Tried them for the first time today. Got a almond pastry (forget the name) and a chocolate croissant. Both were flakey and wonderful. Would go back.

Very tasty! The croissants are to die for and there is always an interesting supply of other pastries. A little pricy and they only sell filter coffee at the moment, but great for a treat and I'd rather they keep the focus on amazing pastry than more kinds of coffee if it's one or the other!

My wife and I woke up this morning and while having our morning chat before rising we got on the topic of local bakeries. A quickly Google search and clicking the "load more" button I discovered this simple little shop. We arrived at 8:05am to the wonderful smells that put smiles on one's face and inches on ones hips. $65 dollars later we left with almond and chocolate croissants, cinnamon buns, apple flips, strawberry brioche, 2 of each for sampling over the next few days along with breads I dare not attempt to guess. The service was wonderful, staff were kind and generous. The smells alone were worthy of a tip. I wish this little company all the best going forward. Three weeks in and you get the feeling it has been there a life time. Every neighborhood should have one! I'll be the first to admit I went for the almond croissant first and lost of sense of control and had the cinnamon roll next! Right full after that. Support local and treat yourself today!!

St John’s you are lucky to have this new bakery! Being from Montreal we know a thing or two about good pastries and this place is amazing! We gobbled up croissants, chocolatines, cinnamon buns, cookies and other original pastries we had never even seen before. We will definitely come back for the bread on our camping trip.
