I highly recommend Farinamia for vegan (and non-vegan) desserts! I love that they offer both options and are super accommodating. The carrot cake I had was not only intricately decorated and absolutely beautiful, it was SO good - fluffy cake, creamy icing and no animal products. Can’t wait to try more!

Alexandra was so accommodating & sweet I ordered a customized cake on a very short notice but she managed so well to get me the cake in a few hours with fresh quality and taste as well as with genuine price. You aren't even ready for this. ???? My personal favorite is the funfetti cake, literally your classic birthday cake but with a twist, without being overly sweet either. If you're feeling salty, the focaccia olive bread is to die for, when the pandemic hit, that bread was a major source of comfort, it's just that good. Order online and see for yourself. ✌️

We ordered the chocolate caramel drip and paid extra for delivery only to find the cake extremely sweet and the icing to be too hard. It was brought to Alex s notice that the cake was not up to the mark as per our liking. It was not edible : to which we were told that the cake was not supposed to be eaten that evening and would need some time to have the desired taste. There was no refund made inspite of raising this issue with her. It was a birthday occasion but was a spoilt experience after all ! Disappointed in the quality of the product as well as the customer service.

Wonderful communication, even when ordering online. The owner herself sees that the customer experiences are smooth and I just have to enjoy the “thank you’s” for the fantastic goodies. Most special, to me, is the custom delivery to my daughter and her friends at McGill!! You can put your faith in this bakery.

Ordered the Mathilda chocolate cake for my stepson's birthday yesterday & requested a "custom card'' for an extra $5 as part of the order. Apparently, I wrongly assumed that it would be a personalized plaque to be put on the cake, with the inscription ''Joyeux anniversaire''. But no, for $5, I received a homemade paper card with the #30 on the front, which said exactly what was requested on the inside. Having included my cell number when placing the order, I assumed (again wrongly!) that should there have been a glitch of any sort, someone would have reached out and contacted me personally. Upon recuperating the cake, Alexandra mentioned that since she didn't know what I wanted, she made the card (!!) Why even offer this as an option on the website as it's a bit misleading to say the least. Highly unfortunate that this is my takeaway, as the cake itself was fresh, tasty and original.

Order a GOODIE box for a family member’s birthday and he said the treats were gorgeous and delicious. As an American trying to figure out how to ship birthday treats to my brother in Montreal- I can’t express how easy this process was! The owner was super communicative and flexible. Farinamia is my go-to bakery for all things sweet and salty. My absolute favorite is the olive fougasse. I've ordered them several times and they never disappoint. I highly suggest you try the yummy cookies and if you are looking for a gluten free option, the cookies and cream cupcakes are just WOW.

I've ordered the Redhead, the Red Scarlet and the Fromaggio and they have all been amazing. The presentation also impresses my guests. It's also great to support locally. It's super quick to order. My favorite thing about FARINAMIA is how fresh the cakes taste even the day after (rarely makes it to the next day though lol).
