I love this grocery store. The owner is such a nice guy, always happy to help out when I've been looking for a non stocked item. I love that they aim to carry healthier products. They have a great little organic/health section and I just noticed the other day that they carry flour with no additives or preservatives at a reasonable price. That is not easy to find. Definitely my go to grocery store. I've never had any issues with the quality of their produce and they even have non-gmo options for their produce (I noticed this with the peppers in particular). Keep up the good work.

Honestly best grocery store. No limit on how many items i can price match. Always stocked, produce is always fresh. Always have great sales. And the employees go above and beyond. One gentleman pushed my cart to the cash for me as i was struggling with my toddler, this same man always greets me with a kind smile, and another helped me unload my cart and bag all items, put all the bags back into the cart and even offered to load them into the car for me. Makes grocery shopping enjoyable. :)

This store is cheaper than other places for frozen veggies. Clean, organized and the staff is well trained when it comes to service dogs in their establishment. This is the only place that I can get my rice noodles . But parking is an issue,so this pict says keep looking up.

Seems tight, product isn't displayed nicely there's a few items it took an extra effort to get them off the shelves. Staff were miserable looking and one of the floor staff took a shower in cologne so much it burned my nose everytime he walked by cashier was pleasant but wasn't friendly and didn't offer to help when the situation presented itself. The only reason it gets 2 stars instead of one is due to location. It's the only big grocery store within walking distance for many. Especially in this part of North Bay where we have large senior population.

Gotta tell ya poor scheduling on a thursday before a long weekend in Aug.. lined up almost to the coolers on the back wall at 7 pm at night. Actually felt sorry for your cashier. I understand dinner breaks ect but it was crazy. Stocking shelves is important but if nobody shows up to buy the product no need for anyone to stock the shelves .. also when a cashier did finally open another line they didn't control the existing line so people got cashed out before the people that waited longer..

Fresco usually has the best deals on items I was going to buy anyway- including lunch snacks for kids. They have the best international foods choices of any "budget" grocer and the best meat section of any of the cheaper stores. I live across town and will drive to go shopping there.

I claimed this as my grocery store. Fresh food (no Walmart quality!), a wide variety of fruits and veggies year round (unlike food basics), Sealtest milk, I like the layout, great sales and they price match! Oh they are also open til 10 on most nights and only have a 25 cent cart return cost.

Love Fresh-Co. It's our daily grocery store mostly because it's the closest to our home but also because their food really is the freshest and also the prices are almost unbeatable. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly which is also a nice change compared to other places where the staff seem absolutely miserable to be in public. I love this grocery store and would highly recommend it to any one of my friends or family for sure. If I had to rate it out of 10, I think I'd rate it 10/10

the cashiers do not need to wear gloves, they can sanitize their hands between customers and get a handwashing break every half hour... this cashier wore gloves and sanitizied the gloves between customers ... which breaks down the integrity of the glove and is redundant... sanitize your hands , then wash whenever possible ...each store should have the same set of clear guidelines and directives and clearly they do not ...

Came in to store at night, unclear mumbled announcement was made followed by rude nagging to leave as the store was closed, before 10PM. I decided to leave my items as I wasn't giving business to a place like that. My girlfriend checked out as she wanted some items and it was only 10:02 after she paid. Not recommended as other stores would appreciate the business more and treat you better. Also, mouldy produce is regular.

They often run great meat specials however each time I have gone there to take advantage of the specials they NEVER have any of the product and can never give you a solid answer as to when any will come in nor to they offer reign checks. Last time they had an awesome special on boneless skinless chicken breasts I kept being told the next day. I went back 3 times during the week and they never had any. VERY POOR BUSINESS. My time is valuable!
