Nolaa's is a great spot. There is a diabetic in my family and often he has to miss out on the delicious treats due to sugars and ingredients used at most places. Not at Nolaa's! Their ingredients are made with diabetics and other dietary needs in mind. A great spot that the whole family can now dine and enjoy. Their Keto Lace Cookies are to die for. I highly recommend their birthday cakes and butter tarts as well. Owner and staff have always had a friendly, approachable atmosphere. The patio is great to sit on, shielding you from the busy main street.

Was in for the first time last weekend, I LOVE the decor and bright vibe of Nolaa’s ! The keto treats are delicious and the staff were Uber friendly. Amazing gluten free options as well ! We enjoyed visiting and sitting on the patio with great service received. The complimentary almond caramel brittle is delicious. Turkey sandwiches, along with grilled cheese were delicious, with a nice pickle added. Would have loved some type of chips with the sandwiches. We hope to visit again on our next visit.

UNSAFE TO EAT HERE. AVOID AVOID AVOID! We went into this restaurant looking to pick up a sandwich or two. Four of the six or seven people working inside did not have masks on. One who I presume was the owner who was bustling around the shop pushing people out of the way to restock shelves. One person was preparing food with only a clear face shield on (no mask). One person was working the grill with no mask and the girl at the register had her mask around her chin. When I inquired why they don't have masks on, they were extremely rude and confrontational. We walked out and didn't order. Would give zero stars if we could and hope that someone reports them to public health soon. Do yourself a favor and don't go near this place - these people are clearly part of the problem!

Went on Christmas day.. One of the best Chicken melt ever.. that too on Sour bread.. Definitely Recommended.. My friends tried Vegan Melt and Vegan Risotto.. Both were amazing.. P.S. The owners were so kind, they were making Christmas dinner for their family and gave us a taste of the Mashed Potatoes.. and what do you know, they were amazing too..

This was a good place to go for a treat that doesn't kill your diet. The person we dealt with was nice and informative and took the time to show us new things. Very good place overall. Still rather new to the area but deserves some attention.

Good food but service was a poor. The gentleman at the cash wasn't wearing his mask when we came in and complained several.times about being busy and understaffed. Store was also playing vulgar music when we arrived. Small changes can make this place great. Best of luck

The food was pretty good, the desserts were delicious. I was disappointed that for a restaurant that promises vegan and gluten free food they have no understanding of dietary restrictions. They served me two item both labelled as vegan and after I received them I asked and was told the vegan salad had feta cheese and pierogies were served with dairy sour cream. Since I've had vegan versions of both in other restaurants I almost ate the food but I'm glad I asked.

Went here as a celiac. I found the gluten free desserts to be so so and a sandwich which could have been made faster and better at home. It was made with cheap cheese and grocery store sliced deli.

Loved this spot. Hip, cozy atmosphere, excellent service and delicious food. We had breakfast but took away a bunch of keto baked goods and shared them with guests at a get together a couple days later. Some are diabetics, one cannot have gluten and others have no restrictions. They were a huge hit with everyone! People raved about these baked goods.

Their mini pumpkin pie was delicious my first time there and all the treats look delicious and I would give 5 stars for that. Unfortunately on my second visit today, I called first to ask for a price ( $8) then drove 30min to find out the item was twice as much. My fault for wanting to buy here instead of Naturamarket.ca for $10.39 Visit IF you are in the area.

Best place in NOTL. The service and food are amazing. We stayed in NOTL for two nights and both days we had breakfast here. AMAZING. Melissa & Sam are awesome! The quality of food in excellent. I love this shop! The owner is super sweet and offered us a free sample while we waited. We drove all the way from Markham to check them out after trying some of their delicious treats in Hamilton. I'll definitely be back to check out the chocolate peanut butter cupcakes next time their on the menu!

Highly recommend this place! Food is really good and very tasty - one of the best! Owner's son Sam is really kind and genuine. He cares about his customer and is passionate about what he is doing. He even gives me a surprise discount in the end but don't expect that ! Where do I start? We tried to dine here during the summer and had probably the worst dining experience I've ever had. We ordered three breakfast sandwiches; one vegetarian, one with all the regular fillings and one without pesto. It took over an hour to be served, after having to go inside to check on the orders twice. Upon checking the first time, we saw that 2 sandwiches were ready and sitting on the side and were told that the other one would be ready soon and that they'd be, "right out" by the employee who was cooking the food (and also handling cash from the register with the same pair of gloves). We waited another 15 minutes before checking again and when they finally came out, all sandwiches were dripping with grease, the bread was sopping wet, mine wasn't even cut the full way through, we had no cutlery, the vegetarian sandwich had BACON in it, and the one without pesto, had pesto in it.. By this point we were so frustrated at how horrible the service had been, we decided to leave. Neither of the two employees apologized at any point during service and we left hungry. I cannot recommend this place at all and will not be back.

1000/10 RECOMMEND this place!! Being a diabetic it is so comforting knowing that nothing In the shop has sugar in it and I am safe to eat anything I would like as a treat! On top of that anything I have ever tried from Nolaas is AMAZING!! My whole family gets excited when I bring home anything from this place. Sandwiches and lunches are delicious too! There are options for any dietary need! The staff is so friendly and wonderful, a truly pleasant family owned buisness. Nolaas is truly a gem of NOTL!

So lucky to have found this place. Had a fantastic breakfast. Sam treated us with wonderful service and even packed us a couple delicious treats for the road trip home. He even called us back in the store as we were leaving so he could pack us a couple almond lace cookies as well (which were unreal). It's a must stop if you are in the Niagra on the Lake region.

We were thrilled to find some place where they could feed me without any trouble. I have MANY food issues and they were able to customize a chicken, avocado and dairy free cheese melt sandwich on gluten free bread for me. It was delicious. It was so nice not to have to worry about reactions after eating out. My husband, who does not normally eat gluten free, really enjoyed the fresh perogies and peach salsa made on the premises. Finding this place made our drive to Niagara on the Lake the highlight of our mini vacation. I will be recommending it to friends.

This place is unreal!! My wife is Vegan and wanted to try and I’m keto. The owner was amazing at giving us samples and showing us the different Vegan options. I saw someone put a negative review who was vegan and obviously this is malicious or the store has fixed the issues that were present when they were in there. You gotta try this Keto Krack. I don’t know why it’s not available in retail but it is crazy good. I stayed in ketosis after eating it too which is rare at these small keto type businesses. Highly recommend and someone take this companies stuff to mass retail. It’s too good. See you next time we come down from Toronto, Melissa!

When it comes to gluten free and keto baked goods I personally do not know of any thing better than this location. I had one of the best sandwiches on keto bread that I’ve ever had. Make sure to ask for the turkey bacon sandwich. Would highly recommend as a grab and go healthy lunch, when down in the area

Horrible service. Barely cooked pizza. In fact, the bit of pizza that was edible gave us food poisoning. Inattentive and barely trained waitress. Out of stock in two items on the menu. I’ve read the other reviews and others have had similar experiences however what is most shocking are the owner responses. Unbelievably ignorant and rude, demeaning and dismissive. I can only feel pity for this establishment and it’s employees as they are surely not going to last long in this town. Uneducated and abrasive. Nobody should ever be spoken to in this manner. I will absolutely do my best to spread the word about this disgusting establishment and I am sure I will dissuade many from having to endure the torturous experience many of us have been subjected to. At the very least, when one orders a gluten free pizza one should receive a gluten free pizza and not one made with regular flour, which for a gluten intolerant person becomes a very serious health issue. If I could give zero stars I would. I will watch with pleasure as this business fails dismally.

THE place to go for anything and everything Keto and Gluten free. I have been several times and all times the treats were delicious and you could tell they were freshly made. We went last week for lunch and got vegan perogies and lasagna, everything was delicious, hard to believe its Keto! Very helpful staff and very friendly owner.
