Good option for French pastries in Quebec
(Translated) Good bakery where we find with pleasure good bread and pastries of all kinds. The pies are excellent, I would just say their pastry cake deserves a little more love. I recommend with pleasure Mammite Clafoutis.
A good stop for baked goods and who knows, maybe the items I didn't take are just amazing? For the rest, it was alright, but nothing worthy of knocking my socks off. -- "Mimi's Cake Tour"
Lovely pastries and warm environment. Nice staff, interesting behind the scenes.
Great pastries
This is the real pastry shop. The best one ive been to in my 12 years of life in Canada. Quality is the best.
Very tasty breads.prices are normal. Recommended.
A good spot, overall everything is excellent.
Always fresh and delightful!
(Translated) The baguette is of fair quality. White bread is ok Chocolatine and croissant are not great. You frequently have to queue to get in (Original) La baguette est de qualité passable. Le pain blanc est correct Chocolatine and croissant are not great. You frequently have to queue to get in
Pistachio Croissant is divine; everything is well organized; plus you can easily see how the pastries are being made. Another superb little place of Montreal. A cosy air conditioned and WiFi enabled space is located on the second floor welcoming those who wish to enjoy the pastries right away.
Excellent pains et muffins
Cash only. No credit cards accepted anymore.
you can try pistachio croissant that you probably cant find elsewhere! things are a bit Pricey though
Ever since coming back from living in London and visiting Paris last year I've been trying to find the best pistachio croissants and almond croissants. Mamie Clafoutis is definitely one of the best I've had in Canada. …
Great pastries, but the, sitting area on the mezzanine floor is too hot!
great bakery
Very good pastries
I had almond croissant, pistachio croissant and plain croissant. They were all very tasty. There is cozy seating area upstairs. Truly recommend it!
(Translated) Bakery pastry cafe with WiFi. Upstairs room which offers a bird's eye view of the cake-making space! Difficult to watch non-stop if you have to pay attention to your line! Nice place to sit down or take out.
Everything is excellent, a bit pricey, but I guess it's worth it.
(Translated) The pastries are very good and the bread is excellent. However, the place is quickly cramped when there are many customers and the service becomes very mechanical with the service order tickets. In addition prices are still high for a bakery. Too bad the experience is not quite up to the excellence of the products that are really very good, either the rods or breads more original. In the neighborhood, it remains an excellent optio (Original) Les pâtisseries sont très bonnes et le pain excellent.
Croissants that are worth climbing a hill in a manual wheelchair on a 80% humidity day! I got four and wish I had gotten more!
Buttery and flakey croissants are so good.
bread pudding is very good
The best pastries I've had.
Delicious baked goods !
It was a great place to eat. Good food and lots of small options so that you can try multiple things. Only down fall was that they only took cash. Seating was also minimal so we had to squeeze a party of 4 into a small table. Besides that it was good food and good service.
Good selection good service !!
Pistachio Croissant. Pistachio Croissant. Pistachio Croissant. Now that's is out of the way... Pistachio Croissant. Get it. Eat it. Love it. Buttery delicious pastry. We had Bretzels, Tarts and Croissant and it was all excellent. I'm ruined for other bakery's.
Made a stop at this bakery of Quartier latin to try out their croissants and they’re pretty good! Also tried their flan, which was also good. Their fougasse (olive bread) is absolutely delicious. Very cute bakery and pleasant staff.
great place for sandwiches, wraps, pastries and dessert. vegetarian option also available. expect it to be crowded around lunch time. I find the price acceptable for everything but the pastries, which seem a bit overpriced. but, ghaad, they taste good!
All the bakery items were fantastic! Pistachio croissant was my favorite! There is a seating area upstairs with water and restrooms too!
I really enjoyed the almond croissant and other pastries that this cafe has to offer. It’s a great place to go for pastries, but they don’t accept MasterCard or Visa? I was visiting Montreal for the first time from the US, but my bank provider is BMO Harris. I just found it weird that they couldn’t accept my debit card. It definitely makes your experience less convenient.
(Translated) Excellent bakery. Offering a wide range of breads and pastries / cakes. Possibility to buy savory (sandwich, ham / cheese croissants and quiche). The cheese pretzels were excellent. In short, I recommend! (Original) Excellente boulangerie.
Very good selection of pastries and bread. Has some space to drink your coffee while watching the bakery. Nice that there are some kids books, too.
Phenomenal - the best bakery I’ve ever visited in my life. It triumphs anything I’ve ever tasted in Paris. I stayed three days in Montreal and visited everyday to taste something new. But the bleu cheese bread and pistachio croissant were an explosion of pure bliss. I will make the trip back to Montreal for this bakery alone???? the coffee was also fabulous!
Really tasty food, looks welcoming inside, and you get a nice of bakers working.
Great pastries and sandwiches. The seating area in the back is very cozy!
An OK place listed as a local institution in many guides. Minus one star for cash only policy - but they are happy to take US dollars at 1:1 - of course, what a genius business idea! My baguette and ham sandwich was OK, but my mom didn't feel well after eating reddish square shaped bread with bacon and cheese (not sure about the French name, but concept somewhat similar to Asiago bread available stateside). In fact, selection of non-sweets was minimal. Not recommended for sandwiches or non-sweets. I couldn't comment on pastries - we were trying to get lunch and were not interested in sweet stuff.
Nice bread!
The best croissants we found in Montreal! I'll definitely come back here when I'm in Montreal again!
One of my favourite breakfast spots in Montreal. Great French pastries and bread, excellent ambiance.
Tried - Pistachio croissant - excessively sweet. It was a delight in the first bite was a bit too much by the time you reach half way through it. Oh mon dieu & butter croissant - were the best of the lot. Chai latte - HUGE room for improvement Hot chocolate - was a bit too sweet as well. I paid about 30 dollars which also included a cookie and I felt a bit disappointed towards the end.
Always a pleasure to grab from nice pastries
The products are great, however the person that served me barely knew the products which made the experience a little bumpy. I can only suggest that for the little pots of mousse to put the price of the actual container in the displayed price instead of having the customer surprised when there's an extra $1.5 on your bill at check out, it comes across as sneaky and dishonest. When the customer asks about the product or price you can explain the return for discount system.
Nice place with nice pastries and cakes.
Fresh bread and a nice warm cup of coffee was all I needed on a winter day and I was very happy to come here! The bread selection was so big and my inner fat kid just jumped out.
Great cozy place with upstairs lounge to grab a quick bite of a french patisserie. The "Oh mon Dieu" is a must to try for chocolate lovers with a sweet mix between a Chocolatine and a Feuilleté. Great job to this small business. Will come again.
Beautiful space with incredible pastries. Fun to watch the bakers at work from the second-floor seating.
Wonderful artisanal bakery, full of delicious items that I just to eat every day for the rest of my life ????
(Translated) Very good French pastry, the pastries lack a little butter but the whole is really excellent. Price a bit expensive, but when you want quality it's the price! Possibility to eat on site in very comfortable sofas, a must for breakfast!
Being from the states, I've never experienced a bakery this refined. Everything is exquisite, make sure you take a number, otherwise you won't be served.
Pastries were unimpressive, coffee was mediocre. Great ambience though.
Excellent quality baked goods. Has a quaint seating area upstairs. Staff is great.
Fresh croissants and coffee. The kitchen is open to be viewed by all from the seating area above. The candid cooking is much to be admired.
Fresh and yummy pastry and coffee. Great for a quick bite. Very close to the metro. You can also get your coffee and sit in the park next to it.
No more for me, coffee was horrible, slow slow service, unorganized team and baked goods were better last year, your staff needs more love and care so they can give you back !
Excellent bakery! A must-go in Montréal! Take your chocolate croissant, your hot chocolate, and relax upstairs.
Amazing bread and cookies. One of the bests in Montreal. Staff are so nice and friendly
One of the best bakeries in Montreal. Certainly worth driving there for breakfast.
Nice pastry with good sitting environment.
super yummy cakes especially the chocolate cake.
Best cheesecake ever looks, taste an texture were original and surprising!
Their vegan muffins are to die for, great coffee, and also a wide selection of regular pastries and bread.
Pastries are amazing
Great quality treats and friendly down to earth service. A bit expensive though.
The go-to place for French pastries. Big variety of choices (sweet and salty), and you can eat on the spot upstairs. I always go for a croissant and a Tuna sandwich. Their egg salad sandwich is also worth it. On the days I'm not counting calories, I take the salted caramel cupcake (heaven straight to your mouth).
This bakery is fantastic! They have a great variety of breads and pastries, as well as sandwiches and salads.
Tasty treats but quite expensive
Fresh and good quality
Quaint cafe and bakery. Amazing smells overtake you when you enter.
Best. Pastries. Ever.
I came here because of the lovely reviews it recieved. I bought an almond croissant and a latte. The almond croissant was DELICIOUS (very sweet but very good) however the latte was undrinkable. I could hardly taste the espresso and the milk was not frothed at all. It tasted like they just handed me a regular coffee with sour milk. Definitely go here for the baked goods but maybe get your coffee somewhere else.
Beautiful shop with perfect pastries, lovely coffee and great service. A real gem.
Beautiful!!!
Your first cup of coffee is free if you bring your own mug! What an amazing idea. More places should adopt this concept. Also... the baked goods are OUT OF THIS WORLD. Literally on Mars.
Not that it needs repeating, but this bakery is awesome. It's staff is pleasant, patient, and helpful.
Great breads and pastries! Just like in France. Cosy space upstairs to enjoy it.
Amazing baguettes
Delicious cakes!!!
Really good coffee and just incredible amounts of butter.
Very nice and cozy! Great service with polite staff. For a few moments I wished to work somewhere next to this place to have breakfast here every single day.
Great selection of breads and pastries. Olive bread, pistachio croissant, and almond chocolatine are very delicious. Awesome place to have a cup of coffee and a pastry with your friends.
Delicious is the only word I can use. My goodness... the almond chocolate croissants are my favourite. Very friendly staff, fresh bread and fresh croissants.
Excellent pastries. Lovely people. Just keep in mind they only accept Canada debit or cash!
Always a go To option if you want To satisfy your cravings for french pastries. It is not the best in terms of authenticity and taste but definitely better than première moisson and the likes. They have tables upstairs where you can sit while enjoying your french pastries. (Wi-Fi access available)
Delicious bread and pastries. Worth the terribly long wait!
Delicious food, friendly staff, cozy space. The flaky croisants are perfection and the Chocolate postachio croisant is a personal fave. The thin olive bread is a must for those who love olives. Pro tip: it can get busy, take a number as you walk in.
Cool vibe, super good smelling and tasty tart
Amazing. Warm and welcoming. Beautiful food. Bird's-eye view of the kitchen. Maximum cozy.
Mamie is my always to-go bakery in the Plateau. They never disappointed me as breads are always fresh and soft(depending on the bread of course) so you don't even need to toast them for the first few days. Strongly recommended.
This is the place to go for Crossaints(Almond and pistachio) ???????? I always make sure I pack 5/6 from here whenever I am in MTL. The bread quality of this place will take you back to France. The coffee and sandwiches are also go to!
Mamie Clafoutis is in my top two of patisserie places in Montreal, along with Cafe Toledo. They both offer amazing bread, and patisseries, which are as good as those in France!
Quaint bakery with comfy cafe seating on the top level. A good place to just chill and eat. Not too crowded for a Saturday late morning.
It is hard to decide what to pick. Everything looks beautiful
Everytime we visit Montreal, this is my go to Bakery. gluten free bread is delicious. Pastries are amazing. Great coffee! See you next time I am in town
Great pastry shop! Everything baked in store for freshness. Must try the crossaint with pistachio filling.
<3 <3 <3
I've had their pistachio croissant and the lemon poppy seed cake. Both were amazing! Will be recommending this place to locals and friends visiting the city.
We come here every weekend. Cakes, croissants, mousses au chocolat, bread, sandwiches. Everything is good. Nice upper floor which has a view of the patisserie laboratory
Best croissants in Montreal for sure!!!!
Stopped in while in Montreal for the day, the Chocolatine is amazing top quality product.
Tasty sandwiches! (However if you ask for it warmed up ask for extra as i got mine hot outside cold inside. Maybe microwave before putting on the panini press?) The cheesecake is to die for and the seating area is very cute upstairs! You can also see all the bakery from windows upstairs and it makes a great photo. Very tidy and lots of staff to make sure you get services right away! Just a heads up though if you go upstairs be careful! There is a step down into the dining area that is not clear if you have a tray in your hands and spilling may occur! (I definitely spilled latte on myself because i didn't see it ! Oops!)
Amazing baked goods!!
(Translated) The unemployed pudding is a marvel !! Definitely among the best French pastries in Montreal.
Great bread and pastry, lovely setting.
Sweet little bakery. Very friendly staff and customers. Cool little loft to drink your espresso and nosh your croissant while watching the baker's do their thing
One of the best bakeries in Montreal and probably even all of Canada! Their breads, muffins, and pies are unforgettably delicious. This is not your average, generic, uninspired bread section at a grocery store, nor is it pretentious or overpriced. This is a French boulangerie that clearly takes pride in the quality of what it makes. It takes a lot of skill and care to do what they do and it pays off — the place is almost always crowded, but they have a ticketing system and the workers are efficient. The only potential inconvenience is that they don’t accept credit cards, it’s debit or cash only.
(Translated) I loved Mami Clafoutis, but I think the quality has really dropped and the prices are increasing ... what a pity (Original) J’adorais Mami Clafoutis, mais je trouve que la qualité a sacrément baissé et les prix augmente … quel dommage
Good coffee and excellent pastries
Everything was very delicious!
Wonderful and mouth watering selection of baked goods and coffees. Great ambience and very friendly staff. The upstairs seating area with an assortment of couches and chairs is a quiet reprieve from the bustling St. Denis street outside. Perfect for some work or studying. Free and high speed WiFi!
Try their almond os pistachio croissants. The best!!! I still can't get over them.
Wonderful bakery with top-notch bread and all sorts of pastries. Their chocolate croissant-like stuff are amazing, but the olive bread is my favorite. Delicious to grab n go!
Love the place especially the cinnamon pie and chocolate pistachio croissants
Come here for a perfect flaky croissant ❣️
Their pistachio croissants and chocolatines are to trade your soul for. I’ve always had a positive experience with the staff and their bread and pastries are fresh and delicious ????
My favorite. I love all their delicacies. Very good quality specially their cannelé.
Coffee is mediocre at best. Croissant is average. However, great ambiance, I love the bread and the pastries. Honestly, I keep going there because it is convenient (I live right next to it), but would go elsewhere in a heartbeat if it was just as close
Great pastries... and the smell... just amazing Well organized, pick your ticket in the entrance and wait for your turn. Service is prompt and very kind. Coffee is fresh, well balanced and served hot. There's a seating area up stairs, but if you take a takeaway, it arrived well packed. They are also offering bread slicing service, which you can't find in any bakery nowadays...
Great little cafe
Service is exceptional, pastrissery one of the best & well done; they look like art with low sugar content. It is VERY surprising they dont ACCEPT america/USA CC.
Decent croissants and other treats. The back area is great for lounging!
Its a small place with fresh baked goods. The staff was very firendlh and spoke English. Got their pistachio chocolate crossaint, butter crossaint and chocolate mousse. Amazingg food!
It's a great little bakery. Amazing pastries, breads, loafs, all made on location. They also have lunch and dinner choices like sandwiches and quiches, which were also delicious.
Croisants and Chocolatine's are simply incredible!
The staff is super nice. Very good bakery with delicious pastry and bread. A little bit pricey though.
We wanted to taste French desserts and selected this place after reading Google reviews and we weren't disappointed. Awesome treats to spoil yourself.
Wish I had more time in Montreal to come back and try everything this place had to offer. There's a very cozy lounging area at the back of the bakery where you can rest on couches, enjoy your treats, and watch the pastry chefs work their magic in the kitchen.
(Translated) I give only 2 stars not because the products are disappointing. On the contrary, I appreciate a lot !! But for the customer service then there, sorry. If you have 10 minutes of your time to lose to buy a baguette, as good as it was, good for you. Not me. That does not make any sense. The house installs a number system at the entrance. When it is my turn, the person in front of me who has no number is served simply. What is the system for since it is not used. The phenomenon is recent, I would say 3 or 4 months. But it is running and no one seems to want to fix it. When there are 5 customers in the shop there is no reason to wait more than 5 minutes to pay for the purchase. And the holidays coming !!
Love my clafoutis! ????
A great bakery in Montréal for those who are French or know someone who likes good quality, crunchy and tasty bread. Moreover, they sell delicious assortment of pastry and more. This is a must visit for food lovers, specially for those who pretend to know about authentic French bakery (that includes me), lol. However, if you want to find a specific type of bread or pastry, I recommend you to arrive early due to their high demand. In terms of cost is a bit pricy but French bakery usually is. In addition, they have tables and benches for those who want to enjoy their pastry with a coffee of your choice. Venue is clean and decent looking. Staff is just fine, I believe it is due to their high volume of customers so that do not expect them to be friendly.
One of the rare places selling canele in Montreal
It's worth the drive from Ottawa for the bread!
One word, amazing.
Excellent croissants (especially Pistachio & Almond) - Great Olive Bread Been here a few times and tried other things such as the Chocolatine and their beverages. They were alright.
The croissants are delicious! Don't forget to take a number when you enter! (Immediately on the right when you enter)
(Translated) Beautiful pastries and quality breads. But also some desserts, sandwiches etc ... A beautiful artisan bakery. A great team.
Excellent pastries.
The chai was really bad, and the pastry a little dry, but it’s a great place and they have a lot of things, I think I just wasn’t lucky whit my choices .
Came here twice on our trip to Montreal. Their pastries are tasty and the coffee is great.
Excellent patisserie. Could only carry so much out, but would have loved to try more. The croissants are awesome, and there was a pistachio cranberry pastry that made my day- not too sweet, like marzipan made with pistachio.
Magnificent place - best bakery in the town. Recommend to try pastry which is on my photo.
Amazing desserts and pastries, Will definitely return.
Their bread and pastries are amazing! Personally I think there's much better coffee in the city but if you are going for fresh loaves of bread I highly suggest the olive loaf and their croissants are delicious
Lovely lovely bakery! They have vegan options and the sandwich made from the veggie patty is out of heaven!!! Upstairs seats available, quiet charming ambiance to study or meet up with friends!
Excellent pastry and very friendly staff. I can only recommend it!
nice atmosphere with piano player
So delicious! Get the pain au chocolate or the petit cheddar!
This was the second time that I came here. The first time I found it expensive and below normal. Nothing fantastic. In fact, I wondered all the time why people would give such high reviews. I decided to give it another chance. In my opinion the desserts are okay. I have come two times and in both occasions I found the prices expensive. I wouldn't recommend it, if you are visiting the city. I guess people who live here don't have too many options.
Excellent breads. A must go to!
one of the best croissant in Montreal
Sooo delicious!!!
(Translated) Great service, great products. I took the famous clafoutis, the house specialty of course :-) The young man who served me was really kind and welcoming. Very good experience. I recommend. There is always a line, however, be patient. (Original) Super service, super produits.
This bakery is great for a quick loaf of bread, but the wait times are variable and it can be hard to find the best time to go.
Nice coffee, croissants and bread.
Very delicious fresh made menu. They don’t accept credit cards.
(Translated) This bakery pastry is very strongly recommended. When we get inside, the feeling of wanting to taste everything comes over us. This bakery is gradually starting to settle in different neighborhoods of Montreal. Although their pastries and pastries are delicious, their sandwiches are a treat. A place of relaxation is accessible there, with wifi. From there, we have a look at the making through the glass walls that surround the space. During the holiday season, the bakery offers a menu with various choices of starters, main courses and desserts. They organize moments of presentation and tasting of their menu. While their breads and baguettes are good, one of the must-haves is their blue string. A delight!
Only accepts Canadian debit cards. Dumb.
Wow, such cold service from the younger woman working there today, it took my breath away. She literally slammed my purchase on the counter and my friend and I walked away in disbelief. I don’t know what’s going on with you honey, but I hope you get some help.
I love the place it's very good pastry
Didn't accept my payment cards. Limited payment options.
Cozy little bakery with nice variety of desserts and sandwiches. Salmon sandwich is a bit dry, I think it would be better with cream cheese like in classic version but the desserts are very tasty. Going there prepare cash (Canadian dollars) because they do not accept credit and debit cards and take US dollar as 1:1.
(Translated) Very disappointed with the quality and the prices are high. It's not like it used to be...
Love anything and everything that you buy here. My favourites are their miches and a randonneur bread they make not very often. From the sweet window I always pick up a pistachio square and all of their croissants. When in season, they pot d'érable is delicious! On top of the deliciousness, they only use organic flour on their products.
Very tasty and fresh
Best bakery in Montreal. Been to many around town but I always come back here. The chocolate and almond croissants are to die for.
Pleasant service, good selection of delicious pastries
One of the best Croissant I have had. Get them early in the morning. Something for everyone.
I visited Montreal 3times last year and I went to this place 3 times too. When I come back again this year, I'm def buying their pistachio crossiant! I love it! Great bread!!
Everything about this place is delish! Remember to old school pick up your paper ticket while you approach the counter, to ensure service during busy times. Personally I highly recommend the sesame seed and poppy seed little baguette...Extremely delicious and fresh. Choco pastry is nice too. Do NOT hesitate to ask to sit up the stairs and in the back. Free WiFi for a wee study session and there is access to water up there too. Loads of couches and different shaped tables to curl up around.
(Translated) Every time I pass here it's a pure treat. I highly recommend.
Good atmosphere
One of the best and affordable bakeries in montreal
I love their pasteries. I always visit this place when I’m in Montreal. Wish they opened a location in Toronto.
It was very good in the past now it s just limit
Superb spot, one of the best selection of pastry in town.
Amazing almond croissant ????... Has a cozy place upstairs for eat in
Great pastries. If you'd compare theirs to you would find at premiere moison, hands down, much better!
Delish. Their chocolate croissant with almond paste is to die for.
Amazing, but a bit pricy ❤️
Best Place
Delicious baked items, friendly service!
Really good pastries & breads. You can also watch the bakers work
The best almond croissants in Montreal (my boyfriend says it's better than Paris, and he's Parisian). So delicious!!
Cards: Only Canadian credit/debit or cash. They will take US dollars but 1 to 1 which is far away from the actual exchange rate (1usd = 0,74cad). ATM is in a small store nearby but it’ll charge you about $2.5 fee. We went with atm. Food: interesting cake with honey and nuts and tasty raspberry tart. Sandwiches are okay, simple but fresh. Seats are upstairs, as well as restrooms, drinking water tap and silverware.
OMG best bakery in Montreal! They have a tables and sitting areas so you can drink your coffee or eat a croissant or a soup very cute place and for a good price.
This place really does deserve 5 stars. Amazing croissants and coffee
Wide range of bakery items. Overpriced compared to quality.
My chocolatine sadly wasn’t very fresh, the crust was hard and it was dry. Taste was good though.
The real deal. Amazing baked goods, great coffee!
Found this lovely pastry cafe while staying in Montreal. Delicious pistachio croissants, almond croissants and chocolate croissants. Walked there everyday to bring back different pastries. A tad pricey but baked fresh daily and very delicious.
Apple pie was delicious. Friendly staff
Best french bakery ever in Montreal. Grab and go, or sit and enjoy a proper croissant.
Great coffee, awesome pastries, excellent service and fantastic attention to detail - probably one of the best bakeries I have visited in Montréal.
(Translated) Excellent breads, croissants, pastries. Warm and inviting lounge area. (Original) Excellents pains, croissants, viennoiseries. Espace salon chaleureux er invitant.
Excellent service and tasty food made this a place we'll come back to often.
Heaven.
I don't know why people give this place good reviews... keep looking: there's much better out there. My hot chocolate was cold, the pastries were cold and stale, there's no music playing in this lounge... It's so awkward! I'm eating my stale food in shame of how much I spent for it.
Delicious dessert place, I had key lime pie with a coffee and took it upstairs to relax in their comfy couches. It's a very relax and laid back environment.
Very friendly staff! Loved their almond croissants. A bit on the pricier side, but very delicious
I wish they would take the credit card. Good bakery
Good bakery with pretty much everything I used to enjoy in France - the quality is good. The wait is long here though and the system of numbers inefficient.
Very delicious cappuccino, coffee, and of the pastries are out of this world! The almond croissant was so good.
One of my local favorites. There is a great spot to work quietly on the mezzanine.
Service was excellent for us (English speakers from US). Croissants were wonderful--light, fluffy, just the right amount of crispy on the outside.
(Translated) Best almond croissants in town! And their pistachio and cranberry pavés are delectable Best almond croissants in the city! And their pistachio cranberry squares are delicious (Original) Meilleurs croissants aux amandes dans la ville! Et leurs pavés aux pistaches et canneberges sont délectables Best almond croissants in the city! And their pistachio cranberry squares are delicious
Excellent service and very nice staff.
They offer a wide variety of baked goods, but they are pretty pricey.
Their coffee is good and their pastries are exquisite. The upstairs lounge has a cozy atmosphere perfect for dates, especially in bad weather.
The layout has been slightly changed to make it more suitable for the pandemic era: one direction flow to allow customers to look at all the baked products on display while waiting to order and on the way to pay at the cashier.
With so many locations obviously they are doing something right. Croissants are buttery and flakey. Quiche was excellent. A very proper cafe au lait with rich coffee and excellent foam. The seating area upstairs is nice and quiet with a great view of the action in the kitchen below.
The food is good the price is a little bit higher than another shop which I found delicious
Love their croissants and breads
Never disappointed of their pistachio ginger pie, ficelle blue, canelé, mamie kouign, these are my fave for the longest time. Two steps away from Sherbrooke metro, super convenient when i need something quick in the morning or dessert for dinner.
Wow! I split the almond croissant with my girlfriend later in the day, following a day trip to Montreal, and it was buttery, flaky and yet very light, even with an almond filling. When we drove past the bakery there was a heavy line, which seems very understandable given the quality of the croissant we sampled. Additional visit: On a second visit to Mamie Clafoutis, I opted for the namesake dessert and found it equally exceptional to the croissant I had previously tried. The clafoutis was perfectly textured, lightly sweet and in balance with sour cherries. Although I am not usually a fan of custard based desserts I would highly recommend trying the clafoutis. As a snack, I also opted for a dark chocolate covered orange and it was exceptional.
(Translated) The French bakery par excellence! Their bread is reminiscent of the good French baker bread in the area. To try and try again. No product on me for the moment. Little weakness for their apple turnovers and their famous "Oh my God"!
All pastries are good. Understood that why people recommend here~
Sooooooo fresh. The food was amazing and I was very impressed with the quality and the prices were cheap. Good price good service would highly recommend
Wow!!!!
Very cosy and comfortable place upstairs. Great coffee and pastries. Sure, one of the best cafés in Montreal. The only disadvantage is that it's open only until 8p.m. It's supposed to be working at least until midnight.
Good products, and the room upstairs is really nice.
Cute bakery on St-Denis. Good products and nice staff. You can go sit in the back (up the stairs) if you are not on a hurry and want to enjoi.
This bakery will blow your mind. Do yourself a favor, Grab the cheese croissant, bring it home, make yourself an egg and have a breakfast sandwich. It will make your whole weekend wonderful. It's tempting not to buy out half the store when you step in. I haven't had authentic Parisien baked goods but I suspect the bakers here have trained in that tradition.
Dear reader, For god's sake get their pistachio croissants!! What are you waiting for? Amazing.
Everything you could want in a great cafe/bakery: -Delicious pastries, coffee, sandwiches, salads -Friendly staff -Comfortable upstairs seating area -....Wifi!!!!!
My fav top 5 bakery in montreal
(Translated) Yum! One of the best bakeries in Montreal without hesitation. And as a French immigrant, I was very surprised by the quality of the products sold. Quite expensive, however, the space to sit is dark, not welcoming to me to stay working.
Best bakery in probably the whole North America
Nice cakes, bad coffee, awkward seating space
While in Montreal last December, my wife and I visited this bakery. The bakings were divine, and staff were very friendly.
My favourite bakery in Le Plateau.
Always great quality, slightly on the more expensive side. Coffee is meh but everything else is great
Fantastic. One of the best pastries I've ever had (the chocolate almond croissant, specifically)
Loved it!
Best bakery in town, I love their pistachio croissant and chocolatine.
Truly the best bread in town Things you should try: 1. The Ficelle (Blue cheese and nuts, not the chedder one) 2. The Quiche (All of them) 3. The olive bread What I like the most this that the bread is so fresh that when you eat it it feels so light going down, and you don't get bloated at all. Also the smell of bread, and fresh backed pastries brings a smile to your face the moment you walk in. Love this place.
Love, love, love the chocolatines! If you are into baked goods this is a must stop miam
Staff is really nice, the cafe is a good place a to work at. Lots of different pastries.
Great spot for lunch, bread, and pastries. Just be prepared to bring cash.
Great food. Pastries were amazing. Delicious. Services were fast. Staffs are friendly. Smiling. And upstairs, there are a lot of space. Very confortable. I only gave 4 stars because the tables and chairs were dirty. They were not clean as much as they should.
Excellent quality, the prices a bit higher than what I would consider good, so keep it as a treat, not a new regular spot.
Awesome bakery. Different kinds of breads, pastries, desserts, frozen treats, sandwiches & hot and cold drinks. Good service. Open early.
Really nice pistachio square, but the quiche was so so.
One of the best bakeries around, everything there is great. Don't miss the O Mon Dieu, à chocolate filled and topped chocolate bread.
Coffee was fantastic! And the service is pretty fast and friendly
Great people, excellent food! Just know that they only accept Canada debit or cash.
Oh my god this place is amazing. If you have a sweet tooth go here you will not be disappointed
Love their pizza dough.
(Translated) The atmosphere is very warm and friendly. A bistro space is located upstairs with a view of the kitchen and the employees who are busy making everything by hand. For the quality and the craftsmanship, I find the price very very reasonable. Wi-Fi available on site to wander the Internet or do work after an afternoon snack. Rustic wooden armchairs, couches and tables decorate the decor for a very trendy look. It feels like home, a bit like in your living room.
Loved this little bakery. Beautiful presentation, staff was friendly. Everything looked so delicious. Took a couple treats to go....they didn't last long.
Cozy, great breads
There aren't many options for dietary restrictions and the loft part was dirty and loud. Their coffee is also not fair trade from what I could tell, and there weren't any reusable mugs.
Service, and quality are outstanding! Also, the St Denis location is my favorite!
(Translated) Great bakery, grocery store and small cafe! Everything is good there! Do not hesitate to go there for coffee and buy the integral bread or the kouign aman etc .. good sandwiches too (Original) Super boulangerie pâtisserie épicerie et petit café !
Great selection. Best croissants I've ever had. Fresh everyday. Good customer service.
Great cakes not expensive, confortable and good service.
Best fresh baked croissants and other goodies. Highly recommend chocolate and almond croissant
Wonderful bread and pastries
Really good banh mi, bacon cheddar bread and lemon pie!
The tastiest pastries in the world and a cost space to sit. Ideally grab a coffee and some pastries and head to the parquet nearby.
The pastries that I tried, the berry clafoutis and the lemon meringue were excellent. The service and the atmosphere here are great, and the coffee as well!
Very good croissant, cosy lounge.
My favorite bakery in Montreal We have this at least once a week The items are fresh and amazing and I highly recommend the almond croissants and olive bread It is freshly baked on spot and there is seating upstairs which is really cool too, since u can watch them bake downstairs
Correct
The pastries are really good here (try the pistachio croissant) but I always find that they don’t have enough vegetarian options in their sandwiches offerings (for instance today there there was only one option without meat and it wasn’t even totally vegetarian, it was a tuna baguette). I’m also a bit annoyed that they don’t take credit cards like most places. I know there are fees for the merchant when customers pay with their credit cards, but it’s part of the cost of doing business and most restaurants accept credit cards so it’s a bit weird in my opinion to accept only cash and debit, especially since Mamie Clafoutis’ locations are always full and the bill can quickly go up to several dozens of dollars if you buy their quiches, pies, breads, etc. The wifi at this location is also a bit slow.
The best bakery in town!
As soon as you walk in you are hit by the smell of amazing breads and pastries. It was an excellent place to eat and enjoy chilling out in their lounge upstairs. Not your typical cafe experience as they don't rush you out. Just buy a coffee and a pastry then spend time chilling upstairs. Great for anyone needing a break.
When you need bakery products drop in! Plenty of French pastry!
There are many wonderful places to visit in this beautiful city. We just adore its energy. One place we ALWAYS make sure to return to though, is Mamie Clafoutis. Their Mon Dieu and Almond Croissants… just stands out among others. Love this spot
Omg that brownie is outta this world.
Some of the best in the city
Such a delightful little bakery around the Latin Quarter. I wish I could have bought one of everything, but I ended up with a couple croissant, breads and desserts. Everything was excellent!
They have a few tasty vegan options
Croissants are better than anything in Paris. Oh my god. Coffee is great too
Lovely little spot. It was very busy Sunday morning but well worth a few minutes of waiting. We tried the apricot, the pistachio and chocolate, and the almond and they were truly amazing pastries. Best I've ever had.
11/10 French breads. So flaky and yummy!
I loved the cafe and staff. The croissant was not my favorite but that is personal preference. A nice, comfortable area to sit upstairs.
I love this place! I'm coming back there every time when in Montreal. Great variety of fresh yummies and awesome atmosphere.
Amazing chocolate croissant and latte. Friendly staff and nice seating area upstairs.
Is delicious!!
Friendly staff and amazing pastries. A must try if you're in the area!
Love their olive bread! Red olive and green olive !! It's very close to the metro station , so that you can grab things on the go.
Croissants are so good!
it’s a Bakery ???? can’t go wrong :) whoever recommended chocolatier-pistachio ???? never had something like this combo before, i was hesitant- i’m addicted! Agatha is so lovely ????
I love all of their menu. The French pastries and breads are succulent. The fact that yy can watch them bake is an experience not to be missed!!!!
Try their blue cheese walnut bread its delicious
Amazing food! Incredible.
Great almond croissants and pain au raisin!
Delicious cupcakes
It is a nice little place to visit if you need a short break, the wait to be served is usually quite long.
The chocolate cake was amazing!
An amazing selection of baked goods. I love that they have mini croissants so if you can't decide you can try them all! My cappuccino wasn't very hot but who knows why, I still loved the place!
Amazing sweets, coffee and hot chocolate. Must try the almond croissant!! Just one note to foreigners visiting: they don't accept foreign cards or money. Must have Canadian debit or Canadian cash. But still absolutely with the trip. Little annex the top lets you watch the baking process.
Large selection of pastries and breads. They have a frozen section as well. Was very impressed by the moelleux au chocolate!
Love the chocolate Bundt, always get it for our office birthday cakes.
Great spot. Service is excellent. Prices are right. And the French description is up to par (lived two years in France, this type of quality bakery and pastry is something that I missed). Je recommande chaudement.
Shared a Chocolate croissant and pistachio croissant. Both were very good, but prefer the pistachio.
Nice staff, good selection. I went to purchase an olive bread to complement our soup for dinner and it was delicious ! Then we went back for a quick breakfast and we found out they have a great space upstairs to just sit and relax while eating a delicious sandwich !
It's a good place to spend some time
There are some real gems here, like the almond croissant and the chocolate mousse, overall a solid pastry shop.
Quite pricey - but good pastries nonetheless.
Best croissant! Good prices and great quality.
The food was pathetic! I checked on Google and i was pretty impressed with the ratings but when i got there, i was shocked with the quality of the pastries and sandwiches! They WERE NOT fresh at all! Also, it’s overpriced for the kind of food that are available!
The grilled chicken is freaking amazing! The filling they use is so good! And curry chicken is unexpectedly delicious too! Mamie Clafoutis makes incredible pistachio croissants and almond croissants, as well as cookies and tonssssss of bread. PLUS they have lots and lots and lots of comfortable seating upstairs. The tables are big enough for a computer and a Wacom tablet, messy papers and pencils, textbooks, and my food and coffee. This is bigger than my desk at home! Also lots of OUTLETS!! LOTS OF POWER!!!!!!!!!!
Amazing bakery with lots of selection. Everything in the store is delicious. They sell coffee, quiche, bread, cakes, etc
Perfect start of the day. Amazing croissants.
Excellent hot chocolate and chai latte. Their pistachio croissants are also great.
Excellent.
Pastries are too sweet for my taste, olive bread is nice, chocolate cake was a bit plain. Capucino was REALLY bad...under foamed milk with cardboard water, way below acceptable standard. Overall a very average bakery/pâtisserie that does not match the hype. If you think they are good, you need to try more bakeries in montreal, better ones are PLENTY!
Tried their Brioche and Croissants, very good. Will definitely go back.
Amazing bakery chain
One of the best places in town to get some bread and pastries. All kinds of different breads, from traditional baguettes, to multi grain to olive and cheese. Their pastries are delicious too, including their very special clafoutis. Their sandwiches are also tasty. Strongly recommend if you're in the area . There's a mezzanine where you can eat onsite or you can go to the square st Louis park right next door.
Delicious! I'm thankful that a friend in Montreal recommended me that place. You can see how crossaints are made. Nice place to have a conversations or just read a book.
(Translated) Difficult to choose between all the pastries: everything looks incredibly good. And judging by what I chose and who wears (very good) the name of "Oh my god", it is! The mezzanine is quiet, very nice to work. Do not forget to take a ticket at the entrance if you go for the first time!
Everything is amazing. Staff are friendly
Incredible, but remember to take a number
Maman Clafoutis is the best!!! Every kind of bread, French pastries, savory dishes, little seasonal sweets, juices! Very respectful of all restrictions related to Covid. And last, not least, professional and efficient personnel!
I tried the chocolate croissant and coffee. The croissant wasn’t bad but I expected more (it was just normal), though I got it late in the day. The coffee was good.
Love this place!
Absolutely amazing I ordered a cheese cake, and I can taste different layer of flavours in the cake. The cream on top is not only just sweet but soft, and with a light amazing smell. Love it!
Very good bread and patisseries
If you come here for the first time and are unsure what to order then I highly recommend the pistachio croissant. That paired with a nice coffee :)
Very very good bakes
Amazing place. Great food and a really nice ambiance when you dine in. I loved being able to watch the bread be made while eating our delicious croissants.
Huge selection of bread and baked goods. Everything we tried was delicious. The upstairs seating can be quite busy depending on the time you visit. The seating area can also be uncomfortably warm due to the ovens below. Definitely worth the visit.
This is a great place to go for those looking to get away from the touristy areas Of Montreal and enjoy true authentic French Canadian Montreal. They have Amazing and authentic French Canadian pastries and baked items. The staff was very friendly and there English very good. As a bonus.... it’s within feet of square saint Louis, a small park surrounded by turn of the century French Canadian Victorian houses.
Extremely delicious
Quality has gone down a lot since opening
Popular, but a little expensive
Delicious pastries!! I visit the shop every time I’m in Montréal
Excellent croissants and great sandwiches everyone I bring here loves it!
Whenever I am in Montreal, I have to visit This bakery at least twice. I could sip a latte and watch them roll out dough from above all day. My 4 year old daughter is usually my companion. She goes for the plain croissant and I get the mamie kouign. They are both perfect. In fact, I have eaten 3 in the last two days...
(Translated) Speaking of Montreal, this is a bakery. The croissant is particularly crispy and delicious. Milk bread was a favorite of children. Pistachio is certainly delicious, and bread with ham is also delicious. Blue cheese bread seems to be good for snacks. The cake (?) Was also delicious. All the shop assistants were smiling and kind. I always bought it when I went to Fontaine or a nearby park. I want to eat it again before I die.
(Translated) JA-BUT DISAPPOINTED! I've been going there several times to buy party cakes, comfort cakes, etc ... and they have always been unanimously appreciated! For cakes, you just won't go wrong with Mamie Clafoutis.
Quality went down comparing with few years ago
Average and over priced. Not that special.
It's a very cozy bakery with the best pastries in all of town
Love their pastries and breads! They have some really interesting breads that everyone should try!
Best brownies in town
Alway has great pastries
The smell of bread is just amazing
(Translated) When I'm in Montreal, I will always buy myself delicacies at Mamie Clafoutis! Everything is excellent! I think it is the best bakery and pastry shop I have encountered in all of Quebec! I love their blue string! A real treat! It is possible to eat on site, the place is very pleasant and even offers a view of the kitchen!
The chocolate pistach croissant is da bomb!
I had the most delicious ham and cheddar cheese sandwich on the flakiest, most buttery croissant ever! "Delicious" does not do it justice! Their desserts were delectable with a lovely variety, so generous in portions that it was hard to choose. I also liked their seating area upstairs. There's access to unlimited drinking water and cosy couches in the seating areas where I observed customers enjoying their pastries while working on their laptops, reading real books and even a grandfather/granddaughter duo playing a board game...and the granddaughter was in her mid-twenties! Lovely! The only drawback...it was very warm up in the seating areas, as heat from the ovens tends to rise to the 2nd level. On a cold, winters day, I'm convinced the warmth is a welcome respite from the frigid winds outside, but I'm hoping they have some sort of aeration/ventilation systems to cool off the 2nd floor seating area in summer. I'd definitely go back!!
You must stop here if you are in Montreal. They have several locations but my favorite is At Denis. You can watch the baker's work throughout the day making all sorts of classic pastry by hand.
I love it! Fresh, clean, tasty yum! Great service too!
Delicious pastries!! Must try when you are in the city. Helpful staffs.
I was on a croissant comparison Trek! I've had better, much better. Honestly, this plain croissant was not worth the calories
Excellent pastries and even a few gluten free options.
Best croissant! Pistachio and Chocolate ($4.19) and medium coffee ($2.52) + tax Our family buys these croissants in bulk a few times a year as a special treat. A must-try in Montreal!
Simply a nice cafe. Expect to be crowed.
Great bakery experience
(Translated) Bake at the stroke of choice! The croissants are really delicious! And also chocolate makers! 5 stars! (Original) Bake au coup de choix! Les croissants sont vraiment délicieux! Et aussi des chocolatiers! 5 étoiles!
It's a nice little place. There's a take out at front and seating at the top. The flan and brownie were delicious though tue latte was a bit strong for my taste. I saw many students working away . It's a cozy place to work while you part take in delicious pastries.
Nice french-style bakery in Montreal. The bread looks amazing and fresh. You can go upstairs and take a coffee and baked goods with you and eat them in a calm and beautiful decorated room.
The pastries are delicious. On the pricier side compared to other bakeries.
Mmmmmm
Favorite croissants in Montreal. Also try the sandwiches and other baked goods, it's all really good. They have seating up the stairs in the back
(Translated) Loved having breakfast at this bakery. Wonderful cakes. Very good coffee and in addition by tasting you can see the production in the adjoining workshop. Thank you for this great time.
(Translated) Great pastry. We bought a pie and little clafoutis. They were absolutely delicious! We didn't try their baked goods but they looked just as appetizing! The employees are courteous, available but above all they seem really passionate about what they do. Only small problem, there are not many products available at the counter if we do not reserve in advance. The pastry displays were not very full when we passed on a Friday afternoon, around 4:30 p.m. (Original) Super patisserie.
Delicious pantries
Each time I travel to Montreal, I always buy my pastries from here! The quality is excellent!!
Good bread good pastry, the line up and payment is a bit unorganized when it's busy but staff are friendly and helpful
Great almond croissant and chocolatine!
Great bakery with a selection of baguettes, croissants, and assorted French pastries. They also do offer coffee, tea and sandwiches but it really is their baked goods that you should be coming here for. If you don't want thinks just to-go, upstairs, there is a comfortable seating area offering a peak of the kitchen and chefs hard at work below.
Friendly staff, French and English, great pastry, nice upstairs seating area.
Tender bread, flavorful pastry.
Been going here for 7 years but recently quality has gone way down and prices way up. Wouldn’t recommend now.
Very instagrammable pastry! The croissant, pistachio brioche and kougin was delightful. Sitting area overlooks the kitchen where you can watch the magic happen.
(Translated) Probably more of a pastry than a bakery? I only took one wand which was very ordinary and turned rock hard in less than 8 hours. Ideal for making croutons ... I would have been tempted by the pastries that look good but when an apple turnover costs the modest sum of $ 5 you really have to want.
My favourite bakery/cafe in Montreal. Everything is delicious, the staff is great and the seating area upstairs is spacious and well equipped.
Lovely bakery, a bit pricey but you get what you pay for
The best!
Expensive and a bit pricey. But food quality was good. However, it does not need to be that pricey....
Good quiches and coffee. Pastries mmmm...
(Translated) Quite mixed. First of all the prices are very high (it's limit the theft!). In addition, a bakery that only opens its doors at 8:00 am is not really the concept of the bakery. The opening and closing hours are much too restricted. On the positive side, the breads, pastries and others are of good manufacture. There is a small variety of choices large enough to be tempted. It is not at the level of a bakery in France in terms of taste, but it is not the USA or England either. So a good understood as a whole. So far too high prices and not flexible enough hours but decent quality and welcome.
Mouth watering food. Had really good croissants just so delicious.
So good. Great sandwiches and treats. Nice sitting area and can see the entire bakery if you want which is very neat.
Awesome coffee and pastry super nice
Yup, best bakery in Montreal hands down. Very organized and efficient. Tolerated my terrible French with grace. Awesome coffee and any pastry they make is delicious. A must if you are in the city.
Some of the best bread Ive ever had. The staff was great and very informative. They offered some samples as well to try some.of their other products. A must see for anyone visiting in the area
Very good croissant
Outstanding French bakery
Love this place, great pastries and bread.
Slow service sometimes.
Amazing pastries!!
Brownie was delicious, everything else we got was okay, maybe our selections were not their specialties, who knows. The cafe is super cute and has a great seating area upstairs with couches, tables and a piano ... all in all its a nice place.
no special place lost it famous touch
Wow! Amazing bakery
Best breads in town probably. Their cakes and pastries are less impressive though. The clafoutis at Kouign Amman on Ave Mont-Royal is much better actually.
Saw some of their desserts on Instagram and couldn't resist. Went and bought the "Oh Mon Dieu" which is a chocolatine with double the chocolate as well as a chocolate almond croissant. They were both decent - not much better or worse than many of the chocolate croissants I've had from other bakeries.
Excellent backery bistro little slow on service even though many there to serve
I'd imagine the ham&cheese croissant is even more delicious when heated up...but even though I didnt have time and ate it cold it was absolutely wonderful. Good indication of good quality ingredients and freshness ???? very nice staff too
Really good takeout for breafask/lunch
it's years that I'm going here and the products are awesome. Unfortunately I have to make a bad review related the service of the last couple of months. This afternoon I also see a guy working there touching money and serving customers without washing his hands, ok he didn't touch directly the food but the paper, the bag, and the lid that I'm going to touch as well yes!
The price is more and more expensive and the portions are decreasing.
The cheddar croissant and butter croissant was very buttery, flaky, and soft inside. The canele had good texture and was not too sweet. Highly recommend their pastries.
Nice bakery, but don't take credit, and will not convert USD to CAD if you give them cash, so you end up paying much more.
Delicious and fresh pastries, highly recommend!
For top-notch fresh breads and pastries, look no further. Their wood-fired sourdough breads have a perfectly crisp crust and a tender crumb. The croissants are buttery, light and flaky. The olive fougasse (flatbread with holes) is crisp, salty, savory, oily - all in the right balance. Organic flour used in most of their breads. Kind and helpful staff. Thank you!!
Really enjoyed the bakery, definitely recommend
La meilleure fougasse aux olives! And cozy place, perfect for morning coffee or chat with a friend.
Amazing pistachio croissant, get many! Lemon tart also delicious
Good croissant, the only bakery within walking distance of Hotel 10 at 7.30am. Staff is nice and welcoming.
recommend by friend but too many people and have to wait for a long time
Good bakery and cafe, usually crowded.
Absolutely amazing pastries, bread and sandwiches. My favorites are the Panier au pommes and the Paris mamie sandwich. Nice upstairs eating area where you can actually watch the baking happen. Great place for both studying and catching up with friends
Great coffee and croissants. They could upgrade the area where you can drink your coffee.
Touring the neighborhood and this is the best I can find for pastries.
The best croissants
Almond and chocolate pistachio croissants were amazing
The best bread in montreal, by far. The pastries are very good too, sweet yet substantial, with lots of flavors and texture, without feeling overwhelmingly sweet
Fantastic baked goods...cash only..great coffee spot too!
Very tasty.
Great pastry
The cranberry square was mouth watering. Can't wait to try it again
Nice place
Awful service
Really good pastry and desserts
Fantastic pastry and atmosphere. There's such much to enjoy at this location. Try the pistachio, almond and cranberry slice or one of their many filled croissants.
Great atmosphere, bread named Oh mon dieu is very sweet and tasty. Coffee was also great.
Very yummy pastries - we had their sablé, almond chocolatine, and maple brioche and were not disappointed.
Nice atmosphere the latte was amazing and the crossant was just as good. Staff are very friendly.
The best bakery in Montreal and we tried a few. The lattes were very good. IMO the pistachio croissants and the beef and potato pate were delicious! Too bad we had to leave montreal. Wish we had one of these in south florida.
Favourite Montreal bakery. Everything is absolutely incredible!
The best little bakery. Everything we had was AMAZING!
The best pastries and sweets!
(Translated) Grandma is synonymous with quality. The products are very varied. The prices of hot drinks should however be revised downwards to build customer loyalty. The pastries are excellent. Well done, I remain faithful to Grandma.
Love their pastries! Great selection of croissants and breads, unique flavors of honey. Definitely will be back!
Not a good experience. The staff were so lost, tables were dirty and my pistachio croissant was so dry.
(Translated) My favorite bakery in Montreal. I will take a plane from Japan to come here. It is also fun to see that everyone is making bread from the second floor.
The best almond croissant in town with a nice upstairs seating. Nice staff too
Great food. Very busy store. Can hardly find a table to sit - not enough tables and too many students staying there for hours.
Loved the coffee! However I am glad that I asked for extra sugar on the side :)
(Translated) Very good bakery, but it's a shame that there are hardly ever vegetarian sandwiches left at lunchtime ... !! Providing more, or even a greater choice, would be an excellent thing ...;) (Original) Tres bonne boulangerie, mais c'est dommage qu'il n'y reste presque jamais de sandwichs vegetariens a l'heure du midi...!!
