Food is incredibly good. Fresh! But had to give it only three stars. Staff at counter... so, so. Almost rude. There no logic in the service. You want a simple baguette or croissant? You’ll have to wait to pay ‘cause they are busy making coffee, so it can take quite a while if there’s more than one coffee. I’ve sometimes been in there for up to 20 min for a loaf of bread (pre-pandemic). Parking is difficult if you take you car, even got a ticket ‘cause i was in there too long. Sadly I don’t go as often as I used to, but since there French baguettes are good I still give them my money occasionally.

Very crispy exterior with a lovely soft, holey interior (excuse my non technical terms); my only complaint is that it’s a bit sweet, which I imagine they have to add sugar for caramelization. Out of all the places I tried in Montreal they had the best vegan croissant. The only downside is there was no parking near , but that's not their fault . I would definitely go here for croissants SO GOOD. However I would not go here for an espresso , it was very bitter. The croissant was very flakey and had an almost buttery taste, it was so fresh!
