Love coming to this store. They are 24/7 which makes it very convenient to go great groceries. Located at a perfect location, their store is very clean and staff is very friendly, it just makes it so much more enjoyable when I visit. No social distancing by customers which is not the store’s fault but yet there has never been any type of enforcement by staff. Floor arrows are not being adhered to by most. Very helpful staff however.

The creepy guard door man scares me and honestly makes my anxiety so bad before I even go into the store. Ill avoid sobeys mountain road because of him. When I walk in its like he is staring at me like ive done something wrong. I just feel so watched.

My least favorite Sobeys in greater Moncton. Every visit seems to be plagued with longer than normal wait times, missing stock, borderline rude staff and nightmareish parking at certain times. I would highly recommend you just keep driving to Dieppe or Main street.

Overall, this is a nice store. It is clean and has pretty much everything you need. The only issue I feel that needs attention is the self checkout. These units don't work well and it can be frustrating. Employees are all very friendly and helpful.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon & while there, my nephew asked about getting a birthday cake for his son's birthday - which was the next day! The girl in the bakery was almost ready to leave, but she helped save the day. We got a beautiful cake, beyond what we were expecting - within 2 hours! They went way above & beyond. Always find I am treated like family whenever I go to this particular Sobeys. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you to a super group of people working for Sobeys.

I've always supported this store, then one day the pharmacy said my prescription was altered, I was shocked and mortified, I went so far as to have the doctor who wrote it , to add a note saying it was his handwriting and he signed it. Presented that to the pharmacist who didnt care, I was guilty that's it that's all. So for 4 years I never went back to that sobeys it was a hell of an experience,.

This Sobeys, located in Mountain road is open 24/7 which is great! They have a good selection of just about anything you could need at any hour .Sobeys has air mile rewards for collectors. Sales are good and items are better priced then a corner store

I had bad experience today. I want to review about one of cashier. When I met her, She didn't say anything like hi or hello and she didn't ask me about air mileage or receipt. She totally ignored me and my son. My son asked me why she didn't say anything? I was so upset but I didn't complain about that because my son was with me... I want to ask her why you didn't say anything to me. I can guess but I won't tell about that because It's so serious happen. Please don't do that anymore.. You make sobeys bad store.

Dissapointed with the lack of customer service at the deli counter. Two staff working one was serving another customer while the other worked away cutting meat, completely ignoring us...waited for 10 minutes. Would have gave up but the meal we ordered came with a salad and I didn't want to leave without it because we were paying for it!

Customer service here is excellent. Good selection of products, and they are usually of good quality. Prices are a bit higher than the competition (but maybe they put that money into customer service training, which is non existent at the competition!)
