Visited first time during our visit to Niagara Falls. The place looked pretty authentic and feel quaint. The lady who served us was really friendly and made us feel welcome. Bought Creme Brule, Hazelnut cake and Almond cake. All were very delicious and will definitely go there again.

Best Patisserie in Niagara Falls . The Strawberry Shortcake is delicious. It is Moist, light and just the right amount of sweetness. The croissants are also amazing and buttery! The service was also impeccable. Would highly recommend Red Ganache if you have a sweet tooth and wanna walk away from all the overly processes touristy foods you can find in the Niagara Village!

Beautiful little bakery. Tried the tiramisu with coffee and raspberry cake. Loved it, couldn’t get any better. Loved their mugs. Chef was amazing. Lady with the accent at front cash was lovely and very helpful amazing customer service. Totally worth trying

Amazing little bakery. I came here after reading so many raving reviews and I can see why so many people love it! Upon arriving, the man working the front counter's friendly demeanor was immediately heard, he seems to really love what he does and genuinely appreciates the people who enter the store. He was thanking guests by name and having pleasant conversations all while being productive. I was then greeted with an array of incredible looking desserts in his display counter. It was hard walking away with only one extra item. I had asked for a black forrest cake (last minute ????) for a birthday, and the cake itself looks so good! He saved our night and made sure the cake was beautifully presented. Coming here was such a delightful experience, I can't wait for my birthday to come around so I can get myself a cake.

Bought assorted pastries and cakes slices. The triple chocolate cake slice is super moist and delicious! Not too sweet but really decadent. The rest of the pastries are also the same all decadent! Pandemic time but this new found place is our to go to now everytime we go to Niagara. The place itself is super cute, high end and clean! The people are very friendly and accomodating. Amazing! Bought a strawberry shortcake for my brother’s birthday, and my whole family loved it! The cake was freshly topped with berries and finely made with the finest white chocolate. If you love fresh baked goods, I definitely recommend Red Ganache!

Definitely the best patisserie in Niagara! I didn’t get a cake but they looked beautiful. Eclairs are to die for they are very generous with their filling. I didn’t like the cheesecake its too firm but the flavor was spot on. Although i wish the stores display had descriptions for each product.

Great service, great smiles! I put in an order for my husbands favourite cake (Budapest). This cake is very famous in Sweden. However, I had put in a plethora requests at many different bakeries and thank you to Pradeep and his team, they were the only ones that accepted. Sometimes a wrong turn can lead to the most awesome finds! Met Stanley today and got the background on Red Ganache...amazing little spot just off Stanley in the core of Niagara Falls. These guys are champions of their craft and well worth the visit. Custom cakes, coffee, gelato and super friendly owners. Careful, you'll want one of everything!

Our first visit was a last minute birthday cake needed during our Niagara birthday vacation and they made it happen. They offers to do what needed to be done and so we have the our strawberry short cake for my wife’s Birthday. Their cake are soft and creamy where sweetness is just to blend in make it so tasty. Very accommodating and price is fair. We even drove all the way from toronto to get birthday cakes and deserts from them. In coming weeks, we are getting another birthday cake for our son’s birthday. This time we’ll be ordering somewhat a cake that our son love ❤️. Good quality deserts, good quality service will worth your visit.

It was a great experience! I loved their salmon croissant, so fresh and taste great! I also had assort of croissants, plan, chocolate, almond, cakes, and all great. The staff was so welcoming and friendly too. We will definitely go back when we visit to Niagara Falls again!

Best Cake EVER!!! If you are in the Niagara region and don't make the trip, to have a slice of heaven(or two) and meet the owner, then you are crazy. We arrived 15 minutes before they opened and were getting ready to wait, when the doors opened and the wonderful owner came to greet us and said no sense in making you wait, and let us come in early to pick out some amazing sweets and it was wonderful. Heard great things about this place so stopped in and got the strawberry shortcake, tiramisu cake and an eclair. We were going to save one of the slices for later but ended up sharing them all in one sitting. Too good! Strawberry shortcake was so fresh- how strawberries are supposed to taste! Pardeep is a culinary master. We chose him to bake our wedding cake and it was the best cake we've ever had. We got a 2-tier cake that included a vanilla sponge cake with passion fruit curd then a cardamom coconut chiffon cake. The flavors were perfectly balanced and the flower arrangement was amazing. All of our guests still talk about it more than dinner. The pastries at his cafe reflect his expertise and dedication to culinary art. Everything we tried was beyond exceptional. If you are looking for an escape from tacky tourist traps in Niagara, look no further.
