Got called at work our parts were in, drive into town to get em and they say they have been delivered to us. When I get back the parts are not there and I had to drive back again to pick them up. Wasted alot of mine and the shops time. Not recommended unless you've got nowhere else to go...

I always have a good experience when I shop at Lordco. I understand just how abusive this trade can be, I mean nobody likes it when their machine is down. I always have lots of patience because the workers are trying very hard to help me :).

1 Star for company policy 5 stars for the staff Great People Problem is called in to order some paint offered a credit card # to pay in advance for it as you have to do when ordering paint was told they wont accept a C/C over the phone to mix paint REALLY i would have to drive all the way into town order, pay, then come back later to get it what a P.I.T.A. Come on Lordco Get with the times Had Some other paint left from a previous job so we 2 toned this one you lost a sale $$$

good selection prices are high compared to online and many items you need to order in, staff is friendly though you should know as much about what you need when you go in as possible or you may walk out with the wrong part and even then it happens. but compared to other parts store in town its the best

three times I orderd parts 2 times not their when told of delevery date wrong part parts missing this time promised sat del delayed till tuesdayI will never use your company again very disapointed customer and no saying sorry means nothing anymore its not worth the hassel I live 4 hrs away with one car apart stuck again for 4 days waiting for parts to arrive sad hope this place gets shut down no stars from me

I went into Lordco looking for tire chains and had easily the worst customer service experience of my life. The guy working the counter was immediately confrontational and aggressive in his responses to my questions when I was unsure of the tire size I had on my vehicle. When I returned with the correct specs of my tires after looking them up he was condescending, telling me I shouldn’t trust what the internet says. He told me if the chains did not fit because I had told him the wrong tire size I cannot return them. Not once did he offer to take a look at my tires or give me a hand in identifying the tire size himself. He wrote down the tire size I provided and ordered the chains I needed. He said he would call me when the chains arrived at the store. I never received a call. As someone who is unfamiliar with tires and went into Lordco looking for some professional help in buying a product, I received atrocious customer service from this place. Would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I left my information with the staff at the Nelson store and was told I'd be contacted in about 2 weeks when my order was in stock. I was never called. We I followed up to find out if my order had arrived I was told: "I couldn't find your contact information anywhere, but I remember you coming in" and "the part you wanted was discontinued". So I waited, for nothing, without any heads-up. And of course - no apology. Not-so stellar customer service.

Everytime I need parts, out of the 3 parts store in town Lordco has always the stock or if not they can get it overnight or max 2 days. For pricing, years ago they used to be more pricey than the other 2 stores but lately I find them cheaper and even compitive to the online parts store. They are worth a shot. Staff are helpful and approachable.

Grant who was working the parts counter had terrible customer service. When trying to return and upgrade a battery I was told I'm trying to scam them. Grant refused to work with me and sort it out. I feel that this is unfair customer practices when I had the receipt. He claimed the battery was used and trashed from prior use when there was a little dust on the top. Won't be working with lordco if they continue to have aggressive argumentative employees.
