Keeping it Private

Writing this for my mother-in-law, who has been a client at le saveur for many years.... the term 'the client is always right' is not valued whatsoever at this bakery. She was sold a cake that was supposed to be a cheesecake, upon cutting into it, it revealed to be a red-velvet. The cake, as everyone knows is somewhat the highlight of a party. So, to say the guests were disappointed was an understatement. Anyhow, mother-in-law called bakery to clear this up. Not only did worker imply that she was lying, and was told it was red-velvet, owner did not want to even discuss a credit or reimbursement. Unfortunate, they lost a much-valued, long-term client. Cake wasn't 'all-that' either for almost $40.

My understanding its certainly not the same owner as previous. Pastries not fresh at all of which i threw away the only few i purchased thankfully. Pizza only mostly mediocre.Never again im walking in there! I would give this a full 0 if i could!
