Never really do this, but I ordered a Blizzard with extra cookie dough. Paid for it and left. When I went to eat it there was probably about 4 pieces in there... probably never going to go back to this location. Rather just drive to the mall location for better quality. She sucked..

Went there with a 3 year old wanting rainbow icecream. Did not expect anything close obviously, however; out of nowhere, the saviour of Dairy Queen chimes onto headset and says he can put cherry sauce into vanilla icecream and that was the best they could do. I said sure. Recieved said icecream, and it was pink. Bonus for coloured food right there for a kid! I didn't want to get her hopes up so i said they probably didn't get the rainbow in there, but I'll see. Everyone reading this post - if you have a kid that wants rainbow tasting icecream. Get this. It tasted like candy, not cherry, not super sour sugar syrup, but candy. Gave it to her - now the "pink rainbow icecream" has been invented. Thank you (I'm assuming manager (black shirt?)) at Dairy Queen, you made a new memory for me and my daughter!

We decided to stop in and have our regular treat that we love one more time before the cold weather settles in. We always go to this location and never had an issue. But this time was a little different. I did not get my normal amount of fudge or whip cream on my treat. When I just mentioned this I got a quick reply that this is what I paid for. Really great customer service there. One of the employees working at the time did not even seem like she wanted to be there. All I asked for was a little bit extra. But short response. I hope the DQ opening on McKeown hires better employees and I will drive there if I get better service.

The staff here is amazing. I went friday night....new years eve. Dec 31 2021. The gentlemen working there were so happy and helpful. They deserve raises. I will go back just because of their amazing service. Best blizzard I ever had. He mixed the toppings right to the bottom. Biggest banana split I've ever seen as well. Hats off to these guys. I wish I got their names. Amazing.

Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and it was served cold, then when I asked them to heat it they put it in the microwave and it came out piping hot and cooked the lettuce and tomato and the sauce making the meal look more like a meat slurpy with mayonaise. It was extremely unappetizing and the guy was acting like I was upsetting his day to do his job. Worst DQ experience I've ever had. Not getting hot food from here again!

This place is a blast from the past. Great place to stop for an ice-cream. My only complaint is that the last few times I've gone they haven't had their soft serve machine set cold enough. So you're getting a melting cone right off the hop and if you're someone who enjoys a dipped cone forget about it. The ice cream isn't cold enough to harden the chocolate and you just end up with a dripping mess.

food tastes ok but dont order valley eats or drive through They cannot get an order right. i cannot stress enough you need to be in there watching to make sure they put the right things in your drink, because clearly they cannot read a chit.this is like the 3rd time in a row they have sent me the wrong things. I’m a Perth Local and I never had a problem with DQ till yesterday. Canada day yesterday. It was around 515pm when I went to DQ in town. I parked and attempted to walk in thinking it would be faster than the drive thru. The doors were locked. I called the store but no one picked up. There were employees inside but they clearly didn’t want to open the door. So I proceeded to the drive thru. (All I wanted was 2 mini blizzards to bring home.) One lady was waiting at the speaker for 10 minutes and I drove next to her and I mentioned they may be closed but they are inside. She drives up to the window and is very upset with them and they smartened up and started taking people’s orders and reopened the door. Clearly a bunch of teenagers that don’t give a rats ass work there. Please get better staff that cares. After 15min of waiting I did receive my order.

On vacation with my family, and we wanted DQ on our hot travel day. The trailer doesn't fit through the drive through, and when I went to check if it was possible to wall through like they allow near home in Ottawa, the male employee looked at me and shut the window in my face. No apology, no attempt to say they would not allow it, etc. In these weird days, I understand social skills are dusty, but this will stop us from using Perth as a DQ stop from now on

It's a Dairy Queen it's about the same caliber as the rest of them, usually napkins, spoons and receipts on the floor. The tables outside are usually covered in ice cream and other sticky substances but for a place to get a quick ice cream fix this is the place to go.

Because of covid, nobody can go inside (understandable), but when you're on a touristy road, you should find a way for people to at least pee if they need to. And when you leave the drive-thru, you end up on the main road. Who can eat ice cream and drive... that's crazy dangerous. The parking is on the left and the drive-through on the right....

It's Dairy Queen; it's all that is good and right with summer in Southern Ontario! This DQ does not have the hot eats, just the cool treats. Although you can (and should) order tasty frozen ice cream cakes ahead and pick them up. One of the great things about this location is the classic nostalgic feel it embraces. From the old giant sign on HWY 3 to the big glass serving windows. This is not a DQ trying to break into the fast food market. Friendly staff and reliable ice cream treats make this a favourite summer stop.

Went here to spend some time with dear friends from out of town including their 11year old. We were there for over two hours. I got to load the kid up on sugar. The staff was great, dairy products we ordered were as good as they were 40 years ago when I was 11 years old. At no time during our extended visit did we feel rushed by the staff. Would have given 5 stars if they would still have had burgers on the menu.

got my 3 kids slushies half way home they said it dont taste right all 3 very watery no flavor saw the kid pump the juice idk so had to go to 7/11 its sad I dont know who owns it now but since original sold it gets worse every year i miss the sturginse family I didnt bother going back as the last owner i knew of was very rude and didnt want to acknowledge my coupon

Good watermelon strawberry smoothie. Good chicken bacon ranch. Good service. Only washroom is outside on the side of the building. You need the key to use it. Bathroom was surprisingly clean being there is only one toilet for all customers. No umbrellas at the dining tables made it hot eating directly in the sun

I have been to dozens of Dairy Queen locations over the years and this is, without a doubt, consistently the best place for Blizzards. The ratio of icecream to candy is on point, and they do a good job of mixing it in. As an added bonus, the staff are always friendly!

I love dairy queen we all do in our family. What I'm concerned about is the lack of hygiene in this trying time. No gloves are worn nor face mask. I think this should be a priority. When we get our order we are having to wipe it down with a lysol wipe. Extra precaution should be taken.

Horrible staff that were grumpy and didnt seem to like what they were doing. Dont work at DQ if you dont like it....??? Also got a cake for my fathers birthday. Horrible writting when we got the cake back we looked at it and couldnt even read it. We brought the cake back inside to speak with the manger and get it changed. She said "yea I was on the phone. The other girl wrote it and it was her first time" she was rude and I asked her to take back the cake and fix it. She fixed it but made she we knew again "we have no cake decors on the weekend so the other ones have to try." My 2 cents youre DQ youre a brand you have some standards to live up to... I really like this Dairy Queen always clean. My biggest like is the staff they are friendly, always available to help. Last time I was in the fellow noticed I was having difficulty breathing. He took my order and sent me to the car he brought it out to me. I’d any thing I would suggest something be done with the ramp they have outside very difficult for some one like me to get up and down.
