Une de meilleure baguette à Montréal, mais vous trouverez aussi des croissants et chocolatines vraiment excellent (je ne retrouve pas toujours aussi bon en France!) . Les prix sont aussi très abordables pour une telle qualité. Vous payerez plus cher chez De Froment pour une qualité correcte mais moindre. Ici c’est un travail d’artisan passionné! Vous ne serez pas déçu, mais passez le matin car les amateurs de bon pain connaissent l’adresse et les stocks s’envolent rapidement :)
