One of the best gelato shops among the few dessert shop in the queen street. If you have sweet tooth just like me then grab a ice cream and start walking on the queen street ????.The shop is well decorated, the service providers are friendly. What I like in this store is the mini dessert options - it is created just for tourist who crave for quick bites. The store space is not so adequate to accommodate large number of customers. More options of gelato flavors is required. Do I recommend this store- definitely yes!

Was with my family when my husband wanted an espresso,having been before we went to Nina's...Bad service to be topped off with a completely rude finish from what seemed to be the acting manager... Suggestion: Have staff wear name tags! Train in what to do when things go horribly wrong to make things better... Otherwise....avoid the crowds and go elsewhere!

Great food, loved their all day breakfast crepe. Overall customer service was great, but the one lady making the crepes seemed to lack respect for her co-workers. Also lacks seating area. For the amount of people eating, only a third can sit.

Looked like a nice place with 4.6 rating, so ordered 2 paninis: turkey and vegetarian (9.99$+tax each). As soon as they were placed into panini press, cashier completely forgot about them and started taking orders from another clients. After 20 minutes I asked her if she was just heating my paninis or cooking them from scrtach and the answer was: “Those are paninis, they need time to be ready”. After another 5 minutes, she decided to check them out and found both burned ????‍♂️ The next move was worth an Oscar: she took both paninis out, wrapped them into foil, then took one panini (must be the one completely burnt) into the kitchen, brought new(!) panini, placed it back to the panini press and turned to me saying: “Your turkey panini is almost ready”. Waited 30(!) seconds and gave both paninis to me. Result: one cold, one burnt paninis after almost 30 minutes. P.S. It is very clean and beautiful inside, with plentiful choices of pastries, ice creams and pancakes. There is non-stop flow of tourists, so service delays and high prices are understandable. However fooling customers instead of honestly admitting mistakes has no excuses.

My review is based on services rather than food as as I only had a sparkling water and a mini tart. 1) Why leave doors wide open on a -2°C day and have heat blasting? Yikes. Such as waste of energy and sadly shows a lack environmental responsibility. 2) Washroom facilities are not available here. I guess there is a washroom outside nearby, however this is a problem for anyone with mobility issues as my mother has. For my mother, a short “one minute walk” would have been more like 10. Unacceptable.

Visiting this place has been a mandatory part of my family's trip to Niagara-On-The-Lake since I was about seven years old. We all love their gelato, and the service is excellent. I remember one time we came in a little bit before closing time and ordered a pizza. I'm sure we were bothering them, but they still served us. The pizza was a little bit burnt (barely at all! Really, we didn't mind) and they gave us a pack of chocolatines AND two peanut cookies for free to compensate. It's really unfortunate that they're not as well-known as some of the other ice cream/gelato shops in Niagara-On-The-Lake.

One of the less busy gelato places. Worth it if you're tight on time. They also got crepe, pizza, and other assorted hot drinks. The crepe could taste a bit more fresh, there was something about the batter that had a slight miss to it. Otherwise, great service -- friendly people!

This place has really wonderful food the only issue is picking what to have because everything is so good. There are a large variety of pre-made sandwiches available if you're willing to wait there is pizza at the back a delectable Bakery dessert counter and the gelato which is to die for. They will also do a variety of fancy coffees cappuccinos latte's Etc have bottled water and juice. There is some limited bar seating but for the most part it is set up to wonder in and wonder out.

We skipped cows to come here, and oh how I'm glad I did. Despite it being chaotically busy, all the staff were super sweet! I would have ran out there because it was overwhelming, but they all managed to still pull through, so kudos to all of them! Went in there and was out in 5 minutes, really quick service. We stopped by last weekend for some treats. Even though crowded (still following covid guidelines) the staff was friendly, informative and very helpful. We got the lemon meringue tart, chocolate cheesecake tart, mini strawberry cheesecake and peach Creme brûlée. All items were very fresh and delicious, my personal favourite was the chocolate cheesecake tart. It was airy, rich and not too sweet. The Creme brûlée had a nice thin sugar crust and fresh peaches. Lemon meringue had a bright citrus flavour and a tender crust. Highly recommend!

Such a wonderful variety of desserts. It is hard to decide what to pick so I had to pack some for home. For the first time I had Creme Brulee gelato. The sweet and savoury crepes are good, too. A must try when you visit Niagra-on-the-Lake. Visit for breakfast, lunch, snack or just dessert. We ordered savoury crepes, and packed many desserts that I can't wait to dig into.

Nina's is my mandatory stop every single time I visit the Niagara region. Absolutely incredible pastries, pizza and crapes! The best place to eat in the Niagara on the Lake as far as I am concerned and, as mentioned in other reviews, an incredibly clean and tidy place. Located in one of the most picturesque locations in town - lovely place to eat and then go for wine tasting and exploring the local shops in the area

If you are looking for traditional hot chocolate this is the place in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Coco and milk. A lot of other places in town just hat instant Carnation hot chocolate, not here,. here you get the real stuff. Friendly staff.

Great Gelato. We tried roasted pistachio, birthday cake, raspberry cheesecake, strawberry, chocolate sorbet gelato Great taste and quality. They claim no artificial flavor and you can taste all flavors in gelato. Strawberry gelato is my personal favorite. Definitely stop by for next visit to.Niagra on Lake.

Love the gelato here. Niagara on the lake should be a place to go when going to Niagara falls. My favorite is the pistachio gelato and if pistachio isn't your thing, is recommend the hazelnut gelato. They have a ton of flavours here.

Amazing paninis and pastries! I visited Niagara on the Lake for the Christmas stroll and stopped in for a warm panini afterwards. A nice lady behind the counter offered to make me one from scratch when I mentioned I couldn't eat cheese. While waiting for the panini, and preparing to cash, I chose a few bite sized desserts for my family and I. The key lime tart was amazing as was the chocolate hazelnut macaroon. My parents enjoyed the shortbread and turtle cookies. Can't wait to return next summer and will definitely be buying a whole box plus a prosciutto panini (how do they make these taste so good!?). Excellent service, excellent food!

Because of COVID, there are no more seats inside the store, it's purely a takeout spot now. However, their gelato, pastries, and pizzas are all phenomenal and at super reasonable price points. They offer to warm up the croissants / danishes, and they taste absolutely heavenly. Pizzas are all freshly made and our peach and prosciutto pizza was delicious. Only issue with eating outside is the bees nearly, so you'll need to finish your food quickly!

Hey people, ...And we're back with another review. Let me start by saying I love this place professional in every sense, everything on the menu looks amazing, taste, colour, texture, and flavour. There pastries are just divine, the food here is a definite must try, if you're a tourist visiting. Even if you're local, I definitely recommend checking it out. The gelatos are just amazing bursting with flavour. I got the raspberry gelato and the cookies and cream. Great combo!! There are just so many options. You have to try them all. And lastly, they make a pretty good cappachino and expresso. Overall though, I would highly recommend this place, some of the best in the business here. Until next time folks! Cheers! Akil

Lovely place with harry food and friendly staff. The whole niagara on the lakes is a beautiful town with plenty of quaint shops and eateries. There is also beautiful flower displays and a park.
