I live on the east coast of NL, but anytime I find myself on the west coast, I'll make the drive out to Stephenville to stock up on treats from Danny's! Especially the almond tarts!! If you live anywhere near here and never been, do yourself a favour and go!

Update: Unfortunately, I have to change my rating to 2 stars as the quality of their treats have declined in recent years. I bought a Napoleon cake for a birthday last month and found a hair, and every visit since then, I've found that the treats are stale. I honestly can't recommend them anymore. I absolutely love Danny's Bake Shop and will often go out of my way to visit. I usually buy napoleons and a pie with a small treat for the road. I have never been disappointed by their service and would recommend them to anybody.
