Only positive thing I can say is the staff were friendly. Food was ladened with grease, so much that it left drops on the plate. Scallops, shrimp, fries and onion rings all battered and drowned. Local "greasy spoon" came to mind. It looks like a sit down type restaurant but you have to go to the counter for a menu and to order through a window into the kitchen. Coffee is from in the gas bar, they just add to your bill. We grabbed two large, added cream "pods" which promptly curdled. Mayonnaise at tables had been expired since April (kid checked a few). I'm thinking this place gets people in like us who are on the hunt for food after trekking through Gros Morne. Don't stop. Go a bit further into Cow Head. Again, staff was super friendly.
