Lavender lattes are to die for!!! I'm from out of town, but during the three days I was in town, I went more than three times. 10/10. Great staff, great atmosphere, and great drinks. Oh, and very close to the famous Moose Jaw tunnel tours. So I'd recommend going and booking a tour, and while you're waiting for it to start, run over and get a hot drink. Streetside parking was a bit of a pain, but the side streets seemed to be relatively clear. The cafe is very centrally located, so it might even be within an easy walking distance from wherever you are!

A nice and fairly average coffee shop for a to go. The caramel creme cold brew was decent but felt more like a creamy cold brew. Exact what you would expect for a coffee shop atmosphere. Be careful when ordering the baked goods - I might have gotten a one off but the carrot cake was dry and tasted like a "day old" vs fresh.

I'm giving 2 stars because I went in the other day to do some school stuff and order some food and coffee because I like that aspect of the place. What I didnt like was how the girl on the other end of the phone reacted when I called her regarding something I believe I lost there in either the cafe or the paid parking area. I asked if my thing was in the building she said no. Then I asked if it was outside, she said she doesnt know because no one went and looked. I said would someone be able to quickly see, she said no. Her excuse was it's to cold outside and she didnt want to send anyone out in the cold for all of maybe 30 seconds to go look and see if the thing I lost happened to be on the ground. I had to call because they don't reply to their emails and they do not reply to their messages through google. All I wanted was for someone to very quickly go outside and check if my thing was on the ground. The girl didnt even want try and help me. I live 2.5hrs from moosejaw and cant exactly go and try to find it myself so I wouldve appreciated if someone at least tried and was a bit nicer when someone calls them. (Made the call today around 10:15 am so whoever picked up the phone then)

Nice. Atmosphere is welcoming, minimalist. Decore is simple and clean. Beverages are very good. Only sampled a few tasty treats but all were very good, not overly sweet. Staff are very pleasant. Great place for morning, afternoon or evening.

Drove from Ohio to Calgary, through BC and to Portland. I had many cups of coffee along the way. Here, I ordered a cup of coffee with a shot of espresso in it--it was easily the most delicious cup of coffee the entire trip.

I live really close to this place and try to go in as often as I can to support local. The atmosphere is very relaxed, the ladies who work here are always warm and welcoming and the service is great. They also have a cool little library and a bunch of games if you want to spend more time there than just a quick coffee grab. The coffee is fantastic every single time, and their iced beverages are perfect for beating the heatwaves we've been in!

We went to Evolve twice during a recent trip to Moosejaw. The coffee and food pricing is fairly in line with Starbucks but the food quality is much higher: I really enjoyed the Waffle bacon and egg breakfast sandwich. They also have a mini library and some board games if you want to spend some time here with others. The decor was also lovely. Great job, we will revisit Evolve when we are in Moosejaw next!

Not a great experience. Walked in with garbage on the tables, garbage bag in front of the counter as well as a mop and bucket. Came in to do some work, ordered an Americano, paid and sat down. Was then told they would be closing in 15 minutes - 4 hours early.

What a little gem of a coffee shop! Local shopping here! All about supporting local shops that support local. Great coffees and wonderful eats! We bought a couple of bags of coffee to bring home to Calgary. If you stay at a hotel in the area, take a minute and walk over here to support them! Totally worth it!

Every time I find myself in Moose Jaw I always have to come here. Really good coffee with many different flavorings. The sweets and Italian sodas are also great treats. Only thing I'd like to see is a little more food options if possible. Overall a must go to cafe.

Moose Jaw now has more than its fair share of great coffee bars, (a far cry from the bad old days when tepid brownish liquid you could read through was the only option), but I have to say that Crysalis makes the best Americano in the city. They have surprisingly reasonable prices for the quality! I love the protein cookie, as well, although I am depressed that the black bean burrito is no longer on the menu. I have been coming to this location since the week Jeff opened Coffee Encounters, ( I think I was the first musical act to perform here, in fact), and through changes of name and ownership, it manages to maintain the same high standards. Lovely and talented baristas, as always!

They have an awesome selection of drinks and they have so many different options for hot and cold teas!! The staff is awesome and it's one of the best local cafe's I've been to! It's nice to decompress and sip on your drink while reading, writing, or visiting with friends! Haven't been there when it's super busy but it's a nice quiet cafe with great big windows and is great on sunny days

Coffee is good but a bit overpriced. The facility has lots of natural light which is nice but is in serious need of renovation and is very dirty. The floors are sticky with crums and stuff everywhere, tables, couches and chairs are all dirty and sticky. Will not be back.

Had cappuccino that really wasn't a cappuccino, but more a latte, ie minimal and runny foam. It's pretty easy to make proper cappuccino with a little effort and training. I don't know which was missing. Sounds picky I know, but they are charging premium prices and need to provide at least a decent product for that price. Food was adequate but entirely uninspired. Turkey on panini was thick slices of pressed deli turkey, not fresh; cheese was not melted and vegetables ( large chunks of onion and pepper) were raw and cold. Potato salad was small potatoes cut in half with mayonnaise and dried dill. Safeway down the street had better. Either lower the prices and people's expectations or up the quality and justify the prices.

I ordered a 3 tier cake, off the website. Called to confirm, I was told the baker would call me, when she got in a couple of hours,. NEVER CALLED. I waited a few days, never heard back. Called them again and was told. No problem it would be done and delivered on the day, at 3 pm. Had my son , out waiting for his surprise, with his cousins and friends, NO DELIVERY , Called them again. I was told the baker made a mistake and thought it was for the next day. I mean really the wrong date. Baker was just going to decorate, it would take 2 hours and she would deliver. Two hours go by, my son and his friends are waiting for the surprise. NO SHOW again, no call. Almost 3 hours later. An email, saying the cake fell apart. They would make a new one for what would be today.**for a birthday that was a week ago. But i have not heard a word back from them I never head back about the cake i paid for, why would i believe a free one would appear. . Beware, if you need a special cake, this is not the place to order it. No customer service, no professional ethics for a business. Leaving a 26 year old Autistic guy waiting, twice for his cake, Once at 3 pm and again at 6 30 pm for a cake that never arrived. NO cake no call. Clearly owners and staff are Uncompassionate about the needs of their customers. Safeway is a far better place then here. You have been warned.

I was in MJ having a girls day and ended up at Chrysalis coffee 2x that day because I just love the coffee so much! Clean, calming, comfortable place... can I move in? Love the selection of treats. Everytime I am in MJ its my first stop and my last stop before heading back home. Tip: get a bigger coffee than you think you want... you'll be thankful.

Today was the second time I have been to this coffeehouse. Each time I go there, always a tough choice to decide what tea or coffee I want to try. As for cookies or cakes, they all look so appetizing I want a sample of them all! Next time I venture there will have to try a sandwich. Love the welcoming atmosphere and always look forward to coming back many more times
