavor it is (peach is my fav)and the twixies will rock your world.We ordered a batch of custom mini doughnuts for an upcoming birthday and ofcourse its ALL my 5 year old wanted for her birthday treat... goodglaze. Keep up the good work!

Best donuts in North Bay!!! Great selection, they've always got something new to try! This business also supports various charities through their fundraising donut which I love. They have pickup AND delivery options available (both of which can be contactless!) which means...donuts for EVERYONE!!!

Placed an order for a birthday cake for my son 2 months ago but after a few emails did not receive an email back for about a month. Finally after emailing again they responded but didn’t include the over all theme of my cake in the email so decided to cancel my order since I only had a week to get another bakery to help me complete my sons special day. Just wish communication was better. Thank you for your comment I was looking forward to the cake but I had to reach out again the weekend before my sons party still unsure if the cake was going to happen. I’m sorry you had to turn down requests to hold my spot but if the communication was better there would have been no need for me to cancel.

Ah... After dropping $46 (paid $26 after the gift certificate) on 12 donuts I wish I could give this place a glowing review; unfortunately, not a single one tasted like a $4-and-change donut. They looked awesome and we were really excited to share them with my family, but after trying one I had to issue an apology for bringing such an offensive dessert. I want to say that they made an honest mistake and made my order when I placed it (yesterday) rather than today (I had asked for it to be ready for 4:30; email confirmation and everything); however, the raspberry drizzle donut dripping in oil didn't seem like a matter of spoilage, more of the donut is meant to be like that. But then again, the fritter my fiancée had a bitter aftertaste and the tasted like oil, and the cinnamon-something-or-other had filling that tasted as if it had gone bad. So maybe they did make them yesterday. I'd normally say that's an error on my part, but luckily I have an email that confirms I'm still lucid. I want to support local, and I encourage everyone to try this place if you have the extra money. I just didn't have the greatest experience. Edit: spoke to owner shortly after this experience, was told she would see what she could do and call me back, never heard anything. Just saw that the business was spotlighted on CBC and was triggered again lol awful product and awful customer service. (From the year 2020 onward businesses seem to be inconvenienced by customers.) Edit 2: Hi Jessica, replying to your response to clarify a few things. (I did try calling but I guess you're closed.) I do want to first apologize for hurting your feelings - that was never my intention. However, your response misconstrued our conversation, which I feel isn't very fair. When I initially called I told you that we were not happy with the 12 donuts you had provided us (for a total of $46), to which you were overly defensive and refused to admit that there could ever be anything wrong with the donuts (as they were freshly made that morning). I objected and said that everyone of my relatives - none of whom are food snobs - we're dissatisfied with the donut(s) they received. You did offer a free half dozen and I respectfully declined, as your defensive response didn't instill any confidence that I would be satisfied the next time around (and because that's only half the order, and I would rather the money back). You said you couldn't do anything about refunding the $20 gift certificate but would "see what [you] could do about the $26", so I decided that's fair and awaited your call. You did not call. So I wrote the review. I feel bad that you were emotionally impacted; however, I (and others listening to the call) found your response disrespectful and unprofessional as a business owner. Not all reviews are going to be glowing, and I think that those who have issues should be able to share them in public forums such as this. I stand by that I did not attack you personally and did not intend to make you feel bullied.

Amazing homemade donuts! Easy to order online with great options, vegan and otherwise. The owners are generous and often seem to donate a portion of profits to local community orgs. Highly recommend!
