Bak’d By Amy is an absolute gem! She made personalized cupcakes for my boyfriends 30’s birthday. No detail was left behind! She did an amazing job incorporating his hobbies, passions and even his favourite sports team into the cupcakes. Packaged up beautifully, tasted amazing. I recommend using her services to make any celebration special!

I wholeheartedly would recommend Bak'd by Amy for any type of designer cakes or cupcakes. She has a variety of flavors and is great at recommending what icings go well with the cake type. We had a red velvet cake made for two coworkers birthday's and she was very open to designing the cake to suit them both including the first letter's of their name. She is very professional and was easy to coordinate with. Everyone at the office absolutely loved it!

I loved my cupcakes from Amy! It was easy to book, pay and pick up the cupcakes. I liked how easy it was to navigate her website and send in an order form. Her instagram made it easy to choose what flavours I wanted to try. First time ordering but will definitely be back for future special events! Getting a cake next for sure ☺️

Amy was recommended to me to do wedding cake/cupcakes, my fiance and I were very excited after viewing some of Amy's creations, to get started and talk cake/cupcake planning. After some initial conversations with Amy, setting up a day/time to chat over the phone, first day was rescheduled, not a problem. The rescheduled day/time was pushed back, due to Amy having some employees call in sick and not able to do the time we arranged, again, understandable. After some back and forth, Amy offered to call later in the evening one night, letting us know she would send a quick message upon getting home, before calling. My fiance and I sat and waited an hour over the time she said, checking for messages, seeing if there was any missed calls and nothing. Given that it was late, thought maybe I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and wait to see if she messages in the morning. A week later and still not a single word from Amy. Terrible communication skills as a business person, great way to lose customers. My fiance and I were quite disappointed with our experience, or lack of with Amy and would HIGHLY recommend steering clear if you are hoping to be able to communicate with the person you are getting cake/cupcakes from. Wouldn't even give it one star

Excellent service! She communicated with me super quickly and got all the details I wanted. She did an outstanding job on my sons Star Wars cake and cupcakes! Both the cake and cupcakes tasted so good and were loved by all my guest! Highly recommend and will order again in the future!

I had a great experience with Bak'd by Amy. I ordered a cake for my moms birthday and Bak'd exceeded my expectations. The cake tasted amazing but also looked really good. Besides the delicious and amazingly decorated cupcakes, other pros include: Amy was a delight to deal with, delivery was a huge perk, and Amy provided quick email replies.
