Its actually located in the alley BEHIND this buiding. Google maps doesn't do Nelson very well...

Ok so walked in and immediately felt like I was inconveniencing her. Super rude and short with me. Probably just having an off day but didn’t feel right for me to have to take to brunt of it…I’ll find a tailor elsewhere.
