The barista was so infatuated by the coffee she was making that she failed to reciprocate the greeting I had extended to her. "Must be good coffee here if she's taking her duties so seriously", I thought to myself. She stepped over to the cash register and proceeded to give me a blank stare.. I said hello again. Relunctantly, she finally greeted me. I ordered my coffee which was quite expensive. Upon the first sip of this unholy desecration of a caffenated beverage it dawned on me that this coffee bar deserves 1 star.

Worst food ever! Stay away. We almost took the ferry back just to complain. Got a vegan wrap and it was just a burrito shell around freezer burned frozen veggie mix. Yuck!

Poor service and did not rinse steamed milk jug between orders when preparing dairy free drinks. I suppose if you have a captive customer base you can get away with dangerous practice like this.

Great, fast service. The location is at the boarding gate to the Horseshoe Bay ferry, at Nanaimo, and so deals with heavy traffic - yet service is very swift!!

Tucked away from the masses, it was nice to get a decent Americano and sit outside watching the ferry and Departure Bay. Go and give them a visit :)

With Starbucks no longer at the terminal they might need more than one person to take care of customers. The coffee is not very good, my Cappuccino was heavy and more like a latte and not strong espresso flavour at all.

The better of the two coffee shops behind the 'gate' in the terminal. I've had mixed experiences of being ignored for several minutes, to havigg a very happy barista behind the counter greet me. The coffee is always better than the other place though.

Went there for coffee today. Both staff appeared sick, coughing and blowing their noses. One staff member didn't wash her hands after blowing her nose and continued preparing food and making coffee. This is gross! Please wash your hands and don't come to work sick!

It has decent coffee, but there’s a Starbucks inside this terminal as well, and the prices are similar. This will be my choice of Starbucks is super busy.
