Went there sept 28th at 12:15, the lady making the subs had attitude towards the cashier in front of customers. She took my sub back after I told her I had a second sandwich on the same order. She was blaming the cashier for "not seeing there's another sub on the order if it shows after the drinks", which I believe would be her part on reading the order properly. She also said it was his job to give the dessert of my combo after I paid. I don't think it would be hard for her to give it at the same time as the rest of the order. She had a lot of attitude and slamming the subs down on the counters. This kind of service is inappropriate and disrespectful. Subs were good tho. But this lady needs to work on her attitude especially in front of customers. Good job on the cashier for putting up with that.

Only went there once. Bought cheese buns. Almost raw. Horrible, doughy, undercooked. Not sure if I could stomach going back or not. Would like to believe the good reviews but after reading great restaurant reviews for Moncton and then trying them myself to find bland, tasteless food I'm not sure if the people who give good reviews have the same food tastes and requirements as I have? Will maybe give them one more try?

Everything here is delicious... I cant say that i had a bad experience here... Down side you go in for a loaf of diet bread and come out with cheesecake, an assortment of squares, rolls, a bbq chicken pizza, and baked beans....ya just cant help it

This is usually one of my favourite places to get pizza but service has been going down which might be due to the pandemic but still. Placed an order for a birthday party, they cancelled it, refunded us but only sent an email so we didn't see it yet before going to the restaurant, thinking our order should be ready when I get there. Edit: I forgot to add that they should of called instead when it comes to a cancelation. Once at the restaurant to pick up my order, they tell me it was cancelled and refunded and an email was sent. I had to re-order something else, and that took 1h before it was ready! Only thing I received for my trouble was a little discount on the garlic fingers.

The products are decent but the customer service is horrible. I went in today and was the only one in the store, wanted to buy desserts from behind the counter and waited several minutes for an employee to come help me. 3 employees were at the cash talking and made eye contact with me so they clearly saw me waiting for help. Then the employee who got the cupcakes didn’t wear gloves or wash her hands before touching the food. At the cashC the employee didn’t say hello or greet me in any way. I stopped going there as often due to the prices increasing quite a bit, and now after the customer service I doubt I will return to this location.

I was at Mcbuns on Monday afternoon around 3:30 two men walked in about 5 minutes apart of each other neither of them we're wearing masks and he walked through the whole store bought things I went to the cash and walked out after paying at this time with a case is so high in Moncton I'm going to stay away from this place.
