I had to wait to go in since the store was at capacity but there was no indication when someone left out the other door so when I finally realized that, the store was empty. I got one of their famous sticky buns and it was dry and didn't seem fresh and was not very good. Also the staff that I dealt with were not friendly or personable.

As advertised, the sticky buns are great. Go first thing in the morning to get everything fresh and possibly still warm. Friendly small town service. Cookies.. depends which ones. Chocolate chip were good, oatmeal and cocanut were good, molasses weren't my thing, they were cakey and dry. I prefer moister molasses cookies and the use of good fresh ground spices makes the world of difference, which was absent here. I had coffee with my morning order which was great for drain cleaner.

The reviews I read set my expectations high and I found the delivery was acceptable but not great. The sticky buns were fluffy which was nice but the taste was not as good as others I've had across Canada. The standard for me is Henriettas in Huntsville, Ontario. We also had lemon tarts, pecan tarts and cookies all of which where not liked by those in our party. That being said if you're looking for baked goods in the area there are not a ton of options so this might very well be your best bet unless you're heading to Moncton.

The younger server was very friendly. The older one was abrupt and acted like she didn't like serving customers. I spent $21 there on sticky buns (not that great). Went back for an extra $3 purchase and was told I couldn't use debit on purchases under $5. The older one wouldn't bend even though I had spent $25 there. Don't worry. Summer will be over soon and they won't need to deal with us pesky tourists.

Dropped by while driving through Alma on motorcycle. Lots of parking unless you go during peek time in the summer when the tourist are around like flies. The place is famous for its "sticky buns": buns with brown sugar and cinnamon that are delicious. 9 bucks for small bag, which you can get for half price the next day ("day olds"). They take cash and credit, and sell lots of other baked and cooked goods.

I've been going to this shop for years although haven't been back for a while. I picked up chili for lunch, six sticky buns, and a cherry pie. The chil i was hardy but unremarkable, I'd give it 4/5. The buns had a lot of bread in them but I'd probably give them a four as well. The cherry pie was filled with gooey garbage. Thinking about throwing it out.

Nice little bake shop on the main drag in Alma, a cute little seaside village in New Brunswick. Home of the sticky buns which are a tad expensive @ $10 for 6 but when you sell thousands of them you can charge that. Wide assortment of other baked goodies including bread and pies, etc. Has that old time throwback bakery vibe to it. Neat spot and worth a visit if you're in Alma.

We're stopped in just after Labour Day. The lady who served us was friendly and the sticky bun that I purchased was pretty good, but not the best I've had. The time of year makes me thing that the products on offer were limited because of a smaller, post-summer customer base. Since I only tried one item, I'm hesitant to give a recommendation, but I'd be willing to stop by again and sample more of their goods.

You can't go to Alma without stopping at Kelly's Bakery for a sticky bun or two or a dozen. They offer a good variety of homemade bread, rolls, cookies, pies and a selection of lunch items.

A must stop when you are in Alma. The sticky buns have made Kelly's 'Famous' and you must try them. We love them. But there is a level of inconsistency with the sticky buns. Sometimes especially on outside buns, or outside corner buns they can be a bit 'bready' and dry. I don't want to sound like we don't enjoy them. We LOVE them, but I understand how somebody could have one and wonder what the fuss is about. If you can get them fresh out of the oven, when they are still piping hot... wow... SOOOOO good.

Kelly's is an institution as far as I'm concerned. When my family first moved to New Brunswick we heard about sticky buns and that Kelly's was THE place to get them. I can confirm. They also make excellent pies and cookies but if you come, do yourself a favour and get sticky buns. (If they aren't sold out)

On my way back home from the National Park, I stopped for the famous cinnamon bun. Maybe my expectations were a little bit too high because it was good, but not as much as I was told. I still enjoyed it :) The service was super quick considering the number of people out there and they were super friendly as well.

I was told that if passing through Alma, I needed to stop at Kelly's Bake Shop for some sticky buns - so we did, twice. The place was easy to find and access to it was easy off the main stretch. Kelly's is a pretty straight forward shop - lots of baked goods to choose from of which sticky buns are the 'go to' item. We didn't try anything other than the sticky buns while there although we did order just under a dozen and found the quality to be excellent. We also found the prices to be reasonable for what we got ($9 for 6 sticky buns). It's certainly a worthwhile stop if you're passing through.
