Lovely little cafe with a rotating menu of soups and paninis. Lot's of delicious baked goods too! We loved our food and drinks. The perfect light lunch!

Fred Guzzwell

Delicious soups and sandwiches. Their sweets are not to be believed and the coffee is to die for. The view is good any time but the icebergs in the spring and summer make it spectacular.

This is the best cafe in all of Twillingate. Tough to catch them when they're open but well worth the wait. Locals and tourists alike appreciate the delicious drinks, delectable treats and very welcoming atmosphere. Definitely check this place out!

Very nice staff, wonderful views and lots of homemade and very good food. I enjoyed it very much. Best place for a coffee, a muffin or a danish between St. John´s and St. Anthony. We´ll definitely come back on our next stay in Twillingate for watching the icebergs.

Suzanne Giddings

Wade Manuel

What a gem!! Awesome coffee and specialty drinks. If you in crow head it's a must!!!

Amanda Robinson

My Ma, Sis and I stopped here before a hike through one of Twillingate's best paths. It was the perfect stop to fuel our hike. The cafe is small and quaint with a homemade feel and loving atmosphere. It's the kinda small cafe you'd see in downtown Manhattan with a NL vibe. We enjoyed the spectacular view of the bay on the outside patio with a small dish of chili and delicious speciality lattes. We loved it so much we had to go back. A must stop while visiting Twillingate.

Carina D

What a nice place. The Oma's Carrot Cake was delicious.

Michelle MacDonald

Excellent service and beautiful view. Lovely deck to relax with a coffee.

Jay Lawrence

Cute, tiny spot. The array of sweets was tempting, and the staff did encourage me, but I stuck with just caffeine. And what a cup! Some of the best coffee around. Will be back next time!

Bridget Lawrence

The baked goods are incredible. You'll want one for immediate consumption and one for the drive home. As for the coffee, I'm still thinking about how wonderful the coffee's flavor was for my taste buds. Not sure if I would drive the nine hour roundtrip just for the coffee, but throw in some icebergs and baked goods, definitely worth the coffee break.

Connor McBrine-Ellis

Laid back, cozy spot for lunch, tea and coffee, pastries. Friendly service, and the drinks were great.

Jarek P

Absolutely perfect place for light lunch after hike. Delicious soups, best cod chowder we had so far (and we already had few of them during our trip in Newfoundland ;-) ). Vegetarian lentil soup very testy and nicely paired with their amazing panini. Expresso was absolutely perfect, Italians would be proud ;-)

TIm Goertzen

Great hosts. The stout cheesecake was great. Coffee was also really good

We had a delicious lunch and dessert at this cafe! The chilli is very tasty. My husband had the lentil soup which was also very good. Lovely service and beautiful view. THEN we had dessert! Oh my! Let me say, I couldn’t choose. We had the carrot cake which was moist and not overly sweet. It has many walnuts, so if you like those, you’ll love this cake! I also had a Snickerdoodle bar which was mouthwateringly good! My husband had a blueberry apple muffin about which he is still dreaming! All delicious! We’re going back tomorrow!

Diane Davis

Great stop for coffee or lunch. A favorite when looking for icebergs.

Jacqueline To

Cute little cafe with friendly service and delicious desserts. Get the carrot cake!

Gordon Muscroft

The best coffee and desserts around. Could compete with any Cafe in the world....

Brahm Chehadi

Crows Nest has BY FAR the best coffee I've ever had on the island! The Americano with three shots is unreal and we made sure when we left twillingate to have one for the ROAD! They have two locations-one in twillingate town centre and the other (original location) in the town of Crows Head. They have a variety of baked goods and drinks so you'll have plenty to choose from. Best thing about Crows Nest other then their food is the owners dog Crosbie (Crows Head location). He wanders freely around the area and greets all the customers with his big ol smile. If your headed to the lighthouse you have to stop in and say hello.

Jordan Rideout

Great service, very friendly, beautiful decorations, could use an AC unit for summer but no big deal.

hermann high

The crow's nest cafe has rapidly become a part of Crow Head. Their attitude has been a simple one: rather than becoming a cafe which attempts to make use of the influx of tourists every year and close during the winter, they tried to be a cafe that everyone enjoys eating and drinking at. It worked.

CINDY Rodway

Beautiful Cafe, cold mint mocha was a hit on a very hot day! The owner is very friendly, makes you feel very welcome:-)

Family favorite stop everytime we head out the bay for a drive! Gluten free brownies and coffee are my fav! Now only if they they made the hiker muffin gluten free, yummie yummie!

Jim Wucherpfennig

Rose Thompson

The best Chai tea ever. I could eat the scones everyday. Owners are great. Very friendly and helpful.

Sheri Singleton

The food is amazing but even more importantly, the owners are wonderful people who make you feel welcome.

Steven Gammon

Great view and nice people! A great time out spot on a road trip.

Renee Hearn

Super cozy cafe with excellent service and the cutest dog to greet you in the parking lot! We tried the soup and sandwich of the day and they were amazing! Great coffee and lattes! Will definitely be visiting again!

Brendan Mclean

It was abit pricey BUT it was good, the gentleman who served us really almost created the atmosphere of the café. He guided us in the direction of some awesome drinks and we had some good snacks as well

Anne Simmert

A super cute cofé with a great selection of homemade cakes. You can just relax and enjoy the good coffee with a great view of the sea. The owner recommended us a few great B&Bs. His tip helped us a lot. Thanks for that!

Taughm Poker

Good food, friendly staff.

Diane Hunt

I would give this place a 5, except that it's so small. There are only four or five tables inside, but you also can sit outside at another four or five tables. The food was fantastic, not a large menu though. What they did have was absolutely fantastic. And they have a fantastic Barista who can make any kind of coffee, latte, cappuccino or expresso that your heart desires. The counter girl was friendly, helpful, and right on her toes. Absolutely lovely spot.

Warrick Noseworthy
